Team did an excellent job , throughout the installation they kept the work area clean which is critical as we have dogs and kids. Barry kept us informed throughout the installation showing us photos of how tjings were going. They replaced all my vents with new one and even added vents which were needed for my Garage that were installed previously. I would recommend this company above all others as you will know the job is done correctly

My third year in Kal using Oasis gym. Service? At reception, customer service is regularly dysfunctional. The 10 or so girls on shifts there know their job, 3/4 of them just can't do it and demonstrate a poor attitude to customer service. They've developed a culture of bad habits. Here are a few examples I've personally experienced - girls answering the phone in the middle of serving customers, answering the phone before serving waiting customers, two girls chatting in the reception counter office, only one at the counter to serve a waiting queue. People arriving/waiting in queue, two reception girls discussing their retail section, a lone third girl serves waiting customers. Serving customers out of the order of their arrival. Poor product/facility/schedule knowledge. Far too often the customer is left to feel they are disturbing something else the girl(s) would rather be doing. In the gym. I work out one to one and a half hours. It is rare for the gym attendant not have their face glued to the desk computer screen for that entire time. They show no interest in getting to know the gym users, or their practices or behaviour. The music cd rotation? Too loud, and the same cd over and over, months on end. Properly monitoring that each user has brought their own towel? Doesn't happen. Monitoring that users know how to properly and safely use equipment? Doesn't happen. They may as well not be there. The pool? The dozen times I've swam in it - clumps of hair, bandaids, hair bands in the swimmers lanes, while pool staff stand chatting or wandering doing the minimum of monitoring. Swim two days in a row and there's a good chance you'll get an interesting bug. I did. Funny, but I don't blame the staff. Staff are only as good as the culture that management creates for them. Oasis staff problems and habits are entrenched. The current manager is well past his use by date. Good range of facilities Woeful customer service/ work culture/ attention to the job.

I have been a regular user of the gym, pool & sauna for more than 2 years and only have 1 whinge.....The sauna heating element took waaaaay to long to be repaired, this was about a year ago now and yep I'm still not over it haha. All the way from the street appeal to the excelent friendly staff, moderen facilities and hell, even the other patrons are friendly. Do yourself a favor & don't judge Kalgoorlie without visiting this place......enjoy Motivating posative staff who always say hello and can be bothered with the members and users alike. Did I mention the sauna heating element grrrr. Not much to say here, it's a great place to hang out.

I am very happy with the excellent customer service that Mathew Fisher and his team have provided. Nothing was too much trouble. Great landscaping and I think that it is the best development in Wright. There were two things I was unhappy about the build itself. 1) tiny fair quality kitchen and 2) the flooding of the storage cages in the basement car park. This area should have been waterproofed or not have storage cages as some of them are virtually useless. They are also far too easy to break into.

I recently purchased an investment unit @ Gunghalin ACT - Infinity Apartments. There was a major water leak within 2 months. 2 units on level 14 & 2 units on level 15 were affected. Initially when I contacted Geocon , they agreed to relocate tenant and replace my carpets. After 60 days of this happening, an invoice for $8,000 has landed on my inbox through STRATA. Geocon is walking away from the issue if i try to contact. This was well covered under the 90 days DLP period. And I do not see the purpose of drying carpets for $8,000 when they were eventually replaced. Now both Geocon and STRATA Raine & Horne are fabricating things to pass the cost to me. I am now taking it legally and Geocon would not assist.

I purchased tickets totalling £476.39 for a 7 attraction pass in Sydney for a planned trip.in March. Obviously all flights were cancelled into Australia and therefore we did not go. I have emailed 17 times regarding a refund. I do not want to exchange it for a different city. Even if I had made it to Sydney, the attractions were closed and I am therefore entitled to a full refund as the services I paid you for were not available. But I am constantly getting fobbed off. This is an absolute disgrace and it totally illegal!! I have also left this comment on Facebook. Please private message me so I can give details and obtain a FULL REFUND!!!

