After receiving my Soma pitcher, the quarterly deliveries of filters started to arrive, although my address had changed. I didn't think I'd hear back from the location where the filters had been delivered, so Jenny collected and provided all the shipping and tracking information regarding UPS Innovation (a partner UPS and USPS service) and even followed up with me a week later via email to see if I was able to retrieve the filters. Honestly, this customer service experience was so kind-- and above and beyond my expectations! Great product, great service, great team. Keep it up SOMA! And of course, thanks again, Jenny!

As a former graphic designer, I appreciate products that happily marry great form and function .... Soma is one of those products! I actually WANT to leave it in plain site.

My water tastes a tad "cleaner" than it did with my Brita. I enjoy the ease at filling the pitcher as well. I like how it closes on itself when the reservoir is full. Overall, I'm very happy I switched!

I had been eyeing a Soma carafe for a few months but when I saw a Facebook ad for their larger pitcher on Earth day this year I was sold.
I've since "pressured" three friends into buying the large Soma pitcher. They first ask about it because it's pretty but when I tell them it's the first filter I've used that actually makes our water taste different (read fresh: clean tasting water from a DC tap?!) and that I tried it because the filters are biodegradable, they're sold too! I also like that I don't have to remember to pick up or order filters,they just come in the mail. It is really easy to turn on/off the subscription delivery, by the way.
