Since joining up
They charged almost 10 dollars per month on BPAY transfer fees,
hit us with the highest rates of energy
My mother is on concession and did not realise what she was paying high rates for 2 years
When I enquired, 100 dollars is all they can give from rentation - after more than 5000 dollars in bills yearly including hidden fees and charges like the above
Absolutely no customer focus, retention team do not care

Cannot fault Dodo on the gas and electricity prices, although I only have one gripe to which not just Dodo but all companies do, they sell you electricity at say 44c/kw but they buy your solar for 11.6c/kw, making a 300% markup.

staff are comunicateful and you ask for example to put me on sales they transfer it can be a
delayed but it put's you to enquire about existing service and identity information confirming your
who you are making sure people are not doing any fake names in there proof document's ensuring
dodo has the right information to upload in there computer system every product'
it can be like new or existing customer ensuring on paper bills or Bpay where you considering
manually credit or debit card where ever giving account' number to look up for gas or electricity
asking when your due bill is and calling for extension payment's if people cant' repay calling discussing
about' the matter urgent' three days before the bills are due solution difficulty hard ship where general
billing enquiries can transfer to a financial department' to sought' every ones situation consisting doing
a payment' plan arrangement' and financial needs there expensive life can be hard dodo financial will ask
the reason why people cant' pay on time financial is so hard to manage its what' you can pay
little installments and quoting your a concession or not' to save energy
on gas and electricity everyone has a financial income source home loans
fixed personnel loans all so credit cards solutions and long terms debit' loans
where customers have trouble repaying there loans not' easy banks are consider stupid lending
people money for morgage it can be house holds goods
or new car anything but still to talk about your matters to sales or electricity bills team
people consent taking the prouducts cancel 30 day cooling period

I’ve been with Dodo power and gas for approximately 3 years without any dramas until now.
I’ve always received my bill via internet quarterly, stating the amount to be paid, but Just last week I had received an email from them for the amount of $1269.00 , as you can imagine , I was shocked to receive such a high bill, and so I looked at the invoice, and they had not sent me a bill for 7 months.

I immediately rang Dodo up to air my grievances and was bounced from one department to another, as there wasn’t anyone in the department who could resolve this for me.
I was finally transferred to the ‘resolutions department’ so after many discussions with her and not even an apology , as they admitted they had made a mistake I gave her another job to do , which was to cancel my business with them and move to a different provider.
Avoid Dodo at all costs, there doesn’t seem to be anyone in the department who knows what they are doing.

I've been with dodo power and gas for 4 years in that amount of time I have received 4 bills have asked repeatedly for bills which i have now find out that they charge you a fee for the bill to be emailed or sent. Have been asking for the hardship papers for the last 6 months and keep being told we have sent them and now I have just received a email telling me my gas and power will be turned off rang once again and they are now saying they don't need to send a bill. They sent me a message on a saturday to ring them so I rang surprise surprise they are not open on a Saturday. I have all five star rated products but since I've got them my bills have double in price. Dodo do your self and your customers a favor fire everyone that works for you have your call centre in Australia and hire English speaking worker's

Power and gas connected within 24 hours when we moved.
Not many power outages or for long periods of time.
Usually pre warned of any interruption's.
Recommend to anyone thinking of a new provider.

I have contacted a few electricity companies shopping around and Dodo has the worst representative I have spoken to, i dont think they wanted me to sign up hang up on me after asking me is that all u need...urghhh was asking for details and all they can tell me is whatever they have online..now ur off my list

I’m totally speechless, living with such condition where my gas & electricity bill is almost equivalent of my fortnight salary. Dodo took $1250.00 + from my account, left few dollars for our 4 members family. I lodged a complaints, guess what? Dodo even didn’t bother to contact me and simply replied that their bills are accurate. I’m current checking with other service providers and see myself in totally helpless condition as regardless whom I go with, most of the companies are the same 

A telemarketer from dodo called me and offered me 44c feed in Tarif for me electricity account as I have solar and was already receiving 17c with AGL obviously I jumped on it strait away and told my parents who approached dodo and they also were told they would get 44c we both received welcome letters stating we were on 44c then 3 months later I get my first bill and it said I’m only on 8c and my mother received the same so iv actually lost money by changing to dodo and the offered my $50 for the mistake
