I ordered a case for my daughter for £16, it was an uncustomised one. When it arrived it was terrible quality - washed out ink and too tight to put on the phone without a struggle. I emailed customer service for a refund as offered on their website.... no reply. Tried their phone number and their ‘live chat’... nothing. I finally received an email saying they would send another one, I said I would prefer a refund and asked for details on how to send it back. No reply. I then returned it ‘signed for’ via Post office and after a month, they still haven’t acknowledged this return and I can’t get hold of them. With any luck they will be out of business soon as their reputation ruins them. Don’t waste your money with this unprofessional poor quality company.

I ordered a case nearly 3 weeks ago now, said it was dispatched the day after and havent recieved it since. I've had one email reply cpnfirming my adress about two weeks ago and they havent replied since. Phone goes straight to voicemail and no one replies on the live chats. Now struggling to find out how i will get my money back. DO NOT use this company, they will rip you off.

I ordered a case on Sunday evening expecting to receive it by Tuesday latest as I had 1st class postage. It’s Friday now and I have not yet received it, I have emailed them a couple of times with no reply, the live chat has no response and the call goes straight to voice mail. I’m extremely disappointed.
There’s 2 stars as the website itself is very easy to use and they have a wide range of phone models.
It is now 3 stars as I have just received my case and it is well printed and high quality. I am still not impressed with the customer service however.

Payed 10.99 meant to be next day dispatch and waiting a long time no response to emails or phone.

i ordered my personalised iphone 8 plus case on the 21st, i paid for 1-2 days delivery. it is now the 26th and no case. i have emailed and TRIED to contact them on their live chat, it says they’re ‘online’ however i’ve been sat for over an hour waiting for a response and i sent the email on the 23rd, no response. the case itself was only £10, which i thought was good for a personalised phone case, i uploaded a picture of a relative, a picture very very close to my heart and i will be so disappointed if this case does not show, as it took me a while to do.
any help on any tips of how to get my money back, or contact them properly? tia.

Dreadful customer service

So i ordered a case on the 20th September for 24 hour royal mail delivery. Still not received (26/9) emailed the "company" 3 times tried the live chat no response, tried live chat - said someone was online-no one replied, phoned up straight to voicemail. Asked if my case was coming if not i want a refund, no reply. Have reported to trading standards and royal mail for using them as the delivery service.

Horrible service, as in not even got back in touch so if you are looking for a company to customise a case dont use this one.

Ignored all emails and live chat... says order and dispatched the same day yet it's been a week since I made the order. Took my money quick enough.
I cant use my new phone until the case comes so at this rate I'll be paying for two phones yet I'm not using one.
Website is full of spelling mistakes which makes me think this is a scam company.

Do not buy anything from this company, ive been waiting 5 weeks for a screen protector, and all they do is email you claiming its been sent, but apparently "damaged" on route..then like puff the magic dragon..it never materialized. Ask for your money bk, they just ignore you. Personalised case is of such poor quality too. Rubbish.

After reading these reviews i will now contact my credit card company to start a case, ordered mine on 16th jan still not delivered and no reply to email or live chat.

UPDATE
case actually came today, seems good and im happy with it. So just over a week from order to delivery. Would of been nice if i got a email reaponse to questions though but raised from 1 star to 3

I designed and ordered my case last week and also paid an extra £6 for next day delivery and still have t recieved my product I emailed them to report this matter but still no response i feel that i have been conned

I've only given a 1 because 0 isn't available. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S9 case for my wife's birthday and ordered in plenty of time in case there were any issues.

Everything online was easy to use and the case arrived within a week, however it was the wrong case. A cheaper alternative then I paid for. The picture printed on it wasn't as requested and had cut the head off one of the children.

Despite two emails and numerous attempts to contact them, they haven't even had the decency to acknowledge my emails.

PLEASE AVOID!

Ordered 2 cases and were not delivered when supposed to be with everything going on I gave extra tine for delivery but 2 weeks later we still had nothing the customer service up until today when I received my cases was concerning as they seemed to know where orders were without order numbers and the same reply was given out every single time which made me concerned and suspicious, however I finally received my cases today and the customer service I was provided was excellent compared to the all the other times I tried to get in contact with them, I was given a sincere apology and offered 50% of my order refunded.

Had a issue at the start with a order not being delivered my Royal Mail (issue on there half) so I explained to Chris my order hadn’t arrived and within the same day I got a reply saying they have sent out another one already and it will be with me by tomorrow, fast service and quick to resolve the issue :)) can’t wait to receive the case :))

I did leave a one star review which I have now removed.
At first my case was not received, after dealing with customer service I was issued a refund and a replacement case was sent out and received within the time frame they stated.

Would offer again as case is lovely.

Bought: rubber phone case

Phone case is quite good, buttons are difficult to use with the case on but the image quality was good, maybe to avoid having that issue don’t get the rubber case, it’s not a massive issue as you do get used to it so I’m not too bothered. The materials are strong and durable too, might be an idea to browse other websites but this one is okay.

First time customer, I would avoid ordering from this company as I ordered a gift for a 60th Birthday after being let down by previous company. First of all I paid for 24 hrs tracked delivery and have not received the parcel! I have tried numerous ways to contact them including live chat (which nobody answers), to the contact number on the web page which goes straight too Giffgaff answer machine! Still have had no response. I would appreciate it if Management could deal with this matter with immediate effect.

The case eventually arrived after pestering them via email. I was also promised a refund for the next day delivery and 25% discount, which I am still waiting for! Emailed them yet again but no response ????

As the website states, order before 4pm and you will receive same day despatch and 1st class post delivery. On the 6th September, at around lunch time I placed 2 separate orders within 10 minutes of eachother.
Today, 9th September, I sat on live chat trying to find out where my orders are for 15 minutes with out a single reply to any of my 8 messages.
An email has now been sent so we shall see what happens next.
False advertising and complete ignorance so far!
