Having used a number of estate agents over the years, City and County certainly stood way beyond the standard that I have previously experienced. Viewings well organised and communicated. Found a buyer very quickly and negotiated a good price on our behalf, particularly against our challenging remit of emigrating to New Zealand. Once the deal was struck, followed up by progressing the sale to completion, again with excellent communication. I can't think of a bad point to make and would recommend using C&C to anyone considering going on the market. Many thanks to all concerned at C&C for a thoroughly professional service.

I can’t begin to explain how much of a pleasure it has been working with Vito and his wonderful team to help let my property. Thinking I could do what Vito has explained to me he has to undertake each and every day blew my mind, it really has and still does to this day. Never mind that, Letting my property in under 24hrs was amazing and I can’t thank Ryan enough for doing so. When he called me whilst Vito was valuing my property I thought...here we go another sales pitch but When he said he had someone to view the property there and then I jumped on the opportunity and low and behold the people who viewed have moved in... within a week!!! Once again thanks for all your help and I look forward to bringing future business your way.

City and County Lettings were fab over the 7 years I leased my property. I can't thank them enough. Rachel O'Kane especially was fantastic, prompt and went beyond expectations in regards to every issue or question I put her way. Thank you for everything you're a star

This is the second time I have used city and county to both sell my home and find me a new one. Mike and the team at the Crowland office worked very hard above and beyond and went the extra mile to help and support in what was at times ... stressful .They accompanied all the viewings and the feedback proved very useful in helping us find a lovely family to buy our home. They helped with the finance arrangements and found us a really good mortgage rate which helped us save money on last years rate. We also had piece of mind with regular conveyancing updates from Pasqui the Sales Progressor -Thank you.
When we move again we would not hesitate in recommending Mike Cotton and the team at City and County.

Form the first initial phone call to book a valuation on my property, to Sammy Lindsay the property consultant coming out, to the viewings being accompanied, to the best price being negotiated, to the sales progression with Pasqui was fantastic and as smooth as could be. Would highly recommend and would use them again in future without a doubt.

I have had a great experience with City and County, Chris and Rachel were quick to find me a place to live when time was short and have ALWAYS been there to help (which includes after my rental period was over).
All of the staff are extremely nice and friendly, and never fail to deliver on their promises.
If you want 5 star treatment, then rent your property through City and County.

Was with another estate agency for over a year and comparing the two companies there is no comparison. Always felt as though the staff were friendly, empathetic and above all honest. Sales progressor Susan Beaney was a ray of light and a true asset to the business. Without Susan we probably still be awaiting a completion date.

I would recommend City and County as the only estate agency to use in Peterborough. The whole team were fantastic, they were really pro-active in selling our house, offered us advice and tips which were really helpful. Throughout the process they kept in touch with us weekly and ensured the whole time was a positive experience. I cannot praise them enough!!

I would 100% recommend and rate City & County for their marvelous service and help throughout the whole process. I would personally want to thank Pasqui, Veto and all the team there for their help, support and dedication throughout the 6 month process. We brought a house from them and would definitely use them again to sell.

Through no fault of yours the sale did take rather a long time and after being a home owner for over 30 years it was an odd experience having a solicitor that was only available by phone and email as I am old school and much prefer face to face meetings which I am pleased to say that 2 of your staff Morgan and Claudio went the extra mile right from the start and especially at the end when I was beginning to despair the solicitors were actually interested in my case they both were very attentive and re-assuring every time I came into the office or rang which was at least twice a day as I was very stressed.
I am old school in my job role and was happy to find that these 2 work in the same way I do . All the staff were very friendly and helpful every time I visited the office.

I must say, this purchase has been one of the fastest and the smoothest transactions by far. And all thanks goes to Nicole, she has been outstanding throughout the whole process.... I would highly recommend Nicole as one of the top Agents in Peterborough!!!

Being first time buys it was all new and we were unsure about what and how to do things but it was made so much easier by the team at city and county especially Sandra and claire wow so much more confident and happy knowing the team had our interest at heart I was very nervous about the process but as many times as we went in it was never to much to be spoken to
Perfect would recommend city and county to others
