Dreadful. I entered a draw for a new trainer launch and was subsequently told that I had been unsuccessful. However, my account had already been charged for the payment, and I'll need to wait for the funds to become available to me again, by which point the trainers I wanted will be sold out everywhere. It was all the money I had in the world, and it took me 3 months to save up what little spare cash I had to be able to afford it. Only to be told that I have been unsuccessful and 'sorry', when you know they're laughing all the way to the bank. Meanwhile those of us who have to work for a living and for something, anything to look forward to, even the smallest bit of joy, get told that 'fair is fair'. Random does not mean fair, it means that loyal customers get forgotten while resellers make their profit. All I was asked was if I wanted them to close my account with Hanon. Disgusting. I hope this business fails.

Hanon is a great shop for sneakers in the U.K. They are prompt and secure with delivery, provide helpful customer service and most importantly to me, the range of stock they carry is amazing. It's nice to choose from different shoes compared to what other similar sites sell. Prices are really good too especially on sale items. Highly recommended.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes. Both broke within 2 wears. Contacted customer service about it and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I was asked to send pictures of the unglued shoes which I did immediately only to not even get an acknowledgement of my email. When I emailed again and pointed that out I was asked to post the shoes back. I replied immediately that I am happy to do so once I receive written confirmation of when the refund is going to reach me and also get reimbursed for the extra expenses they are causing. 2 weeks later still ni reply, no refund and 2 pairs of broken shoes... it is not enough to sell vegan products and pretend to be an ethical company when you can't look after your customers! Disgusted of it all!!!

Ordered a pair of shoes from this site, they came very quickly and update emails were sent with the deluvery status. The shoes didn't arrive in brand new condition, I contacted customer services and they were super helpful, immediately offering to replace the shoes. It was resolved quickly and I am now a very happy customer. Would have given 5 stars if shoes had been in perfect condition as they are really comfortable and excellent quality workout shoes.

Trust me! They don’t deserve this star right there! I had a credit card with American eagle Outfitters that I used to pay on time and stoped using it lately. All of a sudden, today I l noticed a new inquiry plus 5 points off my credit score and when I checked it out I found out that American Eagle decreased my credit limit. And when I called the account manager said that AE have the right to decrease and increase your limits from time to time, and then said to avoid fraud in your account! I said you guys are scam coz if you wanted to avoid fraud you would’ve close the whole account not decreasing my limit and hurting my credit score! We kept arguing and she hung up on my face. Don’t get credit cards from this company! Save yourself guys this headache

Due to Covid-19, many businesses are closed. As soon as non-essential businesses began closing down, American Eagle began sending out promotional emails about their super sales and how internet sales will be their priority until all of the shut-downs and shelter-in-place orders are lifted. Many items were discounted significantly on the web, and "free shipping" was offered in most instances. I, along with several friends, went online and purchased items from American Eagle and Aerie in good faith, and our credit cards were charged upon purchase. However, the items never arrived. When I called the 800 customer service number, I was told that the items were "slightly delayed" due to the limited staff, but that they were working hard to get everything out. Another friend, after receiving FURTHER American Eagle promotional emails about another sale (which the website offered at this low price for a limited time only - she had to order before the end of the week) went online and purchased several items from Aerie as well, and like the rest of us, her packages never arrived, either. After about 3 weeks of this and the same remote answers from American Eagle call center staff, "We're working on it. It is set to go out tomorrow." Or "It is scheduled to go out tonight," I started getting emails from American Eagle stating that the orders may be "delayed" due to Covid-19. One email even said the orders might be cancelled. However, my credit card is STILL charged, and I am paying interest on items that I NEVER received!! I called American Eagle BACK and told them just to refund the items to my credit card, but I was told by them that they could not do this. The items could not be "returned" to my card until they have shipped. However, according to the emails, not only have the items not shipped, they may NEVER ship. I finally got an agent on the phone for American Eagle who is out of the country, and he told me, "Yes, our distribution center is closed down due to Covid-19. It was supposed to be re-opened in 10 days, with yesterday being the 10th day. It has been closed since March 17th. But not only has it not reopened, no one has contacted the call centers to tell us when or if it will EVER be reopened." So, American Eagle, just to clarify: You have been actively sending out emails to ALL your customers as well as advertising on your website that all these great prices are being offered exclusively for this short time-period, you are offering "free shipping" with online orders, and that customers have to buy NOW to take advantage of these great deals. And you KNOW that your warehouse is closed, is NOT scheduled to reopen at any specific date, and you are holding customers' money in limbo??? Why would you sell items to customers who, in good faith order and pay, when you KNOW you can't deliver the product?? A complaint is being filed with the Attorney General as we speak, and also with the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered a pair of shoes. Never got a confirmation email and then emailed them to try and track and just keep getting the same automated email. Asking to send my order number to find my order…but I never received an order number. My card got charged but I still haven’t heard back or seen any progress on my order. Fuck this company and they’re non existent customer service.

I bought Dr martin shoe form this mode footwear it was delivered on time but once I used for like few weeks there was a crack from wrinkle. I complained about this to them but they didn't reply and always said they haven't got response from Dr martin. Their customer service also really bad. I spent 200$ for this shoes and I got copy one not the genuine. I ask them aswell but they said they sell only genuine one..very disappointed

WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Bought a pair of doc Martin’s that began to fall apart offer less that a month. It then took more than TWO MONTHS of chasing them to even get an answer on the return process and then after all that was told ‘cut them up and we’ll give you a store credit and you can buy them again yourself’. Despite the patience shown, Mode offered no apology for the time it took to even get an answer and even less care about providing the least painful solution - just sending a replacement pair.

I was sent a wrong pair of shoe in the wrong style/size. I sent them an email regarding this and requesting a return label and still nothing! Had to send another follow up email and only then a few days did I receive the return label. Once they received my return, I was told the shoes I originally ordered was sold out and can only offer refund. Very unhappy with this company! Not to mention I had to pay the shipping fees as well which is unfair as this is their mistake. I shop online all the time and this is unacceptable! Do not buy from this company!!

I ordered shoes over 5 weeks ago that were supposed to arrive in 10 days. I still do not have the shoes. The tracking hasn't updated since April 28th and I have emailed many times and they always respond with "Give it 2-3 more days and if they don't arrive we will refund you full amount." I filed a claim with paypal and they haven't responded to Paypal yet. I still don't have the shoes or my money! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Also, they act like they are in California but the damn shoes are coming from CHINA!