I had to organise a stag weekend for a group of 12 men and found it quite stressful - that's a lot of organisation, with a lot of people looking at you when things aren't going to plan! There are so many possibilities and many different websites offering services. I came across Piotr at Bumperball.pl quite late on - it was immediately clear in the speed and clarity of his correspondence that he was very serious on ensuring things went as smoothly as possible for us. In the end, we tried Bubble Football, Escape Rooms and, at very late notice, Piotr helped get a group of us on a Salt Mine tour. For the able bodied, Bubble Football simply must be tried - it was our first activity and we were all talking about it for the rest of the weekend. We were driven there and back. There was a lot of traffic which meant we got there slightly late, but any re-arrangements necessary were all handled behind the scenes - we just arrived and had a great time. The Escape Rooms, at the end of the weekend with people slightly more subdued, also went down very well. The Salt Mine is incredible - absolutely vast - if you spend time in Krakow, make sure you have a look. A very big thanks to the BumperBall team. My friend told me he couldn't have wished for a better stag.

I had a very bad experience with this company, I both two bicycles for my kids one was good and the other one was defect. I called the customer service, I was waiting for 2 hours on the line from 15 to 17 o’clock. Then the automatically voice message came and said I should call another day. I called the day after I wanted a new bike they told me, that I used the bike already for this reason I can not return it. But the came already defect. The person on the phone told me to go to Rotterdam they have a shop there, but they was nobody able to fix the problem. So I called again and they told me to go to Gouda to another shop. I live in Rotterdam by the way. Online you can not find a exactly address from the shop in Gouda. We had to call them several times before they told us we’re the exactly location. We arrived there and it was something like a contêiner. This hole process toke 3 to 4 weeks. So I will not advise nobody to buy from this company.

Fast delivery, site was clear, only the said in their site that the gears where checked and working smoothly, the gear was not set correctly, i needed to that myself, further more the nut an bold for fixed the seat-pin to the frame was missing takes me 2 mails and 2 weeks to get this. Having used a number of estate agents over the years, City and County certainly stood way beyond the standard that I have previously experienced. Viewings well organised and communicated. Found a buyer very quickly and negotiated a good price on our behalf, particularly against our challenging remit of emigrating to New Zealand. Once the deal was struck, followed up by progressing the sale to completion, again with excellent communication. I can't think of a bad point to make and would recommend using C&C to anyone considering going on the market. Many thanks to all concerned at C&C for a thoroughly professional service.

I have been on and off Dailybreak for about 5 months. I usually go on when I'm on hold for a phone call while at my desk. It's nothing to rave about. You build points by reading articles and doing their activities. There is also a free spin daily to gain extra points. So far the rewards haven't changed from magazines and to donate to charities since I have been on. I did finally get my magazine subscription after complaining that it was taking a very long time to receive. They offer ticket raffles for your points for prizes but so far I have not been lucky to win. If you have nothing else to do then try it.

I thought that the site was legit. It does take forever to save up enough points to trade in for gift cards or sweepstakes participation. However, recently the site's 'store' has been conveniently shut down for going on at least two months. When I tried inquiring about it, I was told to keep checking back because they were working to make it more secure; they suggested that I spend all my hard earned points on the chancy sweepstakes instead of using them straight out on the gift card option. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau if the store option isn't honored as described.

I've ordered juice from these guys a few times and always top quality, great flavour juices. The parcels always arrive on time or early. And if the juice you order is out of stock they call you, they don't send an impersonal email or throw a random flavour in, they call and ask you what other flavour you'd like. On the 8/8/2011 I shopped online at Mall HK. On the same day I received an email from them saying thank you for your order, and a day later an email saying my item has been shipped, this was the last email I have received. On the first email Mall HK said they will provide me with a website link to track my item. I did not receive a link to track my item. Since my shipping email I asked them if they could please send me a link to track my item, I got no reply. After numerous emails I decided to look at some reviews online. I discovered that I was not the only person who has had a problem will receiving items with Mall HK. I decided to open a dispute with Mall HK, although I have already tried to communicate with them. Mall HK does not have a contact phone number, so I cannot contact them this way. This website I believe to be a scam, hopefully paypal will get me my money back.
