i called about my order on Monday, The gentleman said it was shipped on 10/06 we never received. had to go out and find some on my own. I really don't want to find a new supplier. But if my shipment does not come in I have no choice. My daughter is special needs, has a seizure disorder, and has had eye surgery. It was very inconvenient to go through all of this and then not receive her supplies. It added to my pressure. If my order does not come in on time I will find another. When I spoke to the gentlemen he also gave information about a previous order which i also did not receive. I am afraid i will have to find another supplier. This is not worth it.

My concern about a form of payment being declined, and having to try 3 times to submit my payment before it was finally accepted, was resolved promptly. I expect delivery in 3-4 days. I will need to check expiration dates when the shipment arrives....and that might change this review, if the dates are short.

So far, Diabetic Outlet was the only store front where I could purchase the replacement meter for my supply of CareSens meter test strips. As of today 04/10/19, my replacement meter was well worth any purchase and shipping expense because I desperately needed a backup meter. Medenvios is my provider (via Medicare and Colonial Penn) and they explained that because Medicare only covers one meter, a backup meter was NOT available (that they would send). So now, with my new CareSens backup meter, I can return to the diabetic control I'm comfortable with. Thank you.

Website was easy to navigate. When searching for the particular product I was looking for it came right up in my search engine. Looks like the perfect thing that I need for helping with my dogs injections.

Oh I know it was because of the mlk day. But I didn't get my product because of it lol I'm thrilled about my lancets I do like them better than spare ones . I definitely will be ordering again. Thanx

Would highly recommend. The CGMs come straight from the manufacturer unlike some of these websites that buy from people and resell it on the internet dirt cheap. Who knows what those products went through.

Seemed easy enough, and the free shipping simplifies figuring cost. The first delivery was very quick, but 30-unit syringes arrived instead of the 50-units ordered. The replacement ordering was VERY easy and straightforward. The corrected order arrived a little slower, probably because of a USPS holiday. That's why the 3-stars for shipping speed. I expect my next order will be ALL 5-star.

Once again, ordering was quick, smooth and easy. I did however notice 1 possible issue. Upon completion of check-out my receipt did not show the coupon code I entered and I was charged as if one was not entered. Did I make a mistake somewhere along the line? I look forward to your prompt response.

Thank you so much for providing my Prodigy test strips and for express shipping. I only have 6 strips left and I test 4-5 times daily. I Googled if there was a website I could order cheap test strips from and your company popped up. I always order from another company (US Medical Supply) who my Medicare pays directly...but this month I ran out of test strips because they don't send me enough strips to last the entire month. I will be ordering from you again. Blessings!!!

I wanted to use a different credit card with a billing address different from my shipping address but your system didn't seem to have a data field for me to tell you that the billing address on the credit card was different from the shipping address. You lose points for that!

Very good website, I was searching by brand name and your website popped up. Great prices and free shipping. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because another product I was trying to order today is out of stock and no one to answer my query as to when it will be available.

I googled diabetic supplies with same day shipping and this site came up. It was simple and easy, as well as quick! I hate it when a site wants all sorts of information and you have to set up an account and all...simple and quick, to the point. I wish all things online were this way!
