I have used East WestHydro several times---my merchandise has always arrived several days after the order,accurate and in good shape. The prices are the best you can find, and when you call there are real human beings that answer and actually can discuss their product line if you have questions. If you do leave a message they call you back. I have been in the gardening industry for many years and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to be more than just satisfied with the service. Bill

I ordered a Growlab 145, they offered it for more than $100 less than the MSRP, and it was to my house within 48 hours of placing the order. So, basically, a dream transaction. I really couldn't ask for more. Oh and their customer service is super helpful!

I am very pleased with these guys, in particular, Mike Cook. I ordered a new Gavita 600e.
Mr. Cook was instrumental to this purchase. My email and phone conversation regarding clarification of electrical requirements were immediately addressed assuring me of exactly what I was purchasing and it's fantastic, competitive price. I received my fixture faster than the expected delivery date! Mike and the EastWestHydro team are my new "go-to" guys! Good Vibes!

Ordered a 16 site ez clone yesterday at like 12:30. Had some issues processing order but turned out to be an address issue with the bank. Top notch customer service in helping me process the order an I just received my package today at 2:30pm. Amazing shipping turn around time. Probably helps I'm only 2 hrs from the warehouse in Vancouver but it's nice to see that they waist no time in processing orders.

I have ordered from EastWestHydro a couple of times now, both of which went flawlessly. They went as far as calling me shortly after shipping my order to check on its arrival and my satisfaction with everything. Of course I was extremely pleased since the items had shown up well before expected in perfect condition. I will definately return for future business. Thanks for the great service EastWestHydro!

I am an avid gardener but honestly never heard of them before. I took a chance because they had incredibly low prices and a legitimate looking website. It's a good thing I did because they delivered the items much faster than expected; ordered on Friday and was at my door Monday morning from the other side of the country!, Their e-mail communications were prompt and personable, letting me know shipping info, etc. From now on I will buy from them with confidence.
