It was a very strange experience at Easy Bathrooms. We had a look around and the bathroom suites looked really nice and saw a suite that looked ideal. Went to get a quote with the advisor at the till and gave us a price which we would think about and contact them if we wanted to go ahead. Bizarrely the advisor said the printer wasn’t working and he works email us a copy of the quote. The quote never arrived and after chasing numerous other stores as the store I went to didn’t have a landline? I still didn’t get a quote. It’s very worrying if a quote can’t be sent to you, then how are you going to have faith with the rest of the service. In the end we went with a well known company who advertise on tv and regulate all their tradesmen. We love our new bathroom!

If you are reading this then you are either thinking of buying a bathroom suite of Easy Bathrooms or you have already done so. Our experience of this is as follows, we paid over £5000 pounds on a suit from EASY Bathrooms of Derby, all seemed ok, the staff smiling and very helpful paid for the suit upfront and booked one of there fitters in to fit the suit. The suit was installed, expertly by the fitter, upon completion we noticed that both of the twin sinks were damaged. We contacted Easy Bathrooms of Ascot Drive Derby and informed them of the damage, this is where everything CHANGES. Having been promised several times that somebody from head office would be in touch NOTHING!!. After several weeks we resorted to getting in touch with Citizens Advise and sent a letter of complaint to the head office. After several emails, we were informed that Easy Bathrooms would not help us with the sinks !!!,. So after spending a lot of money with them, they completely denied any responsibility, if you are thinking of buying any bathroom fitments from this company Please check every item that is delivered to your property before it is installed. You Have Been Warned.

AVOID AT ALL COST. COMPANY WILL SELL YOU DAMAGED GOODS. AVOID this company, my experience is with the STOKE on TRENT Store. Nothing Easy about their after sales care. They couldn’t do enough for me when buying the bathroom in the sales. Received the goods, all ok at this point. However most importantly when it came to fitting and unboxing we found a 1x damaged Arundel CUBICO bathroom cabinet - cabinet will not stand due to damaged leg and will topple. 1x Damaged Arundel CUBICO sink cabinet with an obvious crack in the front - it has been clearly over tightened in the screw joint during manufacture. 1x shower head in the combined tap and shower unit was missing too! When I raised the complaint with pictures of the boxes and damage to both furniture items the ‘helpful lady’ who sold the bathroom..was surprisingly not so helpful. Replying about t&c and checking goods when received within 3 days..something that has NEVER been mentioned to us and does not STATE on the receipt. Unfortunately due to COVID 19 lockdown our fitting was delayed by over 3 months, it was suggested we had sat on the goods since delivery so they could do - Nothing! I escalated my complaint and found even more disgustingly their response was not an offer to exchange, instead Sharon had the cheek to offer replacements at a 60% discounted price!! Just a mere cost of £425!! When you have paid thousands of pounds for a full four piece bathroom suite, radiator and wall and floor tiles this is unacceptable. Needless to say I am berefit and upset, having saved a long time to have my bathroom fitted, thinking I had chosen quality. How wrong was I?! to be treated so callously with products that are FAULTY and NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE tells me this is NOT A REPUTABLE company, they DO NOT CARE about their customers. I have decided not to give them any more of my money, I’d rather go to B&Q for replacements! This situation has made me want to shut my bathroom door and not enter it again, it will only remind me of how I have been treated by this company. BUYER BEWARE - THIS COMPANY IS HAPPY TO PROVIDE DAMAGED ITEMS AND THEN HAS THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE YOU TO REPLACE THE FAULTY GOODS. Funny how checking ALL your goods on delivery and registering your guarantee are not mentioned at point of sale...easy get out..for Easy Bathrooms! BUYER BEWARE.

We have recently renovated our en-suite and now doing the bathroom Very happy with the result. Very good quality products and a fantastic service from Adrian @ Easy Bathrooms Swindon. He was very knowledgeable, provided great advice & nothing was too much trouble. Also was very helpful in sorting out a problem we had with the toilet. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Happy customers !

Purchased fittings and tiles for a bathroom and shower room from Kettering branch - products were nice and some of the staff helpful, apart from one who was very difficult and tended to interfere with others. Main problem was that we were advised to overorder our tiles and that we could return them, however we were not advised about the very high restocking charge which took up a quarter of our refund and would have influenced our decision on quantities ordered. We spent thousands of pounds with them but due to this would be unlikely to use them again. Following easy bathrooms response would just like to add that tiles were delivered during lockdown so they were not being accommodating allowing us to return when the reopened!!! Not a good response

Shower panel exploded on its own after 5 Months glass all over bathroom. EB say they don't guarantee glass shower panels, not their fault either caused by myself or installation people. Well they should look up exploding shower doors on the internet lots on there.
outcome is they are offering replacement door assembly (wont supply me the fixed, faulty panel) at a discounted price of £168 They are not interested in what caused the panel to explode in the first place

UPDATE
The Customer Service department then contacted the shower cubicle manufacturer, who discounted any responsibility. However
Easy bathrooms have now offered to supply and deliver a new door assembly which included the panel as a gesture of goodwill.

