Extreme rude staff in Cologne store and not professional online service. If you order online with the delivery to the store (in my case the store in Cologne), be aware that you won't get any email that your order has arrived. You will be phoning yourself to the store and the online service, just to find your order (that was already paid!), but all they do is blaming each other and saying contradictory things. I've never seen such an unprofessional and rude behavior! The staff in Cologne store is just something! Firstly, they didn't give me my complete order and I had to come to Cologne one more time. But the order was there all the time, they just didn't find it! Secondly, as I wanted to talk to the manager, she did not even apologize for the situation, but also blamed me that I ordered items to the store and not directly to my place!!! This is just beyond any rules...

I purchased a water repellent parka from Massimo dutti. When I got in the rain it got soaked through. Massimo dutti said that they never stated that it was water repellent. I sent them the images of the label which clearly says that it's water repellent! After that I contacted them a few times! The only answer is being dealt with!! SHOCKING!

I've ordered several items of clothing and a couple of toys. Toys were a big hit for my grandson. Clothes were a nice pick. Some pieces were smaller than the size stated but I passed em down to my daughter. Prices are really good, with a large variety of items to shop for all in one place. Takes a lil longer for shipping but some came earlier than what it said. If you don't mind waiting an extra few days you will enjoy your experience. If you need something sooner order early or check for expedited shipping.

HORRIBLE! Ordered extra small shorts, size chart said 27-29" waist. They came and they have got to be extra LARGE. HUGE! Tags all say extra small. I notified them and they said I could get a refund but that option is not even available online. Only exchanges. I will NEVER order from them again.

I feel badly for my significant other who tried to do a good thing for me but wound up very much ripped off! I had a pair of boots that got misplaced at his house. We did later find them...thank God...and I have had those boots for at least three years with absolutely no problems at all. He goes to Aldo in the mall to buy me boots for my birthday since the other ones were apparently lost. I notice when opening the box, he bought a 9 and I am an 8...8 1/2 at most. So, he says we can take them back and buy the right size. I tell him, it's okay. Maybe if I wear big socks, they will work. While at my client's (in a carpeted office), I decide to try on the boots and see if they are comfortable. I wear them for approximately three hours. While I am moving about I hear clicking in them like they are worn out. I have had a pair of very cheap boots do this before. I'm thinking that's weird since they are brand new. Also, they were killing my feet. They were a bit too big but they were very uncomfortable in such a short time. I decided to look up Aldo since I have no experience or knowledge with the brand as I am thinking this is a terrible boot. I then see horrible reviews about service and also quality. I tell my significant other it is probably best we just return the boots. I tried to wear them for a short period and it was awful. I put them in the box and realize even the so called "suede" is scratched up and coming off the heels. This past weekend we finally get a chance to go to the Aldo store together. We tell the cashier how he had purchased the wrong size. He asks if I can at least exchange them for the correct size. I start to look around. The shoes are very trendy. I can see how he was fooled. He tried to do a good thing for me. The cashier sees they don't have those shoes in my size. Then, she sees the scratches and says she won't take them back because I've worn them. I told her...yes, I tried them on but they are of horrible quality and the scratches were probably there when he purchased them. I did not cause the scratches by trying them on and if I did, the quality is completely horrible. This cashier who is wearing a sweater that is exposing her entire midriff tells me..."The scratches are from sitting at a bar stool in a bar." By now, I'm pretty livid that she is insulting me on top of ripping off my significant other. I look at her and ask if there is a manager on duty. She starts to say she is the manager and I said..."Of course you are." So, I tell her..."These are not my size. The quality is horrible. What are we supposed to do with them?" She just hands them back, and other cashier starts to chime in that my guy needs to move, that he is in the way. I was telling her how when I tried to walk there was clicking and the shoes obviously have been worn and are worn out. She said..."No, that is the zipper that would click." It was clearly not the zipper at all. I am amazed at all the bad reviews and seeing first hand how true they are and how a business can continue treating people this badly with no regard whatsoever. I have two businesses...one where I do sell products. If a customer complains, I have no problem refunding them. If they are not happy, the product should be returned for a refund. Buyer Beware: THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE. THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER QUALITY ESTABLISHMENTS TO PURCHASE SHOES TO GIVE THIS COMPANY THE TIME OF DAY. HORRIBLE WAY OF TREATING PATRONS. DON'T BE FOOLED. YOU WILL REGRET YOUR PURCHASE.

After finding them by way of a Google search, I made an online order 3/20/12 from this merchant for a new Canon auto-focus lens. The Google search showed a $219 cost, but the actual purchase price (without tax or shipping) was $269 when I visited the merchant's website. I made the purchase using Google wallet. I inquired online 3/20 and 3/21 about the shipping date. On 3/22, I received a call from "Rick". Basically, he told me I wouldn't be happy with the lens I ordered, and he tried to sell me a lens with different specifications -- and a higher price. Having already done my research, I declined to change my order. On 3/23, I received an email from Google Wallet that the order was canceled by the merchant, because the lens had been "discontinued." Clearly (at least in my mind), I had not bitten on the merchant's bait-and-switch tactic.

