I ordered a Canon IPF6100 printer from DGR after checking prices on the Internet, they had the lowest prices. While there were only a few customer reviews on resellerratings.com, the company did have a good overall score. I placed the order online but ended up having to talk with one of their reps (they called me) since they didn't have the printer in stock and would have to ship it from another warehouse. It took them about a week to get the printer shipped but it did arrive in time and in excellent condition. Best price available at the time $2,328.24 including shipping.

I placed an order for the Cintiq 21UX back on Dec.8. After being ignored and misled on several occasions, I STILL don't have my order. I was even sent an e-mail on Jan.8 stating that my order would be shipped within a week. After waiting a week and a half I still hadn't receieved a shipping date or tracking number. I then received an e-mail stating that if the item had not been shipped by Jan.12, my order would be cancelled and I would receive a full refund.

It has now been nearly 3 months(!) and I have only spoken with a customer service rep twice, with no apology and no resolution. I finally decided to cancel the order, since it hadn't been cancelled after the missed ship date. I sent an e-mail last Friday... no response.

I tried calling multiple times today... no answer. Based on other recent reviews, I'm wondering if the company is having serious financial troubles. Getting an answering machine all day on a business day is not encouraging.

I work for a major studio that has purchased dozens of Cintiq's from DGR and I will be attempting to contact them via the studio tomorrow.

If anyone from DGR is reading this, I suggest you contact all the customers your are ignoring. You might think it's OK to ignore the little fish at this point, but soon, the big fish are gonna find out.

Please AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I just went to DGR's website and there was a white screen with this message:

DigitalGraphicsResources.com has closed and
is no longer conducting business.

Anyone who had an outstanding order with them, should IMMEDIATELY contact their credit card company to see if you can get your money back.

I have repeatedly called, left phone messages and sent emails to cancel my order now that it is 2 weeks past the advertised shipping date. No one ever answers the phones. All email inquiries have gone unanswered except one regarding getting the price lowered.

I've purchased from this site once before back in late 07 or early 08. and my canon ink came in within a week of the order.

Today is the last straw, i placed an order january 3rd for INK again. after sitting quite for nearly a month i call to see where its at and cannot get answers from anyone its always we'll email you any information. i wait another week, i call and talk to Julia, who refuses to give me a managers name or an owners name and flat out lies through her big dumb teeth, then tells me to google the owners name and hangs up on me. All i want is the 800 dollars back i paid for my ink cartridges but they refuse to give me a refund on my money and wont even take my calls any more

This is by far the worst iv ever been treated by any company. Iv been burned on ebay and on forums but this company, i hope they all fry in hell and lose their homes and become bums on the street. By the way yes im pissed its what happens when a company steals nearly a thousand dollars of someone else's hard earned money.

I ordered NIK Complete Colletion on 10/27, as of taday (11/24) I still have not received it. The woman from the customer service was very rude when I requested for refund, she determained to ignore me, my credit card was charged before they shipped anything out. I never had any bad experience like this, hope you don't have to go through it.

I recently bought a Refurbished Wacom 6x11 Intuos 3 Graphics tablet from Digital Graphics Resources after it was recomended to me by a friend at my place of work.

The prices offered by DGR were simply amazing, even though the product I chose was refurbished. It was priced $100 less the list price and an addition $13.50 discount applied at time of purchase.

I quickly received a confirmation email, followed equally quickly by a shipping notification email. The package was shipped well packaged and when it arrive I could hardly believe it was refurbished.

The product was perfect in every way. It was packaged in a retail box with all documentation, software and accessories and it didn't have a single scratch on it. It looked like the box had never been opened before.

Prices are great at this store, shipping is fast and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for Graphic Design equipment.

I had never heard of this company but I looked them up on the BBBs site and they have 2 comments. they were complaints but were rectified and the customers were happy so I gave them a chance. I ordered a Wacom 9x12 tablet and it arrived sooner than expected. They were Very nice and patient and it definitely was a good experience.

I will order again from them as their prices are awesome, they provide tracking #s and they ship quickly. Thanx again to DGR for a great online experience.

I ordered a refurbished Wacom 4X6 tablet. The price was excellent and I was given an additional unexpected discount when I checked out. Shipping was free .. how nice.

Every aspect of the transaction was done quickly and professionally. Shipping was prompt and despite an estimate of one week for actual delivery, I had the tablet in my hand in two days. WOW.

Except for the stamp on the back of the tablet, I could not tell it wasn't brand new and in perfect condition. Even the box had the factory seals in place.

I could not be happier with this purchase.

I had been shopping for a 6x11 intuos3 tablet, and was getting frustrated with the prices i saw. i then stumbled upon dgr, where the starting price was $70 cheaper than listed on wacom, and over $30 cheaper than anywhere on amazon. in addition, when i checked out i got another %10 off. i thought it was too good to be true, but i couldn't resist the offer. when i ordered it it said it would ship late october, i got an email october 31st telling me my order would ship soon. it shipped two days after that, and i received my order two days after it shipped, after only choosing ups ground.

awesome. no complaints, love the tablet, customer service kept me updated with the backorder issues. if i ever need a new tablet, i won't go anywhere else. awesome prices, timely shipping, great experience.

I called DGR on a Monday and received my order the following Wednesday. The sales associates that I talked to were professional and answered all of my questions with patience and knowledge. They have the best price on the Eizo monitor that I wanted and it was drop shipped from the company in California. I will use DGR again and not hesitate to recommend them.

Good Prices, however, product shipped 6 weeks later than promised and several times I called and asked for status, and was told it would ship soon, but dates kept passing. From my experience, it appears that the Company drop ships aggregated orders. In other words it takes orders for products not truly in stock and waits until it has volume pricing order levels before ordering from manufacturing. So if you need a product in a known timeframe don't order from them. Also, I made a change in the order on the day I ordered and was to be credited back $16 but months later and several calls and promises from company to credit my account later, still no credit.

I have been waiting for my order for one month, and i still havent got my order yet. I am current checking their website and it says that they are no longer running business.....thats should be awesome!
does anyone know how to get my money back? and Is there any way i can contact their credit card company?
