I initially only wanted one dinette chair so that I could judge the color and quality of a dinette set before I bought it. I was contacted via e-mail that I could have 2 chairs with only an incremental increase because the packing and shipping outweighed cost of shipping only 1. It was a beautiful choice. I got the chairs and managed to do a pretty good job of putting them together. They were very good quality and the color was just perfect making the decision to purchase the whole dinette set an easy one. Thank you.

I believe most of these reviews are all fake but I actually provided my credit card info to these scammers for a nightstand and they charged me $200 more and wouldn't return my calls or emails to ask why. Finally had to do a chargeback to get my money back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

We purchased a Donco's low loft bed for our 10 year old daughter on the day after Christmas of 2015. It was shipped within in 3 days. Every and each manufacture's issues, such as a missing part, broken piece, and re-shipment of wrong color part, Deqor dealt with them fast and well each time. I have read many reviews of this product on other sites and we took the risk of ordering from a company that has no review written on it, but it worked out very well. We are completely satisfied with Deqor and we would recommend it to my friends without hesitation.

I adore my new entertainment center.....................here's the but..........the trucking company delivered this 8 foot long entertainment center and took it off the truck but wouldn't (or couldn't) bring it into he house.......so there it lay...in our driveway in a crate; we are in our 70's and it was extremely difficult for us to get it into the house.................
If it's delivered, it should be brought into the home.

I absolutely love our new king bed. It was delivered quickly and didn't take long to put together. I really liked that the drawers were hinged so you just unfold them and put in a couple of screws and they were ready. The bed is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered 4 counter stools and they arrived in less than a week and I could not have been happier. They are absolutely beautiful and the color is great. They are also very comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone

I ordered the Bardot white leather chaise online, got immediate confirmation, and after 3 days of thoughtful follow-up, the chair was delivered to my house in perfect condition !
I am really REALLY impressed with the service and quality of DeQor --- would definitely recommend highly!!!

Item arrived in good condition, but shipper had the wrong phone number so delivery was delayed for about 3 days. Had I not checked on the status, who knows when it would have arrived. Other than that, DEQOR had the best price on the product and customer service was great in helping to figure out where the item was during the delay. I would order from DEQOR again.

I ordered three counter stools which were perfect. I couldn't believe how fast the delivery was and great quality of the wood stools. Love them. Would definitely order from Deqor again!

The Del Mar Swivel Bar Stools are very high quality and attractive. They swivel slowly, offering a tight swing instead of a loose, wobbly swing. The foot rest on the stool is a sturdy, continuous circle, NOT 4 independent pieces of the circle nailed to each leg, which break and are not strong. The foot rest is very strong and secure on these stools. Also, the seat backs have a slight lean to them, resulting in a very comfortable lumbar support without the need for a back cushion. The leather-like seats are firm, but very comfortable once securely seated. The walnut stained rattan does scratch easily if they are pushed to close to the bar or counter top. However, I found a great product to easily eliminate the problem: Minwax #63487 Wood Finish Stain Marker in Dark Walnut. It quickly dries and covers the scratch, leaving the chairs always looking perfect. The staff at Deqor were helpful and quick to respond to my concerns and questions. I would purchase from them again in a heartbeat.

I am moving next June but did not want to wait
until the last few months to purchase new furniture.
I am a senior woman and I need help in opening up the large box on a pallet. The box is in perfect condition but do need to open it up to view my country buffet.

Bought for Christmas Gift, so kept the item, since it showed up on December 24th, after being ordered November 30th.
Description says the Pineapple Jar is 16"H x 5.75"W x 13.5"D
When in fact the one I received from Deqor was 7.75"H x 4.5"D
It is bait and switch!!!

Got this bed two weeks ago for my 4 year old (moved him out of a toddler bed to this loft bed). He loves it. It's very sturdy, good quality wood, beautiful stain color - closer to a dark cherry than espresso. For the price, our expectations were blown away! Bed was shipped almost immediately - we had it within a week of ordering. Directions were ok - had only a few hiccups, but my husband figured it out. We are super satisfied. I would highly recommend Deqor and the Danko low loft circle bed.

Ordered a bed over the phone - the customer service rep was on the phone after the 3rd ring, and she was helpful & friendly. Entire order took two minutes, and the bed showed up on the doorstep 7 days later.

I had bought nightstands on sale on a different sight and had a temporary dresser in place as I could not find my dresser on sale anywhere and I hate to pay full price! I kept googling the name of my dresser and finally saw it on sale on Deqor. It came quickly in perfect condition. very pleased.

I called first to ask a question on dimensions, and got a customer service person who didn't have the answer but worked with me to figure it out. The price was better than I expected. It was delivered by a trucking company that called me ahead of delivery to confirm my address and date of delivery. Lots of reassuring communication.
