I visited Daniel George Chicago location to get my first fully custom tailored suit recently and had a fantastic experience. Daniel took time to explain the different styles and patterns available as well as what he thought would look best on me. He helped me pick out a material and style that looks modern and everlasting at the same time. I am very happy with the suit I got and look forward to going back for future purchases as well.

I have shopped at Fab Frocks for over 16 years and have always found the perfect dress. I was very sad when Tracy left as she had very big shoes to fill. But, you now have two most amazing staff. Firstly newcomer Lyn - who I am sure could sell ice to Eskimos and sand to the Arabs. An amazing sales lady and whats an eye for detail and to assist and comment appropriately. Then there is the lovely Gill who is a wonderful lady and is so helpful - I rang up regarding a dress I had tried on but decided not to buy recently! I changed my mind, a lady's prerogative and I rang the shop, having decided I wanted that dress - Gill remembered me and the dress and when I dropped in 45 minutes later the dress was waiting for me in the changing room. I was in and out with my purchase and totally satisfied. Both Lyn and Gill should have any awards given to them as I cannot praise them highly enough. Top job Fab Frocks!

Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered about 20 items on April 15 and just received them on May 27. I am highly disappointed. Nothing fits I ordered up a size or two and they still don't fit. The material is cheap and very thin. When I asked for a return address they are giving me the run around. I paid over $200 for these items and I want my money back.

I ordered a couple of dresses from this company. When I received them, the material was incredibly cheap and not well made. The sizing is way off. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. I've emailed them multiple times and have not heard a response. All I want is my money back! DON'T, I REPEAT DON'T order anything from this company. I wish I had known ahead of time how awful the customer service and the merchandise is.

I purchased a gown for a wedding party 2 months prior but dress was not what it showed on picture. I returned it it took 20 days to get refund. Terrible management. Cindy and Britney( supervisor) were not willing to even try to find out where my return is in their warehouse. NEVER again I spend money to purchase from a company who doesn't appreciate the value of the customer.

Purchased two dress, two sizes. Returned one on time and in policy. Tadashi shoji mixed up dress upon return. Substantial drama. Customer service will not escalate to management. Quote, "Manager does not accept complaints." No call backs to complaints, horrible e commerce experience. If really need brand, suggest brick and mortar only.

I needed a knock out dress for a big night out and I ordered a dress from Naked Dress as for long time now I have loved the look of their dresses and really wanted one. The site claimed that the dresses were ordered in specifically for that person/order but that delivery would take 3-5 days but after 2 weeks I was still waiting with no sign of my dress and nothing from the company to tell me what the delay was. After chasing them, I was told that the stockist was closed for August and the best thing to do was to choose a dress that had "Next Day Delivery" beside it i.e one that was already in stock as it had presumably been returned by someone else. I didn't see any harm in doing this but it proved to be a BIG MISTAKE! The dress I ordered didn't fit me and now they are refusing to honour their return policy as the are claiming that it is stained yet they are completely choosing to overlook that I am not the first person to have had this dress sent out to them. Incidentally, I had this dress on for 5 minutes in the comfort of my home and I did not see one single stain on it, they just don't want to honour their policy as they are having trouble selling this particular dress. Avoid unless you are happy to potentially be stuck with an expensive mistake.

Ordered a dress for my friends wedding and had been recommended Naked Dresses by a colleague. I fell in love with the Nookie range. Chose a couple of different styles and ordered 2 different sizes just to make sure one fitted and was so pleased with the service! Delivery was within the week and the dress looked amazing, fab quality and returns were quick and easy. Will definitely shop again! Xx
