We got three quotes to replace over 100 broken tiles, paint our roof, replace blocked downpipes and install gutter guard. We engaged Dragon Roofing who were price competitive and gave us confidence of a good job. It is a rare thing to engage a company who far exceeds your expectations of a good job. But Dragon Roofing did. Their tradesmen were competent and pleasant. We are happy and confident to recommend them to do your work.

A roof leak as the result of a new aircon installation not being done properly and the installer patching it up more than once, Dragon sorted it in quick time, doing the work on Saturday.

October 30th 2019 Update: No More Leaks

I chose Dragon because I was contacted PROMPTLY, decisive action was explained CLEARLY by Steve and the work was carried out EFFICIENTLY by two COMPETENT guys on a Saturday.
No more leaks has to be the best recommendation for a roof restorer.

We were impressed with Steve’s prompt assessment followed up with the job done the following week. A 15 year old roof now looks new. The tradies were excellent.

Steve was very helpful through the process & Tyler was so meticulous with his work, making sure everything was perfect.
I also had solar panels installed about the same time .
After the recent storms I sprang a leak. I contacted the solar people & they thought they had sorted the problem, but the next downpour the leak again. This time I contacted Steve from Dragon roofing, nothing was too hard , he was onto it with Tyler coming out ASAP, the problem was not Dragon Roofing’s but again the solar people. It ended up being fixed by Tyler as it wasn’t the type of repair Solar do as it involved the Sarkin having to be replaced & sealing around pipes. The end result being the solar people had learnt something from the roofer & were going to put some changes in place to prevent further issues on other jobs. Both parties communicated & again Steve & Tyler were great. I have no problem recommending them I would give a 10/10 for the professionalism.

Decided that our roof needed some attention after twenty years of weathering, done the usual searching on the internet, asking friends who have had a renovation done for a recommendation. Checked product review and found some worrying comments from my recommended list. You hear of so many cowboys in the industry. While perusing the reviews one company stood out with a 100% 5 out of 5 very positive reviews, that company was Dragon Roof Restoration.

So I contacted the company and requested a quote, a time was arranged. As planned the representative arrived and after a brief introduction was asked if I knew of any problems with the roof, which was noted, he then inspected and measured the roof area. After this inspection he completed the quote (gutter guard as well) which to my surprise was less than I had anticipated. I accepted the quote! The technician arrived at the specified time and proceeded to thoroughly clean the roof which took all day. He returned the next day and replaced damaged tiles and re-pointed and repaired the roof, on the last day he completed the primer and two coats of high quality roof paint. Two days later a crew from Gum Leaf Gutter Guard arrived and installed the gutter guard, again an excellent job.

The whole process was a joy rather than a worry all staff were friendly and highly motivated to do an excellent job rather than just a job. At the end of each day all cleaning up was done as was the removal of any waste.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Dragon, I just feel sorry for some of my friends who paid top dollar and only "got just the job.

From our experience this can indicate that the business is either not actively engaged with online communication or is new and growing. We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We discovered that the domain for this business is relitevely new, which means that it could be a start-up business that does not yet have a huge amount of customers.
