Was served by Jake, who rang me straight back with 2 competitive quotes that ticked all the boxes, also saved me a lot of money. I will be passing this company's details on to others. We have been with DNA for a few years now and have always found them to be very competitive on price along with a friendly voice on the end of the phone. Any changes required are dealt with quickly and Sam Booth as our adviser is outstanding. In this automated world it is very nice to know that DNA still have the personal touch of phone calls rather than trying to find everything through a website and webchat. Would highly recommend .

Have now had insurance with DNA for a number of years and we have always found them efficient and friendly to deal with. Sam Booth has been our contact for a few years now and each year on renewal we are contacted well in advance and any changes are dealt with quickly. Sam always has a friendly manner and the human contact is always welcome rather than a webchat if anything is required.Would highly recommend.

one call for their rep while I was browsing online and within 10 mins she had set me up including applying an option not available via online.

I received my renewal quote after using dna for 3 running years and it had gone up???? so i called and spoke to a an adviser (Dan) a real good service sorted my insurance out explained everything nicely and even saved me a few qiud top bloke ????
