Good Quality but return policy is ridiculous. Because of their large packages for in this case trousers and that Les deux doesnt pay for the return delivery costs, it cost me 18€ to send it back while I bough a pair of pants for 100€. So please do two things a) Reduce the package size to something that is more customer friendly b) or just cover return costs as most other companies do Until then wont order again.

The day I made my purchase, all the items in the website had Free Shipping. But just before payment at checkout it suddenly ‘updated’ my cart and stated that free shipping wasn’t applied any more. No reason, just like that. The system forced me to pay for regular or express shipping. I placed my order anyway because the item I wanted was very low in stock and the Customer Service wouldn’t be available until three days after. I trusted that they would reimburse me the shipping fee and I contact them explaining the case. They told me that in fact there was a problem in the website and they had fixed it. They suggest me to try again. But I already had bought the item!!! I insisted and they disappeared. As many other people have told, the Customer Service is a disaster, they don’t read the messages properly and aren’t willing to solve your problems with the shopping or the products. Also, a company that designs in Spain, manufactures in Portugal, and ships from Germany is not as sustainable as it may seems and as they argue in other reviews. The worst part is that I’m from Spain and ALL THE TIME I had to write to Customer Service in English, read them in English (from someone called Isabel and located in my very same city), and they proudly say they are a brand from Barcelona… with zero Spanish content. At least they could offer the website in Spanish and Catalan; the argument that their main audience is German is bonkers for justifying just a bad customer experience.

Who says we can’t be stylish while social distancing? These are the most elegant and wearable face masks I have found yet. The fit and design are far better than the crafty types available on Etsy and more functional than other designers like Kes (their silk is lovely but it gaps and can come loose). Recent research confirms that for non-medical PPE, a combination of materials such as silk and cotton offers better protection. Most important, these are comfortable enough to keep on without fiddling. They are truly worth every Euro—and also allow us to support hospitals in the hardest hit region of Italy. Items in stock arrived very quickly to the U.S. and I plan to give them as gifts to those I most wish to be safe—naturally my husband got the first.

Ordered 2 times from Legend London. The quality is pretty ok and the jeans are very comfortable. Poor customer serivce. If you need their "customer service" they are not there. Still waiting on my 2nd order.. which is somewhere stuck. I asked the customer service of LL several times to re-confirm the address with DPD because they could not find it. DPD did find it the first time, so it's a strange situation. Trying to get into contact with LL customer service took already 3 days. There is no telephone number only an email adres. Very shady actually and these things you only check when you need it. LL customer service would re-confirm my address again with DPD. Already waiting a long long time and still nothing happened. DPD online tracking says to contact the sender as the sender is the only one that can confirm the delivery. The Sender is neglecting to provide any service. What to do... Update: Im wondering how London Legend takes care of their shipments. The only thing DPD required the Sender (LL) to do is to confirm the address. The package had already arrived at the final depot near the place of delivery. LL states to have confirmed the address however the package is being send BACK to the Sender...... Putting this on the COVID19 situation is below any level and without any respect to the situation outside. It just shows even more the incompetence of the 'customer service'.

My boyfriend is now on his third try with a pair of the poorly made clothes. The first pair of shorts he purchased had a large rip in the seat of the pants. He exchanged those for a different pair of shorts. These had a zipper that was seen in properly. Even the on site semstress could repair the zipper. Her only suggestion was to not unzip them all the way. What a joke. Especially for the price. So he exchanges them. His third and most recent pair has pockets that are partially sewn on and looks dirty. How can a company get away with this.

I’ve been a fan of affliction and American fighter clothing! I usually buy from the buckle website and or store. My husband spent over $200 at the affliction website, one of the shirts didn’t fit as expected so I have to send back. It’s a $50 shirt so not only do I have to pay to send back (customer service would not send me a free shipping label) but also can’t exchange unless it’s the amount as another shirt. Affliction customer service is the worse people to deal with, never had problems at buckle, will never deal with this place again and or there clothing.

I accepted a special offer promoted on FB. I could try a razor for 99p. So I purchased. The razor arrived next day ! The wide handle gives greater control with wet hands, the head glides easily across skin and gives a good shave. Excellent product, happy to recommend !!!

When I first started shaving I used a double-edged disposable razor blade. By that I mean one on each side. With the advent of the of the the double edged razors with the two blades on the same side I though, "what took 'em so long" I continued using them until the model I was using had four blades. It was a great shave, with only an occasional nick. The only down-side was their cost, at almost $4 each!! Then I tried Dorco with six blades...WOW. Now, I know you're thinking how much better can six be than four Trust me when I tell you it is the closest shave I've ever had; and my wife agrees when she uses them. It may be an illusion, but when using this blade I find that my close-shave feeling lasts about 4-6 hours longer. And if that wasn't good enough I recently purchased them on sale for $1.20 each. If it were possible I'd give this razor 6 ... no ten stars.
