Unfortunately our order was mistakenly shipped to Georgia instead of Alaska.
Well over a month to get our items. The "refurbished Gendex x-ray unit had plastic covers for the hinge points on the arm which will not stay in place unless taped together. Disappointing. Then COVID hits, I asked for some touch up paint the same color as the refurbished unit (to cover scratches that Burkhart made during install), still waiting. Very personable service, seemingly willing to shoot for 5 stars, but haven't yet hit the mark. I would still refer people, but, by obligation of trust will have to share my experience as well.

Still waiting on a return label from your company....was requested on 9/25/19....are you trying to wait until the 30 day return policy is expired??!! not very thrilled with your customer service!!

I was lucky to have Mandy pick up my call when calling Dental Planet for help with purchasing a new compressor. She was very knowledgeable and gave me considerable help in making my choice. She also arranged for the delivery of the compressor to my home office which entailed taking it down a steep flight of steps. The compressor now sits in my basement working wonderfully well! I was very disappointed with being charged shipping three times ($36) for three bottles of oil packaged in one small box. I sent a message through Ebay regarding this. However, to date nobody has seen fit to reply. I was waiting for a response before leaving my feedback on Ebay.

Ordered Dukal resistance bands on March 31, 2020 through Amazon. Amazon sent me notification that my package was lost. Dental Planet insists it was delivered. If I want a refund i should 'return' it. Return what?