I ordered the following on 3/11/12: "Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM Zoom Lens [Lens hood:Lens Hood (IMPORTANT FOR LENS) SALE]." The receipt and the shipping option I chose said: "FREE USPS Parcel (FREE) 4-5 Days (24-48hrs to process) otherwise we ship it right away." At no point did their listing online (or the receipt they emailed me) state that the item was unavailable. A day after I ordered, I received a call from a salesperson claiming that I forgot to put in my CVV number on my credit card. After I confirmed it, he proceeded to claim that he used to work for Canon and to ask him all sorts of questions if I had any. I said I had none and then he tried to up sell a Sigma lens that's $100 more than what I ordered. He also said they have been receiving a lot of returns for the item I ordered. I said I will think about it. I then thought about it and I said I want what I originally ordered. Five days after the order date, I checked the status of my order online and it said that they were still "processing" it. I emailed them and I inquired when I would get my lens. They said "7-10 business days." I was not happy but I confirmed that I should get my lens by March 23 at the latest (which is 10 business days from my date of order). They responded that I will get my lens in "April." I responded that an April delivery date is unacceptable since they advertised 4-5 days shipping. They then responded "We do not have it available." I immediately canceled the order.

I ordered 2 pairs of tango shoes from this company. After receiving items, we tried to contact store for an exchange for a different size for one pair of the shoes. I cannot get them to send me the return address, even after weeks of trying. I had used Paypal for this transaction, and opened a complaint through Paypal, and they too, have been completely useless. Don't use this company. If I get any assistance from Very Tango Store, I will retract this post.

Five months ago I ordered and paid a pair of shoes via Very Tango online Store. Since I paid the invoice, nobody from the customer service or retail answered to my questions when I can expect the shipment to arrive. So I spent almost 200 USD via Very Tango online store and never received any goods from them. Should I report them as Internet scam? And how? I am willing to do so. I strongly do not recommend this shop!

Obviously, Hockerty did not held accountable of the delivery, was just saying: "You have to wait" Story short, I lost my money and my time. I had to buy another suit since it was not there when I was waiting for it. Hockerty is too risky and has horrible customer service. Ordered a suit and boots late March, website advises 30 day delivery but once payment was processed I was advised of delays. I'm coming close to 2 months since my order and I can't get an ETA on when it will be delivered. Suit was purchased for an upcoming event, allowing almost 3 times the delivery period advised, but now not sure if it will arrive in time and whether I have to buy a new suit elsewhere. Boots arrived with pull loops despite being specifically ordered without them. Their Chat Bot states "It normally takes only 18 calendar days between you placing your order, we producing your garment by hand, and you receiving it at home. We are the fastest company in the world delivering custom made to measure clothes." Compare that to your Customer Service Team who told me on the 9th of May when asking if there's any chance I'll get my order by the end of the month "There is a chance, though how probable that is, I am afraid I cannot say it...", and then on the 16th of May "We think it could be possible to deliver this in around a couple of weeks. That is an estimation based on the information we have right now." How can you legally still be making promises of 30 day delivery in order to make a sale, to only then inform the customer of the actual delivery period once payment has been made?

Ordered and paid for a 4.5mm Cuban curb chain and a 4mm franco chain. Both chains arrived being 2mm and 1.5mm. This is terrible business!!! Have yet to be able to contact anyone in regards to my over 1,100 dollar shipment. In all in all I recieved about 280 dollars worth of gold for over 1,100 dollars. THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!! I'm sure if someone does contact me they will tell me to return the jewelry back at my own expense and they'll send out another one. Then I'll just be out of 1100 dollars period....????????????

I have purchased the 3 suits for 200. The suits are beautiful. The price is unbeatiable. I bought in the past much more expensive suits that are the same materials. I usually find that cheap suits sets have cheaply made pants that come undone at the semes not these suits. They are suits anyone can were in a daily bases. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because the amount of time it took to diver the suits. I waited more then a week before I finally email them why my suits weren't sent out yet. The person was very nice and resolved the issue for me the very next day because I did send them an email later in the day. Basically from me ordering to me getting the suits was 16 days. Other then that I have no complains.

Very good experience, easy to browse and checkout. However, i did find myself having to call cust. service because i couldn't find what I wanted. This where thy shine... the rep was very nice and helped me as much as he could. The site should have more superhero costumes, that's essential to a costume store, but overall it was pretty decent. I bought an alternate version of Iron Man for my kid's party.

