Didn’t match the picture as well as I would’ve liked but was still pretty and great for the value— got a lot of compliments and only needed a small alteration.

I'm dumb for not doing more research before ordering, but maybe I can help someone else avoid my mistake. -Dress was not as pictured. Different color; ugly, stiff lace. -Customer service said I should should just donate it, or return it for a fraction of the original cost. -I sent it back for $35 in shipping. -Five months later it came back to me after a visit to China. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I was hesitant to order a wedding dress online but decided to go ahead & do it- so happy I did!! My dress is exactly like the picture- color, fabric, details, everything. The quality of the dress is amazing- it's just beautiful. I did not do the custom sizing- I just ordered a size bigger than the measurements online & decided to have it altered if needed. The only thing needed is to have it taken in a bit around the bust area. I also ordered a hair pin & it's also beautiful & great quality. If you're hesitant to order online through Dorris Wedding, don't be. Just know your size & what you want in a dress & you won't be disappointed. I'm not!! Thank you Dorris Wedding!

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I ordered a pregnancy dress, and I got a great dress and a vail. They replied to all my questions, and delivered on what we agree. I am glad I ordered a size up.. it is easier to have it tailored than the dress being to small.

BREATHTAKING - this is all I can say, a truly elegant dress that came in just in time before my wedding :-)) Can't wait to wear it on my big day!! The dress and its quality is amazing. I can only recommend the store to anybody who wishes to have something extra, a special and unique dress - 5 Stars is not enough ;-) Jen is the epitome of great service, she was patient, understanding and a minor issue was resolved with great speed and accuracy. I placed my order with clear specifications that if the dress i ordered(not a wedding dress) could not be completed in the advertised time frame, then cancel my order..Im getting the run around from different CSRs responding wanting me to pay a rush fee..Now they are saying they started the taiiloring process, so they can keep a percentage of my money.

The dress I ordered is nothing like the picture shown. Horrific customers service. They are ignoring my emails after providing extensive proof that they are in the wrong. Please don't gamble and lose your valuable money to this shady overseas company.

Everyone keeps saying the site is fake, but it's not. I ordered a dress had it shipped to New Brunswick Canada, came back in perfect condition and the dress is exactly what I ordered. I haven't taken photos yet, due to the fact I ordered my wedding dress a year early, just to be on the safe side and to make sure I got what I paid for. Thanks Dorris wedding! My dress is perfect!

Susan did an amazing job making my wedding dress. It looks even more beautiful in person, and it shipped 2 weeks before the expected delivery, which was great! She was very communicative, and the dress fit like a glove when it arrived. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Even though wedding planning is hectic, Susan made one of the most important parts (the dress) easy and fun! Thanks again, Susan!

My dress arrived way ahead of schedule and is absolutely stunning!....the designer even gave me a sizable discount after asking "is this your dream dress?" as I wanted to stay in budget....I cannot say enough about the professionalism and constant feedback I received while my dress was being made...it looks exactly like the runway photo and came with a protective garment bag...most of all I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU...for making my wedding day special!??

Paid them but no dresses. Spent a lot of money on several matching dresses, only one delivered and no refund for the others. Other reviews suggest great value for money but it would seem this is at the cost of high risk, as in my case. If Dorris Wedding or their sub-contractors mess up they just walk away leaving you with none of your order and no refund. I have been unable to trace their company details/headquarters thus far. I strongly advise against playing Russian Roulette with this company. I am trying to pursue them legally but hard to track down.

I love dresses with pockets, so I love that Kathy makes this an option! I got pockets on my bridal dream skirt, however I think because of the style of the skirt, the pockets become a little less practical to use/fit things in discretely. However, they are impossible to detect when you look at the skirt and they are fun option!

all I have to say is --- amazing! She made me two dresses for my upcoming wedding one for our ceremony and one for my brunch! Both are stunning, and nothing like i have ever seen before! They fit perfectly, which was a concern because I am fairly tiny and then the custom piece was out of this world! I cant wait to hear everyone's compliments when i wear them! Will hopefully send a professional picture in May! Thanks again!!!!

I highly recommend this store, just 3 months before the wedding I decided I wanted a special wedding dress. Lucy was so helpful, she kept me informed and responded quickly. My veil arrived within 2 weeks, all the way from her store to the UK. The photos don't do it justice, it's absolutely stunning and fantastic quality, it's just what I wanted but couldn't find in any local bridal boutiques. Oh and there was a surprise thrown in too, also beautiful. Thank you Lucy!!

It didn't ship on time due to specific address information, but she was extremely generous and kept me up to date. I didn't mind it being late at all (: The dress is stunning and the measurements were perfect. The lace is flexible and looks very elegant along with the silk lining. I love everything about this dress and I knew that I could message Linda about any questions I had; she answered within a day. Don't regret this purchase at all!

The positive reviews on this site are fake. Dorris Wedding is terrible they lie. I ordered a custom size dress. The dress that arrived was terrible quality and 3 sizes to small. I had it measured by a proper taylor. They asked me to send photos of the dress which i did they then sent me photos of another dress pretending it is the one they sent me. Please please do not spend your money with this company.

I wish I could have seen my face when I opened the package containing this dress! I was in love!!! I realize its just a dress but its one of the prettiest dresses I've ever seen! I originally bought it with a black sash and a silver neck bow which was beautiful and complemented the dress perfectly. I started thinking though, that it might be fun to switch the look up sometimes and have a silver sash and black neck bow so I got right on ordering them. They arrived just as beautiful as the others! Thank you so much for taking the time to make me the duplicates, I appreciate it so very much. :-)

Beautiful as always! I wore the white one for my bridal shower. Perfect, well made, just what I needed and did exactly what it was supposed to under a white skirt! And the black one during my bachelorette party. Love it. Comfortable. Adorable. I would have one in every color if I could.

I emailed them to try and get help to order some swatches before I decided to complete my order, and they took two days to reply! And when they did they offered no help. They just told me to pick from what they have. Then when I went to checkout for the FREE SAMPLES shipping was $22.74...... FOR "FREE" SWATCHES
