Very quick and easy to do and although you can do this yourself (via the government website which provides the wording you need), it was a lot easier doing it through this website and the document is of high quality and is official. I received my document within a few days along with instructions on how to execute it and they even sent a suggested list of bodies whom I should inform, along with a template letter to use. Brilliant. I would highly recommend this service for ease and reliability.

I would like to give my absolute recommendation of this service. I work as a doctor but have no legal expertise whatsoever. I needed a change of name deed for specific official international purposes and wanted to make sure affairs were completed correctly. This was because the document would need to be certified, legalised and translated; all of which are expensive processes that would need to be redone in the case of error. Firstly I was informed by Andre Hill that I would be better with a statutory declaration. He did this for me free of charge despite my offer to pay. Secondly, I made a mistake due to misunderstanding legal language and he again corrected this free of charge, despite my offer to pay. If you need a document for official purposes I would strongly advise that you use this service and do not attempt to do so yourself, if inexperienced. The price you pay will be worth it further down the line and you are also receiving high quality, extensive legal advice. They also provide you with cover letters to make your life easier. Another thing to note is the polite and respectful way Andre Hill talks to his customers. It is invaluable to be able to write to someone who communicates clearly and reasonably. I do not usually write reviews but I feel indebted to such good service. I am posting this everywhere I can, not just for the service themselves but for customers who do not know who to trust online and need a quality service.

I applied for a Deed Poll dated from 1976 explaining why I needed it. The following day I received and e-mail saying that because this was for a foreign government then a Statutory Declaration would be better and that they would include this with my order at no extra cost. 2 days later I received the documents by international post. The documents were high quality and I have since had it witnessed by a Notary in Munich who saw no problems with the document. Excellent service and a quality product, Would highly recommend.

I needed to provide evidence of my change of name (that I'd been using for more than 30 years) but didn't have a marriage certificate or deed poll document to back it up despite being known by the name by all officialdom - DVLC HMRC etc without any problem.

Witnesses were easy to find as they had the letter that explained what their roles were
One thing I was grateful for was the suggested lists of contacts that I needed to inform of the changes of my name.
