Incyte Diagnostics has enjoyed working with DynaFile for over a year and everything from the original set-up to the ongoing customer service has been excellent. Lindsay has been especially helpful providing training and assistance on features new to us. She follows up multiple times to ensure our satisfaction.

We've been using DynaFile for our HR personnel files for almost a year now. We were nervous at first to set this up, since we'd always used paper before, but DynaFile was customizable and we were able to set up our files exactly as there were before, just in an electronic format. It's an extremely easy, cloud-based system that everyone in our department easily picked up on. They also have a fantastic customer service team. Any question about the system, or need that arises within our department, is answered in a timely and professional manner. They are always willing to go above and beyond for their clients. I highly recommend their system.

Since our implementation of Dynafile, in conjunction with an electronic signature software, we've gone 90% paperless in our Human Resources office and are on the way there with the rest of our 3000 person organization. After reviewing several options to go electronic with our storage, Dynafile met our needs hands down with the option to sort in a variety of ways rather than filing things into one folder and having to drill down to that folder each time you want the item (as we found with major competitors and our own network). The service has been more than outstanding with replies to our concerns (while few and far between) immediately and satisfactorily. The integration with our other systems has streamlined many of processes to now function in half the time or less. We love Dynafile and are happy to recommend this product to anyone with confidence.

We have been using DynaFile for over 6 months and love it. Makes document filing and management so much easier than our previous system!
