I bought some shoes last April at Mola studio and I never received them. I tried to contact them by email and they never responded.

NOT a real STORE! IT is a SCAM! DO NOT GIVE MONEY

This company is a scam! Placed 3 orders with this company, they took my money from my account immediately, and never sent order confirmations, nor the orders. Tried emailing customer service numerous times, called the number listed for them, no response from either. Do not buy from them!

Here is what happened.
On 8th, November 2021, I placed an order for Nike clothes via this online shopping platform and paid USD 154 in total with my debit card (Order #:000000924).
I noticed something went wrong because they didn’t send me an order confirmation and an invoice even they took my money.
I requested them to cancel my order and to get me a refund.
They replied “Ok, no problem”, “Ok, thank you”.
But no process is going on and nothing happened. So I asked them again but they ignored me and didn’t email me anymore.
Plus, unlike the address posted, however, I found that their physical stores don’t exist.
Given the circumstances, I am now deeply concerned about the legitimacy or authenticity of this website

We searched online and found that this business has an active Facebook page with 97 followers. From our experience this can indicate that the business is either not actively engaged with online communication or is new and growing. We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We discovered that the domain for this business is relitevely new, which means that it could be a start-up business that does not yet have a huge amount of customers. We found that this business has an Instagram page, where they communicate with their customers using images and videos. This is usually an indication that the business has some visual aspects that it wants to showcase. We discovered that this business uses Twitter for networking with their clients and promoting company news and updates.
