For that price point, shoe quality ain't that bad, I will give it a test run. Im hopefull that they will last at least one/two seasons. All other experience was great, fast order, fast shoppment (I live in Lithuania shoes arived in 5days) .
Allthough I would love to see this brand in more quality and sustainable point of view, cause the designs are really lovely and I could buy it again and again, but I am not a fan of cheap poliester leather, there are many options when it comes to vegan leather so I hope the brand will ship from cheap materieals for more quality,and I would not mind to pay more for better :)

Gorgeous boots and shoes, well made, alternative designs that you won't find elsewhere, and fantastic choice for vegans. Very reasonable prices, and if you need to send anything back you can do it free through Asda. I love Koi!

Great experience. Checkout was very simple. Surprisingly enough the boots I ordered arrived less than a week after they shipped out even though the expected delivery time would be 10-20 days.
I took off one star for the quality of the boots. I do not think they are worth the price I payed. The eyelets seem like they will pop out after 2-3 wears. Not very sure about the overall durability of the boots.

Absolutely gorgeous!
Great shoes, I've been getting a ton of compliments. I wear them to work (my old pair from another shop were worn down), they have plenty of grip which is ideal for winter! Usually very comfortable, my only gripe is that they're still a tad tight, but I'm sure they'll stretch out over time (I've only had them about a week haha)

I love my platform boots and they are super comfy! However, I’ve had them for less than 6 months and the sole is already splitting on both sides. I didn’t expect the best quality considering they were only £50 but having them split like this after less than half a year is ridiculous, I’m super bummed because they’re my favourite pair. Will probably just invest in some Docs to replace them.

I have had my Koi Boots for about a year now and I get lots of compliments when I wear them. They are extremely comfortable and still look like brand new. They are such good value for money. Just can't fault them really !

The shoes were brilliant! I love them very much. The only issue is that whilst I’m a size 5 and can usually fit into a size 5, it was a bit snug on my feet. I’m not going to return them, I’m taking them to be stretched out a bit.

I have two pairs of shoes from Koi- a pair trainers and some chelsea boots. White the trainers are comfortable and have lasted well so far, my boots ripped down the sole in a fortnight. I contacted customer services and I was refunded for them quickly so, while it was a shame, it wasn't too big an issue.

I have bought bought many pairs of shoes from Koi and never had a problem with them until the last pair I bought in December 2019, when unfortunately the sole came off the shoe after only wearing them for 3 weeks. Customer care was excellent, I dropped them a message through their Facebook page, with a picture of the problem, and they replaced them free of charge, no quibbles. Excellent service, will continue to buy from them.

Ordered 2 (boots and mary janes) : they fit perfectly! The prices are very great but I noticed they got more expensive. The shipping is a bit expensive I think (about 10€ for France) but the rest is PERFECT. The shoes are beautiful, I know I will definitely order again from koifootwear!

Affordable, cheap shoes - quick delivery time (arrived sooner than I expected) and the shoes fit and are super cute.
They don't feel incredible long lasting and have basic (not v soft) inner soles but you do get what you pay for so thats okay, I just wouldn't wear them as every day shoes since they might wear out inside fast.

THEIR SHOES ARE SO COMFORTABLE! I’m never able to wear shoes with heels because I’m so clumsy and my feet start to hurt, but I can wear their boots all day long and be fine! They are such good quality and I was so impressed!

Bought a few items from here for my daughter and they are fab! Excellent quality, unique and surprisingly very comfortable. their customer service (I used for returns and exchanges) is excellent and fast delivery. Would highly recommend.

Shoe sizes appear to run big (didn't want to send back as they ship from overseas), and wear out ASAP. One pair developed a hole in the toe within a couple months of light wear and the rubber paneling on the side began peeling off. I've never seen this happen so early on in a pair of shoes. On the boots I ordered two of the shoelace hooks popped off after maybe the third time of wear.

I like the shoes because they feel like pretty decent quality for the price. However, the packaging was pretty beaten up and dirty.. The box came almost destroyed being that half of the box was ripped. There were a couple long hairs inside the box and stuck in the corners of the box. Very gross and seems lazy to me. No attention to details.

Personal, I think the shoes were really great! I wanted a size 4 uk but they were out of stock so I got a size 5 uk and they were perfect. The shoes look really nice on the picture but looked even better and brighter in real life! They also came quicker then I expected! I would for sure recommend this website and will also use again!

Really love the shoes and the designs, happy with the price, happy with delivery and really happy with the customer service. I had to return a pair for sizing issues and the whole drop off box thing was stressful, it took a long time to get the refund sorted but they were good communicators.
Biggest problem is quality. The velvety fabric wears off and damages very easily, the eyelets fell out almost immediately, and worse of all the rubber sole cracked in half in the middle, I've only had that pair 6 weeks with light wear.
Very disappointing but they're so good apart from that...

Shoes look exactly like the picture but are thin material that is already creasing up and feels like it could rip after just trying them on in my flat. Not really worth £60.Sizes are on the small side too .
