From start to finish the level of service and the level of expertise Pritesh has, I was absolutely blown away, I did not make it easy for him as it was very last minute but Pritesh was so helpful and he always gave me a number of options and when I asked for his professional opinion he on hand to tell me not only what he feels would work best but why so I was able to build trust with him very early on and knew this man knows his stuff, he was very quick when we exchanged emails, within 15mins which I thought was incredible in itself and the depth he would go into in those emails answering my questions and always making sure I was happy before we proceeded to the next stage. I have never made such a large purchase before so I was a bit anxious to exchange a large amount of money with anybody, but from the start Diamond Boutique and Pritesh were flawless, every promise and commitment they made they kept and they even finished the ring ahead of schedule and managed to take care of the grading of the ring for me as well.
The ring itself is the most beautiful piece of Jewellery I have ever seen, the moment I got to see the ring in person I was just completely lost for words I didn't know what to say and in a way I couldn't believe this ring was mine.
When I think of Bespoke Jewellery I will now think of Diamond Boutique and I will definitely be back on the future and I will be doing everything I can to recommend them to everyone I know because when someone like Pritesh loves what he does for work it really shines through in his emails,design process and in the final product, the ring is breathtaking and I still can't quite believe he designed this for me exactly the way I envisioned it 2/3 months ago.
When people like Pritesh have that passion and determination to deliver not only great service but amazing products they really deserve to be at the very top and I really do wish him well and hope he gets the recognition in his industry which he deserves.

The service was good - we were kept updated on production and delivery which was important as it was a Christmas present - and it was delivered on time.

I have been looking to get my engagement ring made bespoke for nearly four months and contacted a number of diamond jewellers before discovering DB. Since the first time I contacted them, their service has been excellent! Pritesh has been extremely professional and polite throughout the whole process providing his honest opinion. I must say I was a hard customer to please, I even changed my mind few times during the process but he was very patient and accommodating. He provided me with a number of sketches, as per my request, until I found THE ONE. I had my reservations about buying such an expensive diamond without even actually seeing it. But Pritesh send me a number of photos and video’s as I requested and answered all the queries to my satisfaction. The whole process was completed in the exact time scale as indicated in the beginning with regular weekly updates on the ring's progress. The whole process was very smooth and transparent. Once the ring was completed they send me photographs as per my request.
