Received my order, delivery time itself not too bad under the circumstances considering c19, just a few days in fact and came discreetly wrapped. It was as described with a couple of freebies which is good. Products great however service, not so great unfortunately. I never received a single reply from an initial query I had regarding a potential discount on my first order (not the end of the world I get that but every little helps and all that, plus competitors are giving them out so why not) and they declined my request after leaving an honest review of the experience I had so far without getting an update on the order bar the confirmation email. They also ignored my initial email as well. It was only on here after leaving the honest review that they said they were apparently going to apply a discount but because I reviewed my experience so far honestly, they unprofessionally withdrew the discount for a first time customer. Lol. Credit where credit is due though DCS offer a Good range of products at good prices with good freebies but unfortunately at the expense of proper customer service. Rival companies like Grizzly, The vault and Gorilla are a few quid dearer and FAR from faultless themselves, but all offer more efficient customer service in comparison, from my experience. Thanks for the order but next time, I'll probably go to one of the above where first time customers aren't made out to feel like the ones in the wrong just because of a lack of communication.

Spent over £50 on two orders and quality was extremely bad. Used last year without a problem but not impressed this time round.

Bought 10 lowryder seeds and not one germinated.
Seeds were useless.

I got a packet of zkittlez autoflowers planted two both come up an they are about 2 weeks from Finnish looking great also got a packet of girl scout cookies planted one that's come up and doing great. Unfortunately I put two heavyweight wipeout express autos in and didn't get them to grow but they were the free seed that come with my purchases. I will deffinetly be useing this sight again in the near future thanks very much for the customer service it was great

Ordered on Tuesday, arrived on Saturday which is incredibly good considering the current lockdown situation. Fantastic range, great value and communication by email to keep me informed of my orders progress. Nothing cheap about this company other than their prices.