I think you have great attention to detail on these orders. One I had some wonderful skin tight jeans that all the ladies that I dated loved. However as a 100% service connected disabled combat veteran, with joint replacemants fused back etc, train on bowfles to help strengthen the musles. However I gained 13 LBS of musle working out, and now cannot fit into any of them. I gave them all away. So I am starting over.

My buddy purchased your shoes for his wedding and he mentioned that it is very comfortable and the height increase is something that no other shoes can offer. So I tried and check your website and purchased Mr. Marsh. The delivery is on time, the design is exactly what is on the website. Upon wearing the shoes, it really gives you the height increase that was advertised. It is very comfortable and you can wear it all the time. I use mine for work and since then I got a lot of compliments and a lot of people mentioned that I look taller and they are also surprised when I told them that it was because of the shoes. The shoes look as if it is a regular shoes, it wouldn't give out the bulky look or chunky. It discreetly gives you the necessary height increase that you need. Superb! Nice work! Love the product!

I've seen your store online when I googled height increasing shoes and I did purchase Mr. Ferras Black. I've received the shoes on time, the quality is amazing and it is very classy. I did wear it on a formal function, you can definitely feel the height increase and the good thing is, no one noticed that I am wearing elevator shoes. I will order again and try a more casual style. I recently bought some shoes. They look good. The website said to buy a 1/2 size smaller than what you normally buy for US customers. I followed their advice. When I wore the shoes today I could practically walk out of the shoes. They run big on the size. I went to the website to contact them and do not see any contact info except a phone number listed that claims to charge you a fee for contacting them.

I am distraught at Sacoor Bros Online service. I made 2 orders online on 9th and 11th April. For both orders there were refunds. The orfer for eth 9th, Sacoor bros ignored several emails and whatsapp messages. They finally took the colelction 7th May. Its 17th May and I have not been refunded. For the order 11th April, I made the return via Saccor's advice on teh 24th April. Today 17th May I still do not have my refund. Their ability to deal with customers in a the appropriate manner online is highly questionable. I like the brand, but I will never shop online with them again.

When you give a voucher of spend AED 1000 and get discount of AED 500 make on a normal days not sale days where this discount is applicsble on original price, it's like a cheating and in addition to that pants didn't last for 2 years not like ZARA which I'm wearing for 7 years now and it was cheaper.

Buyer be very aware. I placed an order on the redfootshoes website. Now to look forward to my one pair of shoes. 4 days go by and no shoes. I send an email and inquire where they are. The reply came to explain I had inputted the wrong address details. I bought them using the Pay Pal platform so I did not understand this excuse as every other company I had bought from using the same payment method had resulted in my items be delivered. Once I had mentioned this I had another reply that the person did not know this and thought I had written the wrong details.7 more days passed by and still no shoes. I emailed again, this time the reply mentioned a 40% refund due to the on going issue. I was then told next day delivery. Well 2 more days past by and I again emailed to find out the reply was that the shoes had been damaged in transit to my home. YOU COULD NOT MAKE IT UP. I thought at least I would receive my shoes before I go away on my up coming holiday. NO that was not the case. Rather than sort the issue out red foot shoes decided to refund the rest of the money and wash there hands completely. I sent another email and explained as this issue was not of my making surly you would compensate me by sending the shoes as a way of saying SORRY for all this. The reply has still not come. It seems that if they go silent then I will go away quietly and forget this ever happened. Actually I believe that both good service and BAD service should be shared around so every body knows what they could be in for should the same issues happen if they buy a pair of shoes. In my opinion, supplying a pair of shoes because if you think of it. Offering a 40% refund when I had waited many days was a given but when another issue happens i just get nothing. I run and own 3 businesses and if this ever happened to any of my customers I would do the right thing and give the customer the refund and send the shoes. I guess we are not all the same.

Oxford william tan brogue. Absolutely phenomenal service. Had an email at about 7am an hour after my order saying they were packaged. Tracking information was accurate and they arrived the next day. Shoes are pretty good quality, absolutely what I expected and the price is beyond amazing! Perfect fit, they are the size they say they are. I really dont understand some of the bad reviews below. Thank you very guys and I'll be purchasing from you again.

Well I buy most things online and I had high hopes for this order. I ordered several items for my sons birthday. On arrival one of the tshirts is damaged. I emailed straight away with a photo. I now have to print off the returns label, package it up, drive 6 miles to my nearest post office and then they will give me a refund. When I asked about anything as a good Will gesture they said No. When I asked to speak with the owner, they said they don’t do that. The least they could do is sent an alternative tshirt without damage and offer my postage to be returned. Needless to say with this terrible customer service I won’t be buying again! And my son missed out on a tshirt for his birthday today!

Great service and lovely helpful staff yet again. My grandson had changed his mind over a windcheater he'd purchased and there was no trouble at all in exchanging it and not rushed into choosing something to replace it. Thanks again

They send the wrong size items and then tell you to mail back to Norway at your expense and they will charge a $10 restocking fee. Horrible company, not worth the trouble.