Easy Bathrooms is not the type of place we would normally shop for sanitary ware but given we needed two bathrooms and a downstairs loo, following a recommendation from our builder, we thought we would give them a try. The whole team at Hillsborough Sheffield have been superb. We have had to change our order a few times but they have never blinked, just made sure we got exactly what we needed with patience, helpfulness and at a good price. It’s quite unusual to get this exemplary level of service nowadays and I would thoroughly recommend them as nothing was too much trouble. A big well done and thanks to the Hillsborough branch!

Our new bathroom/shower purchased from Easy Bathrooms in Stratford Upon Avon has now been installed and we are absolutely delighted with the finished product.
Easy Bathrooms were professional and a pleasure to deal with and the bathroom fitter recommended by them (Mr Doug Baker) was just simply superb in all aspects of time keeping, tidiness and quality of work.
We would have no hesitation what-so-ever in recommending both Easy Bathrooms and Doug Baker (fitter) to anyone.

Took down the incorrect measurements from our plan for the shower screen, when we looked to return it we were told it was from a third party supplier with a 30% restocking charge. Terrible customer service.

I purchased 2 bathrooms last year from Easy Bathrooms. One from Peterborough and one from Nottingham. Peterborough no problems.
Nottingham we had 2 damaged shower trays which costed us extra via the plumber.
This year we noticed the surface coming off some of the mosaic tiles. Contacted the Notts store and was told we should have sealed them. How do you seal glass and metal mosaics? Then we were told they had contacted the suppliers and they said " I can only conclude that something has happened in this property that was different to the norm, when cleaning" What rubbish. We have had the builder who fitted them and an independant tiler inspect them and they both said they are faulty. Told Notts branch this but heard nothing since.
We will take this further.

Visited the Portsmouth store and was served by Tammie, also with the Surname Portsmouth. This was my first time as all of the other suppliers in the area were either closed or out of stock. They had what I needed were extremely generous towards me and I will be using them again for future projects. The show room was well organised, spotlessly clean, and had a great range of high quality products with designs for all tastes. If you haven't been here before please go. Tammie gets a 10/10 for customer service - well done.

Huntingdon Easy Bathroom store, we found this by accident in December, visited the showroom on its very first day, and became the first people to spend and order.
The service was friendly, helpful and professional, the quality of the product was not a disappointment when it arrived.
After sales have been equally as good.
Would recommend anyone to visit and experience the service we have received.

We have recently renovated 3 bathrooms in our newly extended house. Very good quality products and fantastic service from Dan @ Easy Bathrooms Weybridge. He was very knowledgeable and provided great advice. Price very competitive too. The end result is brilliant and we get many compliments from our visitors. The reason that I write is to make you aware of the Excellent service that was given to my wife and myself when visiting your store in Milton Keynes and being served and helped by Mr Phillip Webb.

We arrived at your premisses in the pouring rain and my wife being disabled had to get into a wheelchair, by the time we had got to your door Mr Webb was already there holding open for us thus make access extremely easy.
He enquired if he could be of help. We stated that we were not quite sure what we required but that due to disability we need to purchase equipment for a wet room for which we already had a contractor line up being our son .

Mr Webb couldn’t have been more patient or helpful I would wish my and my wife’s thanks to be passed on to him for excellent service that went far and beyond what I have found at other outlets.

Our son is the contractor and when arriving to place the order Mr Webb even then took the trouble to greet him having noticed his name on the side of his van.

The order has been placed and we now look forward to delivery.

If all your employees are of this standard you can only progress and prosper in what i believe to be a very competitive market.

The team at Cambridge were only to willing to assist, particularly Megan who was great and the whole process was a pleasure.
The showroom allowed us to see all the styles and to check that the quality was what we expected. Highly recommended, in my opinion much better than trying to purchase from 'soak.com and 'victoria plumb'.

I recently visited the new store in Orpington to purchase some items for my new home, I was helped and advised by (Tanya Brown) I was very impressed by the service and advice given and I managed to get everything I needed with no problem, highly recommended and I will be returning in future for anything else I need.

I initially won a voucher to use at the new Milton Keynes store but after seeing their range and having a successful first order I returned for additional items. Really nice tiles and good quality units. Great service from knowledgeable staff and very clear on timing for delivery. Would definitely recommend.
