First of all I was impressed I was able to order paint online due to the COVID 19 situation. I was very impressed at the level of customer service. Arrived few days earlier than expected. The Farrow & Ball colour match was spot on. I was am very happy with the quality of paint as it was trade quality. Most importantly the price is very affordable compared to F&B. I will definitely be using Online Decorating centre again.

Ordered wallpaper around 7 5 20 expected date of delivery was 19 5 20 but arrived on the 14 5 20 it is now on the walls in our lounge/dining room and looks stunning .

I’ve had 2 deliveries from you in the lockdown and both have been excellent .. orders both arrived ahead of estimated delivery date and the quality was excellent. One was a colour match to a premium brand which we had been very disappointed in and your product beat it hands down!

Delv good quality of paper was shocking the roll and print was upside brown and the pattern didn’t match so it was a nightmare to hang it took a full day to hang 3 piece on a feature wall . So very disappointing.

Kept well informed of order expected del date
On date delivery was coming emailed with 1 hr time slot details of who was delivering and how items would be left due to social distancing
Items arrived right on time well packaged - now been able to finish fence - great service

I have only recently discovered this lovely business but now won't be using anywhere else. The customer service is amazing, the response to any kind of enquiry has been fast and efficient and they have also managed the recent challenges absolutely brilliantly. Oh and the paint quality is amazing too! I have recommended it to friends and family and even my (hard to please) Dad has been impressed. Well done DCOnline!

I thought your service was really good having sent out the first paint and getting it quicker than the date u give for delivery was really pleasing .There was a slight problem with the colour it didn't match what we had originally ordered .But the turn around from raising the problem with the first tin to having the right one dispatched and on my doorstep the following day was really pleasing.Thankyou and I would recommend you for the complete service .

Amazing online shopping experience, what they don't know about paint is probably not worth knowing, Helen was so helpful in helping me choose the right outdoor paint for my house exterior, and makes time to answer any questions, will always choose to buy my paint and products from here in future and there prices are very competitive

Service was good, I wasnt happy with one of the wallpapers as felt like they were very short rolls covering only two and a half walls despite being £25 per roll (there wasn't even a pattern to match!)
