Digital Maze

The best purchase I have made, in fact I didn't think it was going to work, but I was able to download without glitches and software works. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. How do I check out your other products?

I was very pleased with the product. The Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019 for Windows link was delivered to me over the internet along with the product registration numbers within minutes of paying for the product.

It took a bit to find Digital Maze and thin them from the herd of ne'r-do-well sites. I had already been taken in by a long time Office-like suite that turned out to be from China's government. Back to DM. Their website is simple and not a whole bunch of moving parts to distract and annoy. After a short visit there, I went to the BBB site. At first I was disappointed UNTIL I started reading Mario's responses to folks. It boosted my confidence in their integrity. I've been a professional print graphic designer for 30 years as well as a Mac Tech, Trainer & PrePress Pro. Having service providers put customers first is huge. We (my client & I) bought MS Office Home & Business 2019 Mac for her. (This is a lifetime purchase, not 365 that lives on the web.) I had just moved her digital world from a 2009 iMac to refurbed 2019 one. Needless to say, a new Word & Excel was needed. Once we paid for the program we received the Receipt for Order and shortly afterward the Product Key and Download link. This link also provided a PDF to explain how to go to Microsoft and do the download. The first parts worked well and then the website kept going to "server error." I wrote a detailed message to Digital Maze so they knew I was doing my best. Mario's response was please try Safari instead of Firefox. If it still didn't work, he would personally handle it to make it work. Do you realize the peace and calm this brings to have a business take a personal interest in your success? Using Safari changed everything. Within 15 minutes I was in, locked and loaded and my client is ecstatic to have Word back. She has 1,000s of Word docs, so I showed her how to "get info" on one of her .doc/x files which were now all identifying with the off brand program. There is a drop down on the "get info" to choose a different program. I chose Word for that file and a button lets you change all similiar files to Word (or whatever program you need). My client is very happy. Digital Maze's response to inquiries/situations is within 24 hours or less. I will be going back to their site to see what else they have I may need. AND, they are a Microsoft Certified Partner.

I had problems because I did not read all the instructions correctly. Once I listened to Customer Service, which I contacted 4 or 5 times with great resonpses, it went as smooth as silk. Great product Wonderful Service and support. I do wish there was a number to call.

I was able to purchase Microsoft Office Home and Business for $75 less 10%. I was emailed a key and instructions on how to download and install and was able to have the software up and running in 10 minutes. The whole process was very easy and I am happy with my experience with Digital Maze.

The ordering was pretty straight forward. Great pricing on the Mac OS X software I needed and the website had all the trust factors for me to feel pretty confident to order safely. The software purchase for download was immediate without any waiting at all so that was great. I did have some confusion on how to activate the license, but they did respond fairly immediately even on a Sunday which was nice even the fact that I did my own research on how to trouble shoot immediately after sending these guys a message. So it was nice of them to respond ASAP.

Great company to work with. I had an issue with the install of software I purchased, but it was user error! (my fault). I got an email within minutes explaining how to do the install. You just don't find this kind of service these days! Great job Digital Maze!!

Digital Maze is great! This is my second time buying one of their great products and boy can I tell you - Superb experience. Confirmation email received by my Gmail account just like I would expect. The product code checked out just fine too! I stand by my last review though - I demand to be entertained while my software downloads. It wouldn't take much to get a digital hamster or a canary or a space unicorn dance around on the screen while the software downloaded. Make it carry a banner! A banner that says "Digital Maze is the Best!!!".
Would I purchase from Digital Maze again - You bet your socks amigo! Still have those warm and fuzzy feelings from the last download. Oh yeah baby! oh yeah!!!

Rated high by the BBB. Received the download and instructions almost immediately. Instructions for installation of the software were simple and straightforward. Easy peasy and I'm up and running. Price was a factor also. Since I only needed a download for my new laptop, didn't need the $$$ version.

I was skeptical at first because I’ve never heard of this site but checked it out on BBB.org. I gave it a try, purchased MS Office for a great price! Downloaded it, registered the product key with MS and it works perfectly!

I was not able to use a credit card to pay at the time, but just used the PayPal option and it was a quick transaction. I received the installation email with Product Key very promptly and had no issues with the download. I am already using it to brush up on my skills.

I have to say I was skeptical. The price seemed too good to be true...the complete Office Suite for a fraction of what MS charges! It’s legitimate. Ordering was easy. The installation process would have been easier if I actually took the time to read the directions that were provided with the download package. When I finally read the document, the process was simple and quick. We don’t like the idea of a MS subscription (360), so we’ll be using this service again when we buy our next laptop. Why pay full (ridiculous) price when you can use Digital Maze? Do yourself a favor and try this. You and your wallet won’t regret it.

I'm not super techy, but I ordered microsoft office and the instructions were very clear. It was pretty easy to install and get working, and I'm very glad to have the suite. It makes working so much easier.

I am not a person who normally does reviews but I had to take the time to do this one. I ordered Microsoft Office Professional Plus downloaded version. I got my product key and instructions in my email within minutes! The installation and licensing process was quick and easy. I was up and running in minutes!!

All aspects of my purchase of MS Office Pro Plus 2019 went very well.
