Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered about 20 items on April 15 and just received them on May 27. I am highly disappointed. Nothing fits I ordered up a size or two and they still don't fit. The material is cheap and very thin. When I asked for a return address they are giving me the run around. I paid over $200 for these items and I want my money back.

I ordered a couple of dresses from this company. When I received them, the material was incredibly cheap and not well made. The sizing is way off. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. I've emailed them multiple times and have not heard a response. All I want is my money back! DON'T, I REPEAT DON'T order anything from this company. I wish I had known ahead of time how awful the customer service and the merchandise is.

RIP OFF!!! 1st of all came in a big ball of plastic NO BOXES!!! OVER 200.00 WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS..SHOES WITH NO BOX!!! AS I WAS ADVISED BY EVERYONE!! I will admit we were nervous because I read previous reviews but I received everything in the expected time frame I was given. I communicated via email and they responded within a few hours and they follow up. I wanted to make sure I received my shipment before Christmas I did my client love their item. Delivery updates via FedEx will definitely make you nervous because it just shows received & in transit but it came at expected time and my boutique and client is happy

Dresshead is one awful sight! I would not recommend to anyone buy from this company! I ordered two dresses and a pair of sandals 2 months ago and they have yet to show up! I cannot track it nor can I contact them they have a customer service number but it's not even a functioning number. Just don't waste your time and cause yourself unnecessary stress! Just don't is not worth it. I would have provided a picture of my merchandise that are ordered but since I never received anything I can't put a picture on here

I've been waiting a month for my items. Dresshead has been contacting me through emails. There is not a phone number to contact them and nobody to file a complaint with. I have gotten over 50 emails with several different stories about my order. One day they say they're sending it the next day they say they're refunding my money then they say they're sending it again then they say it's out of stock. And I don't think they can read because they've asked for my address over 10 times. And I never got my merchandise or my money back and it has been over a month.

I shop on dresshead.com once a month I usually load up on whatever is new in that suits my taste. I have brought over 100 pieces since I've been a shopper and I have received free points 4 reward items and I absolutely love that policy my advice for anyone who needs to save money while maintaining their fashion is to please check out this website I do not work there I have not received compensation for writing this review. I speak finally of this company as I am a satisfied customer all the time I'm out I get compliments here in Las Vegas about my fashion choices and I always tell him dresshead.com so if you have never tried online shopping do not hesitate to check out this website. Always read the measurements on the sizing guide as online shopping can be tricky but as long as you read the measurements your outfit should fit you perfectly they also have shoes Handbags and accessories as well as lingerie you will not be disappointed.

So we ordered 5 items and none of them were good quality so see through that if u were to wear them people would be thinking (why are u even wearing clothes at all?) I'm so disappointed I will never be buying off there again!

I ordered clothes in December and never received my order so I contacted the company which kept telling me that it was delivered on December 16. I replied not to me. They sent the same email that it was delivered on December 16. I again sent the response "Not to me". This happened again and again with no real resolution. I asked them what was their policy and I got the same response that it was delivered. This was my first time ordering from them and it has been an awful experience. I just gave my money away and got nothing to show for it. Didn't even deserve a star for this poor service.

I ordered but after a month I emailed to say I never got my order. Their response was it was shipped and received. My response was, "not by me" and I live alone. Their response was, it was shipped and there's nothing we can do. What poor service. I guess they think I'm a liar. I've never been treated so nonchalant. No apology. No nothing. I just gave away money.

I spent171$89$products&3.99$ products items shipping.when I inquiry into shipping cost from there address in California to mine in portland oregon it was 18$for a 4 day delivery!!sweater dresses of cotton and lyerax were not as described! took 14 days to receive tracking number then 10 days more to receive sub quality clothing and disappointment .a waist of money.time .

This is the worst company ever! The stole $100.00 from me. Ordered items, returned them (which don't believe their web site on - "free no hassle returns". Well now 90+ days I am still waiting for a refund....I plane on trying to sue them, and report to all agencies on this abuse. They are dishonest, and crooked. I also have a proof of delivery on return of product, which I had to pay for as "Lucia From DressHead.com" their person that answers emails refuse after 12+ emails to issue RMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made order on Nov.29, 2019 revived it today Dec 11,2019. boots size 10 women look like kids. my sweat suits size large also look like kids, have 2 pants xl look way to small . they was only one item that was right they were little. purse pouches . Still haven't revived my free item. they will be returned. If you order from here make sure you order way to big .They item are not the right size all these are suppose to be wome

I'm a teen from the USA and I ordered $200 worth of clothes. I received everything I ordered 3 days earlier than the date it was said which is so good, and everything was clean and neatly packaged and good material. The customer service workers reply very fast and are very helpful. Before my order shipped they ran out of a certain clothing that I ordered so the nice worker emailed me to ask me if I wanted my money back and I said no I would rather get a different clothing that costs the same so the company won't lose any money and the lady actually let me pick out a different clothing item from the website, and it actually came in the mail, that's how trustworthy and nice this company is. The shipping didn't take long even though the clothes did come from China. It took less than a month to come to America. Trust me y'all if it was a scam I would've gave it 0 stars lmfaoo but it's not a scam it's a trustworthy website so it deserves 5 stars for June 2020.

I purchased a pair of sandals that were cheaply made and when they arrive they were damaged. I contacted the seller and told them I filed a dispute with paypal the seller requested pictures so I sent them pictures they said they would refund my money after I cancel the dispute with PayPal they lied. I cancel the dispute but they never refunded my money this company is a ripoff.

Do not trust the SIZES from this firm. The clothing sizing has NO RELATION TO AMERICAN STANDARDS. The M is equivalent to an XS, L equivalent to a S, XXL equivalent to a L. Sleeves are sized for successful bulimia sufferers. Had to pay shipping (offshore- Hong Kong) and pay to ship returns. The little brown backpacks I ordered were the ONLY redeeming items in my order...very cute, decent materials, nice color, well made.

This is the WORST site for shopping, on a scale of 1-5 with 1 being the lowest, I give the a negative 1 and zero star. They do not honor their Return Policy, The quality of fabric is disgusting. I will NEVER EVER order from this site again, my first and last. I reported them to Better Business Bureau, this strictly a SCAM company. save yourself from a headache and do not order from them.

The first order I sent was for two dresses, they were both supposed to be my size, but when they came they were way to small, and they wouldn't return them without me paying shipping to china..... then I gave them a second chance and when I got my order they sent the wrong items and never would return my emails. They are thieves and dishonest.

Dresshead orders arrive 2-3 weeks after order. However the sizing is terrible!!! I'm an XL size woman. I've ordered 2X from them and it all still fits like a medium!!! Also it's sweatshop poorly made clothes that looks like a house mom seamstress put together. Guess that's what you get when you pay $1.99 for an outfit. Spend a little more money in the states.
