I bought a blue Eco-leather biker jacket collection ss2020.I took the chance to order the jacket I wanted and I won!Fast and Flawless delivery(thanks to DHL too).The product was exactly the same as shown in the online store, very good quality.

I ordered a pair of Levi's shorts. Fast shipping, considering the period. But to my surprise: 1) The model is not what I ordered 2) the shorts are obviously fake. The Levi'S label is roughly cut and badly sewn on jeans. I will definitely ask for a refund, hoping that the process will not be an odyssey like many other customers have told. Never again!

My first purchase!! I just received it. Let's start with this review. I was hesitant to buy an item online that cost almost the same as an air ticket, from San Francisco to New York. But I did it!! They are 100% leather shoes. The first thing is that you do not need to pay those 12 dollars for fast shipping 3 days. Since you have it free in 5 days. Second, the package in which the shoes come is impressive. A huge box with top finishes. And the shoes? They are beautiful. They are as they were in the photo. And the material is top-notch, the leather, the sole, the fade all looks great. This is a casual shoe to look casual and classy. Nohow has impressed me. Thank you!!

Four-five months ago i emailed NOHOW and asked them if they had a pair of timberland sneakers in stock,because it was unavailable on their website.Next day they answered me,saying that they would restock it,so i placed my order and paid.They emailed me again the following day,telling that due to a wrong stock count the pair was not going to be available again.They offered a same value gift card and free return on my next order or a refund,i chose the refund and my money was back on my account the following day.Some days ago i ordered a pair of chelsea boots,they arrived on time and the product is good.

I want to call out those old reviews that stated NOHOW never returns emails or written correspondence. I had 2 successful transactions with NOHOW but the 3rd order had issues with the wrong item being sent. I reached out to NOHOW and they immediately, I mean within hours replied back with instructions on how to send back the clothing item. Unfortunately customs has a hold of the package but when I reordered they took great care that all my items were sent correctly. The sizing is perfect, the clothes are top quality, and one of the most affordable clothing companies online. No clothing company in the USA comes close to their fashion sense and I love Mariano’s style. I will continue ordering from such a great all around clothing company.

Credit where credit is due...
After 4 examples of very poor customer service from NoHow I was contacted by Gretchen from the Support Team. It was night and day in terms of response. She immediately 'owned' the issues, sorted out the refund, communicated things to me that hadn't previously been communicated and then consistently checked with and updated me as things progressed. Have now received everything I expected etc. and couldn't be happier with the response to my complaint.
As I've said previously I absolutely love NoHow clothes and it is a crying shame that the brand is so let down by their customer service but hopefully with people like Gretchen in the team they can correct this situation. I certainly look forward to the day when I can award them 4 or 5 stars and will continue to shop with them.
I can testify, having placed 14 separate orders with them that NoHow are not a 'scam' company and are not intentionally trying to rip people off; they are simply building a business and stumbling a bit on the way.

I always have had great experience shopping with Nohow, the quality of their products is amazing. They arrived in form and color as described in the pictures and the fitting is perfect if you select your real size according to the European standards.
Last time I ordered couple of coats, one of them came wrong and I contacted the costumer service and quickly they take action of my request. The have an outstanding costumer service and very efficent. Cheers to Pier and Vannesa that help to solve my issue and I'll keep buying clothes from this store!! Grazie tantissimo! :)

I’ve ordered one month ago and haven’t get any news about my order yet. They didn’t my several emails, messages I sent to them. It was supposed to take 1-3 business days to be shipped. They aren’t professional at all ! I haven’t a tracking number yet or even a single email explaining to me that they’re facing difficulties !

My order # is 139353 with Nohow. If I could rate them -1 stars I really would. I have never had such a horrible experience with a company in my life. First off, their stitching and hemming is atrocious. I had placed an order for 336 euros on 9/27/2019 and it took them 23 days to ship the order. Naturally, what do you do as a consumer? You dispute the transaction as you think the company is phony and a hoax. As soon as Nohow received the dispute from my bank, they magically decide to ship out the items. The items came in and they were horrible, I returned all items, I believe I had ordered 9 different items, including jeans, blazers and long sleeves. I wanted nothing more than to return my items. I contacted customer support and they said to return the items back to Italy, but of course that they would not pay for shipping. In order to save my 336 euros, I decided to pour another $67 USD into the packaging, so I can ship the item back out to Italy from CA. What a horrible idea this was, as the company mentioned they cannot release my original payment until the dispute with my bank has been removed. Immediately, I went into my bank and removed my dispute as of 12/6/19 and the money was released from my bank to Nohow on that same day, 12/6/19. Today is 1/18/2020 and guess what? I have no refund yet?! Shocker, huh? I have reached out to them over 12 different occasions and wish I can screenshot my email threads to them off trustpilot but unfortunately they do not allow for it. I will screenshot my email threads on all other platforms however. Each time, they respond with an automated message, "Thank you for contacting Nohow Support and please do not send numerous messages for the same issue." Well, if you respond to us as consumers with a date of a refund, then we would not be emailing every few days. Save yourselves and DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! May this review be an example of my horrible customer service, that I am still undergoing. They are nasty, atrocious and completely phony. Never buy from them! I plan to write reviews all over Facebook, Yelp, Instagram and others! My order # is 139353.

I mistakenly place a order for stuff that I don't want, and I was so confused. But I had someone for support reaching out to me as soon as possible, saying they gonna prioritize my case hopefully that happen because I need my money for something else. My order # 163091
