I have just returned home, after spending the last fortnight at Villa Jasmine. I would like to thank all the team at DirectVillaHolidays for the villa holiday. This is the 3rd time I have booked with yourselves for this villa, and feel that the service I have received deserves to be complimented. When we arrived the villa was clean and tidy, and the welcome pack was much appreciated as we arrived after 11pm. The pool cleaner needs to be commended, as he must have a thankless task sometimes, and also the cleaning staff were excellent. My initial enquiry regarding booking the villa was dealt with by Vivian, who, as always, dealt with my request very efficiently and provided friendly communication throughout the booking process. I feel it is worth letting people know when they are doing things right. Best Regards, and I am looking forward to booking again next year.

I dealt with Vivian at villa direct holidays and I have to she could not have been more helpful. The villa we staying in was perfect, just what was needed for a girls getaway. I was exactly as described to us. The town was a 20 minute walk away which was lovely as the weather was perfect for a stroll. I would absolutely use villa direct holidays again and would recommend them highly. We also booked airport transfers with a company that recommended to us and that also very very good.

We booked a two week stay in Moraira via. Direct Holiday Villas. We had a relatively late major problem with our booking resulting from a failure by one of their clients, because of personal problems, being unable to provide us with the villa we had booked. This was obviously a very rare occasion but direct holiday villas worked extremely hard to provide with a very suitable alternative at no extra cost. As a result I, my wife, and two friends had a super holiday in a very lovely villa. Well done Direct Villa Holidays!

We stayed in Villa Mar Negro Moraira. Villa was very tired with a few problems, broken bed and faulty electrical plugs and electric gates. We paid for air conditioning but remotes were not left. Several phone calls later we had it working only to find the front room unit leaked into the back of the television. We were told that we could arrive early but this was declined when we arrived so our groceries were spolit. Then when we complained we were told we could stay later because of our flight times but then 2 hours before we were due to leave we were told to leave in half an hour. Could not use pool for a day and sometimes did not have any water this was explained in a booklet when you arrived - to late to disagree tho!!!! Was very disappointed with customer services as they felt these were all perfectly acceptable and not reasons to support. Moraira was lovely and have to say some of the staff we met were lovely. overall poor villa for the money!

I am villa owner and direct villa has taken full payments from their client but not paid villa owners. It seems like Direct Villas are in financial difficulties as a villa owner Direct villa has not paid us for past 7 months. We have incurred so much cost for electricity the clients used, getting villa clean, laundry costs, garden and pool cleaning cost. Direct Villas has not paid us. Has any other villa owners experiencing this? I just want direct villas to pay what is owed to us as villa has been used by fully paid clients. Direct Villa taken clients money and not paying the villa owners. Direct Villa ows me £8000 Please help if any other villa owners experiencing this? Be careful booking your holiday with Direct Villa holidays as villa owners aren't been paid. Direct Villa is taking full payments from their client who are booking their holidays. if u book a holiday u might not have places to stay. Please be careful. I think this company is cheating us out of what is owed to us

I had to give them one star to be able to post this review. I would not book a holiday with this company to save my life. Our experience of one of their “wonderful” villas in Moraira was truly horrendous. It was dirty, smelly, with missing linen and towels, a fridge in a utility room that had no socket outlets, four out of six sun beds broken and unusable, a view of the harbour if you were willing to fight your way through impenetrable undergrowth, grass not cut for months, only four dining room chairs in a six bedded villa and these four chairs also doubled up as chairs for the terrace dining table, a set of wicker terrace chairs, table and sofa which was literally falling apart with cushions that I would not allow my dog to lie on. Red carpets in the photos of every room turned out to be a single carpet that had been moved around for the photo shoot. I could go on but I’m wondering why I am wasting my time trying to remember all of the faults. Direct Villas denied all responsibility for the villa even though they had obviously not inspected the villa for some considerable time, if at all. They blame the owners and tell you the small print absolves them from all responsibility. After much argument they offered me a discount on my next holiday but only if I booked one of their villas. The same discount was on offer to everybody else on their site. Thanks for a very expensive mistake, Direct Villas.

I would give 5 stars to the team who worked very hard for us and were extremely responsive to our questions and queries, especially when we had to change our villa when the owners sold the one we had booked unexpectedly. However I feel the villas need a closer inspection as the inside of our villa was OK, but nothing more than that. No bedding on one of the double beds, so I had to sleep on a mattress protector under a thin sheet. Many lights not working and bulbs not replaced. Thick dust and dirt on the ceiling fans. Junk left all over the place in the garden and garage. Fence broken in the garden. Garage difficult to lock. And a cat which left its waste in the plant pots on the veranda. This was Casa Lissa in Benissa/Moraira - a villa which could be beautiful, but needs maintenance work asap. To be honest it's put us off hiring another villa as although it could have been much worse and we had a good holiday, it could have been so much better.

I have booked with direct villa holidays 3 times now and each time they have been excellent. They are quick to reply to emails and answered any questions I asked . They were excellent when I had to cancel a booking due to ill health and instead of losing our deposit, promised us the cost of the deposit off our next booking which they did, most company’s wouldn’t have been so accommodating. The villas we have stayed at have been very good and the photos online have been very accurate, there’s nothing more disappointing when it looks nothing like the photos! I look forward to using direct villa holidays in the future !

We have been holidaying in Villas for the past ten years but I have to admit Casa Suenos was the best one that we have stayed at. It was close to a large Supermarket and there were also plenty of restaurants. What was also nice was that the owners left you to your own devices and did not impose on us at any time during the holiday. I will definitely be booking again in the future. Mike Aberystwyth

We have used Direct Villa Holidays for several years now. Staying in many gorgeous villas. All villas are individual, tastefully decorated and fabulous homes to stay in for the duration of your stay. Nothing is too much trouble before and during your stay. A great team. We booked 8 villas for our daughter 's wedding in June and everyone loved their time in them. Extremely good value for money. Wouldn't ever go past them. Thank you Direct Villa Holidays for so many wonderful memories and more to come.

Direct Villa Holidays Moraira We stayed at Villa Sylviana Moraira Spain The Villa could do with a deep clean smelt dirty overall The pool was Dirty and exposed rusty ladders Had to shower outside 20 meters from villa inside shower not working Jacuzzi broken not working outside pool area dirty feral cats present, so not able to open doors or windows. Lovely Rusty dishwasher I call Direct Villa Holidays prior to leaving the uk to make sure that this property would be clean with no issues. I called them on arrival request to be moved, they said this would be done the next following day. Direct Villas called the next day to say they could not move us no other suitable property was available. We Paid £1400.00 for to weeks a complete joke.. I would be very careful about this company and view what other customers comments in the past At no point did this company call over to discuss issues just don't care
