I think you have great attention to detail on these orders. One I had some wonderful skin tight jeans that all the ladies that I dated loved. However as a 100% service connected disabled combat veteran, with joint replacemants fused back etc, train on bowfles to help strengthen the musles. However I gained 13 LBS of musle working out, and now cannot fit into any of them. I gave them all away. So I am starting over.

ordered again with slightly different measurements. I've been happy so far with the existing products, and I like that the measurements are saved so that as I need to tweak sizes in different areas of the body, or desire different fits, I can see what was previously entered to know how the articles currently fit and how I'd like my next pair to fit.

I've been shopping with your website for years. I love the denim selection and styles. Don't get me started on your prices! Your website not only customizes denim to the customers exact size, your prices beat department store prices hands down. Even the "off rack" high end denim is still too expensive. The quality of the craftsmanship is second to none. All in all, I'm not sure why more people aren't flooding your website for more orders. Keep up the great work!

I love being able to customize not only the fit, but so many other things about the clothing here. I have unusual proportions and MYOJ makes it fun and easy to have fashionable clothes that actually look nice on me for less than I would pay to buy clothes in a store and then have them tailored.

Very good. One improvement: When I edited my existing measurements I saved them under a different name. The system deleted my original measurements instead of simply adding another set of measurements. This is contrary to all file saving conventions and the customer would not expect it. Please correct.

I ordered my standard size which I purchase for all of my pants and when these "custom" and supposedly superior jeans showed up I could not even get them over my hips. Again, nothing fancy here but just way off...day yourself a favour and buy pants you can try on in the store and not these garbage jeans. Really poor quality!

I have yet to order any jeans from here, but have ordered multiple shorts. I'll start off by saying make sure you read the measurements instructions, people on here are giving bad reviews saying they input their normal size and can't fit into them. Well it clearly says on their website how to measure. For instance I'm usually a 35" waist but my measurements are 39.5". With that out of the way, the orders I've made have arrived exactly how I've ordered. And the quality is top notch. It's hard for me to wear any other shorts now. They have been shut down due to the global pandemic, which is a bummer, but also shows they care about their employees safety. But soon as they are up and running again, i will be purchasing a big order that I've been customizing. 5 stars all day for Make Your Own Jeans! For the price, with the great quality, and all the different options they have, you can't find a better value.

Other sites allow you to choose cm or inch for all measurements, no converting. Other sites clearly tell you body measurement or garment measurement, this site has you choose styles or fix which is confusing and pictures show the person measuring themselves while wearing the garment which is in between both methods. I'm did my best to follow example photo/instructions but have low confidence that it will work out without needing redone.

The site was very easy to use and I like that most pages provide users the opportunity to suggest improvements. While the measuring instructions were pretty clear, I think a video would be helpful. Also, I would appreciate the opportunity to sign-in to my account at PayPal to provide my payment information rather than having to enter it as a "guest" of PayPal. Thank you.

The overall experience was very good. When it came time for checkout, it was slightly frustrating to use a different shipping and billing address. Usually, these can simply be specified differently, but it was necessary to add both addresses to the address book. This isn't a big deal, but since it is non-standard, it was slightly frustrating to figure out.
