Extremely poor and a total waste of time. Spent hours planning and organising a financial audit, to then find they changed their retailer requirements from 250k to 100M?? Ridiculous and never even phoned or emailed to tell me. Avoid and go to a competitor who actually care about their customers. Such a shame as I really liked the look of their integration with Shopify.

Recently purchased an eve sleep mattress (26-8-19)and decided to take 0% finance . Divido had taken a deposit for the finance which they had taken twice . I called them up the following morning and spoke to them about it to which at the time it had not cleared so they couldn't do anything and asked me to call back when it had cleared. I checked this morning (30-8-19) to see If it had cleared so i could call them back and to my surprised it had cleared and the second deposit had already been returned ! Overall the customer service was great and the company clearly has its priority set right .

Refused interest free loan of £52 50 per month for 12 months via Aqualisa showers. I'm a Male full time worker on >£40k, house owner and Experian score of 999! Never been refused loan ever! Total household income approx £80k. This had better not affect my credit score.

Heather Bramhall, senior customer service executive of Divido was superb in every aspect. Outstandingly attentive and like super helpful and FUN I really enjoyed the whole interaction and it made my day. I can't commend Heather enough, it joyous to be so briefly acquainted.

Very happy, if I could repeat I would because I was kinda helpless without her and it was such a fantastic interaction. :)!!

I used Divido in January of this year and couldnt have been happier and pleased with the service. Really quick and painless, no messing around with vast amounts of paperwork, just quick and seamless.
Will have no hesitation to use them in future and would highly recommend everytime!!!

I have a proven record of good credit repayment, never once been declined, only one other current active credit agreement which is also in a good state. I have a decent salary, comfortable disposable income, no dependants and a near perfect credit score.
Yet I just got declined on £32 per month, for 12 months.
I'd be annoyed if it wasn't so ridiculous and if I wasn't reading other equally ridiculous rejection stories.
Don't waste your time or credit report points.

James Holland is amazing and helped me through the process with skill and expertise and when things got tough, he sure got going and sorted them out. When we couldn't work out how to get my paperwork signed off he phoned me in person to go through the options. He was thoughtful, cconsiderate and efficient over, above and beyond. Give him a pay rise please he surely deserves it.
