I have been waiting on my order for two months with EXPEDITE shiiping, and then they say they don't have the items in stock and I have to wait for another half a year. Asked for a refund a month ago, just now received a notification that they are processing my request. Scam website, stay away!

My son and I have tried to cancel his order at least 5 times via EMAIL, becauase nobody answers the phone. They don't answer emails either and he's got a $350+ order just floating around since June 12th. Their one and only replay was "Oh I hope our emails aren't going to your spam folder." No, ****, they AREN'T.

I ordered several bmx parts at once to save on shipping. They didn’t alert me at the time of purchase that the item was not in stock. I was sent a order number via email but it didn’t work because they never scanned it into their database.

The package finally arrived and only then did I find out they removed one of the items from my order and didn’t charge me.

Now if I want to reorder that item or pick a different one I’ll be forced to pay full shipping and handling.

Been waiting months (7-8) for them to fix a simple problem. Ordered something got the wrong package, sent it back for a refund. Since then I haven't received my refund, called to see what the problem was now this time, they refunded the other persons money (the person who got my packages) and I'm to wait with my d!ck in my hand. Terrible business do not spend your hard earned money with these people buy from your local stores!

I have had good experiences with Dan’s Comp in the past, but when my order did not arrive, I tried calling customer service but I listened to their recorded message that said they got rid of the phone center due to online popularity. What a way to treat the customer by not providing customer support. There is absolutely no way I will continue with this company after this. Still waiting on my order and have no idea if or when it will be shipped...

I ordered a new bike and it took 1 week just to get the confirmation email it’s been over 2 weeks and it’s still not shipped fast shipping my **** I’ll stick to source bmx

First time I ordered, I received my packaged on different days even though I ordered them all on the same day, never received one out of the 3 items I ordered, so I emailed them, they told me the item wasn't in stock so they canceled that order, thanx for the heads up right? The 2nd time I ordered from them, I ordered a rear cassette wheel, the next day I ordered a new front wheel, after about 2 weeks the front wheel came but still no back wheel, so I emailed them to find out that after waiting two+ weeks for my rear cassette to arrive, they had already canceled the order because the wheel wasn't in stock, even though when I ordered the wheel, the website said *in stock, just recently ordered some $200 cranks, I ordered them 7 days ago as I'm writing this, checked email and estimated arrival is April 10th, thats 14 days, TWO weeks just to get some cranks, why are we paying $20 shipping when it takes 2 weeks to arrive from Cali to Florida? Pretty much, Dan's Comp **** a$$, I just re-ordered by rear cassette wheel off of Ebay and it should be here within a week for less money. Thanx Dan's Comp.
