Bought 2 pairs of shoes. Both broke within 2 wears. Contacted customer service about it and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I was asked to send pictures of the unglued shoes which I did immediately only to not even get an acknowledgement of my email. When I emailed again and pointed that out I was asked to post the shoes back. I replied immediately that I am happy to do so once I receive written confirmation of when the refund is going to reach me and also get reimbursed for the extra expenses they are causing. 2 weeks later still ni reply, no refund and 2 pairs of broken shoes... it is not enough to sell vegan products and pretend to be an ethical company when you can't look after your customers! Disgusted of it all!!!

I ordered shoes, they came within 5 days, one of the boxes i got the shoes in was a bit ripped/bashes but both pairs of shoes were in great condition 4/5 :)

Delivery was fast - abt a week. Lovely shoes, and super comfy! I was kept informed every step of the way and ordering was simple.

I ordered some footwear to France and I was very impressed with the quality of the shoes and the fast delivery, when due to the current situation things are taking weeks on end to arrive here. Unfortunately the shoes are too big so I will need to exchange. I hope the return and pre-order will be just as good!

Great experience. The shoes arrived on time and in great condition. The quality is good, considering for what you pay. You should definitely check the sizing beforehand, since some pairs might run small, but overall nothing bad to say.

I love my matrix platform boots they are exactly as shown and I can’t wait to wear them! The only thing I had struggled with was the sizing as I’m a 4 and their 4 was too small so I’d recommend going a size up in those particular shoes! But return was FREE and very easy x

The boots look even better in person than they do on the website. But a very small patch of the 'leather' has already worn down even though I've only worn them once which has me worried that they're nowhere near as sturdy as they look. The threads on the cutoff of the straps round the top of the boot also get stuck in the Velcro of the pocket accessory, so I can't actually use the pocket on the boot as advertised without further damaging the strap. Looks like the edge of the material on the strap wasn't sealed/
'cauterized', allowing the loose threads to get caught up.

It's a shame they're as delicate as they are. Fortunately I only intend to wear them on nights out anyway. But for the price tag, and a brand I felt excited to explore, I had higher hopes.

Love my shoes! Unfortunately after 1 wear, the sole had come apart. One message later, a response within minutes, this was all sorted, replacements on the way. Super impressed with the customer service.

Shoes are fabulous but too small. I am a uk 9 everywhere and have been for over a decade and these shoes are just too pinchy. Absolutely gutted :(

Ordered after 5pm Friday, paid £3.99 for delivery, expecting them to arrive Monday. They arrived around 5:15pm on Saturday. My daughter is very happy with her boots. Thanks so much. I will be using again!

I love my new shoes!

Although I found the sizing to be a tad off (came a bit tight even though i got half a size up), I did break them in within a few days of wearing and they're fine now.

Product arrived on time and they look BEAUTIFUL. As shown in the picture. They are right around the calves (thigh high boots) but there’s hardly any sagging when I walk which is perfect. They do squeak loudly but they’re comfortable around the feet and they look gorgeous, so it’s no problem. I’ll definitely be buying from Koi again.

The shoes came in surprisingly quickly and in good shape, size fit perfectly and looks exactly like promotional pictures, however they are very light and the leather and sole seem flimsy, although that's expected due the price! Overall good product and would reccomend to anyone seeking something affordable.

It took I litle bit longer as 10 days to get the shoes to Slovenia, but probably because of the Brexit. Otherwise the shoes are realy great and my daughter is realy satisfied (with the number and everything).

Delivery was good... boots were not.
I know these boots are cheap but wow.
Hard plastic heels, visible (and still sticky) glue in places and unfinished in places.
So quality not so good but also they are EXTREMELY narrow, I've never had to buy a wide fit before but I would definitely have to with these (not that they do wide fit) and even then I think they'd be too narrow.

Cannot wear these, pretty sure sizing up isn't going to magically make them much wider so I've had to send back. On a plus the returns process is easy.

Fast and easy order. Liked the fit. Since I have narrow feet these shoes fits me better than usual. I've never ordered shoes before since I'm always nervous that they won't fit but these didn't disappoint. They are still a little loose but it's fine, I can still wear them and they look so nice.

And not to forget, the quality is really nice. I'm gonna order more shoes from here in the future.

I love these shoes! I bought the Chelsea boot style and I just love them, they're really lightweight, look great and also very comfy. I'm a size 5 and I feel like these are quite a roomy 5. Delivery was fast with no issues and very happy with the price! Bargain!
