Bed came within 5 days of purchase and was a very fast and good service, bed was as described and easily assembled (headboard and feet, only things to go on) would recommend their service to anyone and bed is fantastic quality

I was always a bit sceptical about buying a bed on-line but I'm so glad I did because this bed is excellent quality,

Looks fabulous and was so easy to assemble (took me under 30 mins on my own).

But it doesn’t only look good it’s very comfortable, exactly what I was looking for and provides a great nights sleep.

I had a few questions before placing my order and all my emails were responded to quickly and efficiently, very friendly staff that did not pressure me into buying something I didn’t want.

I had contacted another bed company and they were very rude and unhelpful. I had some questions about the shade of a specific colour fabric and they were unsure themselves!

However when I had contacted divan-beds.co.uk they were super helpful, explaining the colour I was after and the exact shade of it.

This was important for me as the bed is the feature of my bedroom. I had decorated my bedroom beforehand so the colours of the walls etc would need to match the bed exactly.

The Grey Suede colour was exactly what I was after and now that it’s delivered and in my bedroom it really completes the room!

I would definitely use this company again and the delivery driver was so pleasant and helpful.

Received bed 2 weeks after order, after 2 cancelled and 1 failed delivery. When I emailed divan-beds about the failed delivery I was called a liar because the delivery services had told it was me that cancelled the delivery rather than them (which it wasn’t).
I think they could be a good business if they stopped using cheap vans and drivers to deliver their goods and set up their own delivery department so at least they know what is going on.

I have no complaints at all I have had a great experience with them, I got a comformation email right after purchase, a text a day later with a delivery date and they came today with a call an hour before as they said, you will struggle to get it cheaper and I can't talk for anyone else but for me the bed and service are excellent, the delivery driver went above and beyond so happy.

I purchased the Kamara Winged Luxury Fabric bed for myself after seeing a YouTuber had a similar looking one in her room. I looked everywhere for a similar kind and found Divan-beds on google. The whole process was easy and delivery came in the expected time frame. I highly recommend divan-beds for affordable stylish beds!

Hi I ordered a grey divan bed on the 9th of april I've had order confirmation with an order number 5677 just no delivery email with an estimate date I've called customer services and sales team and the company landline and sent emails and sent chat message but no response.
I understand the delivery will be delayed but if someone can confirm a date of be greatful thanks

Amazing bed so comfortable come within 8 days the footboard was missing of the bed but I emailed straight away and the next day it was delivered I cannot thank this company enough I would definitely recommend this company and would definitely use again thanks

I ordered a bed and a mattress and my delivery date was on the 02/05/20 waited no one showed up not even a phone call I myself sent an email to ask what was wrong with my order , very horrible customer service, phone call always on voice mail I was soo disappointed and I wouldn’t buy anything from this company ever again , my mattress came very dirty the day after the delivery date

Although delivery time does take 30 days which I was aware of when I ordered, it arrived on the day stated by a very friendly delivery driver. I am very pleased with my bed and it looks great in my bedroom. This company has a brilliant Customer Care Team, I emailed them and Mark responded very quickly and was very helpful, I was then contacted by Tyler who sorted out my problem. This company have the best customer service team I have ever come across and I will definitely use them again.

Ordered 2 beds from Divan-Beds.co.uk both beds where delivered on time. Customer service was spot on. Both beds top quality at a great price. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a bed on the 4th of April and paid in full amount l. I was then given the delivery date of 27th April between the bourse 8am and 8pm. I waited all day for this bed and as the evening got on I emailed and asked if the bed was still getting delivered to be told that the delivery was attempted and I was not in. This is intact false as I have CCTV evidence and they delivered to the wrong address. After this I wrote a review about and they tried to take this review down and say it was for the wrong website, I then got an email to say they are not going to redeliver the bed to my house as I had wrote a bad review for them. The Customer service for this place is disgusting I was without a bed and waiting 24 hours for a reply which is why I had taken to writing a bad review in the first place to then be told 4 days later they will not deliver the bed even though it was a mistake made by your company to go to the wrong house is disgusting I would never order from these people again they don’t like being questioned so they cancel your order shocking!

Like most people I scrolled through different websites for hours and hours looking for the perfect bed. All the reviews seemed to be undecided and very mixed.. except for this website which had perfect prices and also images on some of the reviews which helped me decide a lot. I was very sceptical looking at the price, I thought there must be something wrong with it. However I bought the bed, when it arrived I expected it to be flat pack but only the headboard was (which I was relieved about, I ordered the divan set). Lugging the super king bed sections up the stairs I realised why it comes in 2 parts but very easy to attach them together using the divan clips provided. The drawers for the base are also pretty big which was a big plus!
The headboard was an odd thing to assemble, its two pieces of wood (headboard struts) that slot into two metal bolts at the bottom of the bed. It took us awhile to work out what to do with them! The beds instructions are available on the webpage which helped us figure this out! Once it was assembled I was very impressed, the mattress was the biggest shock! It was very comfortable and clean. The bed has become my pride and joy, it's amazing to sleep in and very very big! I love it!
However one of the drawers was a bit loose, I emailed divans and they dispatched another drawer which arrived later that week. When it arrived it was perfect was an easy swap. 

I would definitely recommend divan beds to my friends and family, the divan set is perfect, comfortable and beautiful. Especially, for the price though you can't really compete with this bed!
