I purchased a Vanity on sale in December, Took me sometime to get it in myself, since the bathroom need some major repairs before I could install it. It looks great and well built. Decided I wanted the matching mirror, so I ordered it and three months later, but it came in a different shade of white. Wrote them a note, they offered to have me ship it back and get a refund or they would refund $100 so I could get it color matched and painted. very happy with vanities depot.

We just purchased a 72” vanity from Seconds and Surplus for another bathroom, but they didn’t have any 60” vanities for our 2nd bathroom. Got online and found Vanities Depot and ordered the 60" Brookfield Warm Cherry Double Bathroom Vanity × 1 with 60” Santa Cecilia 4CM Oval Sink × 1 and it was a better quality vanity than what we purchased at Sevonds and Surplus. Can’t wait to get bathroom #1 done, so I can see the new vanity setup in bathroom #2!

Ordered some meds and it arrived in about 2.5 weeks from Hong Kong to Canada. Packaged in a bubbled envelop but it crushed the meds box. Its still fine as the meds are packaged in smaller individual packages. Items are genuine. Order went smoothly with no problems. Will order more in the future.

I placed an order for a bedroom set in 08/2021, it was supposed to arrive in 4-6 weeks. 8 weeks later when I inquired about the status, they stated they would have in another 4 weeks. The Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays came and went and no bedroom set. At this point I wanted to cancel the order which I was told I could however supply chain issues and COVID were the reason for the delays. Now it’s July, 11 months since the initial order, and they have reached out to me to increase the price from 828 to 1216 dollars because of increased inflation and shipping. A 45 percent increase. Inflation is up 10-15 percent, not 45 percent! I cancelled the order after wasting my time with this company for over a year waiting on it. Terrible business practices and customer service. Buyer Beware.

Just Run From FurniturePick!!! Please run! Just run from ever doing business with FurniturePick. This company is a sham. I have a toddler and we are stressed out because the bunk bed they delivered to us squeaks like hell. It gave me neck pain the first time we slept on it, plus the bed platform is uneven once it is unfolded from sofa to bed. This uneven surface makes it hazardous for my child who can easily suffocate in the middle of the bed where both parts meet. Like everyone else complaining about FurniturePick, I have not received a refund. We waited several months for delivery and we are so disappointed. For $624, you’ll think to receive quality bed, no; what we got is cheap and junk sofa bed. FurniturePick does not honor their 14 day money back guarantee (return policy). They’ll fight you ridiculously tooth and nail to keep your money. I’ve reported them to consumer bureau of protection. I made the payment through PayPal. Unfortunately, there is nothing PayPal can do because they are not a trade company and they apparently do not get involved with seller’s refund policy. Also, you can’t take FurniturePick to court because they do not have a physical address. We cannot use the bed; so, it’s just sitting there occupying much valuable space from my baby. Just run! As I stated, RUN! FurniturePick has no shame. I am less than 150 lbs. If this is your argument or excuse for the incredibly squeaking bed. You’re making no sense. If the bunk bed is strictly for children, why is it then a queen size bed? This is misleading and alienating to the public. Based on your refund policy, you should have refunded me since I requested reimbursement within 24 hours after delivery. Don’t hide under PayPal for your criminal enterprise - you will be caught. Show yourself! You don’t have a physical address for people to return their products or deal with you in court. What is your address? Since the manufacturer is ACME Furniture, you leave me no choice but to sue you under the manufacturer. I have no choice, but to get them involved - I don’t know how they do business with you, unless you’re all in this together. You’ll get caught and brought to justice.

Ordered a 5m HDMI cable...started well enough but it is very fragile. The slightest touch or movement makes the picture flicker. Hard to use with reliability or without frustration. I've stopped using it and wouldn't buy again.

Very poor business practice. Great website and designs, product less than the image. You contact them before you order regarding the returns policy, within 2 weeks you are reassured. However no return address is supplied with your package, the sarees they sent you are not a great as the advertising. You ring them for a return address, they try and back out, reluctantly you get a P.O. box no address in North London. You send your parcel as a tracked package to be signed for, eventually the Post Office delivers it back to you 2 months later, not having been delivered or collected. You contact them, and of course it is nothing to do with them. This is a company that does not have robust business practices, either do not know their own returns policy or have no intention of honouring it. The website is sophisticated, they are not. Any decent company would supply a return address and accept parcels returned to them. AVOID!!

For goodness sake. Waiting for my coffee table since last year Nov. On their website it said, Feb will come in the store. I called, not here yet. Then they change it to the beginning of March. I call today, not here yet. Now they change again and said 2weeks later but no guarantee. Thank you very much for that.

On Thursday 20th August 2020 I bought a Stanley Rogers 8-Piece Albany Steak Knife Set - Stainless Steel for when I move into my own unit in September 2020 so I could use it for myself or when my family and friends come over for steak since the knives just cut the steak to perfection. The staff were very helpful and the service was amazing because they refunded me due to the postage being delayed, which was extremely nice of them to do that for me.
