Ordered my new line the 23/08/2019, everything was in order by 30/08/2019. 70/30 profil (I'm assuming I'll have to wait for the DLM to hit the 100 profil, if possible. But that has nothing to do with Edpnet, it's all about proximus I'm pretty sure).

The tech that came to setup the raw line was amazing. Answering all my technical questions and giving me informations on the line.

Solid 10/10 regarding all the ordering / installing stuff. Now I'll have to see about the stability of the line, but damn it feels really good to finally have an ISP that has good technicians.

it costs half as much as Proximus + free telephony
proximus Internet was 60€ per month; edpnet is only 35€ per month (with same speed)
Proximus telephony 23€ per month; edpnet 0€ (one number)

-1 star because on the first day with the new internet it was aprox. 40/15 mbps (with the proximus modem) ; and later with the Fritz!Box it was "only" 30/10 mbps and telephone worked after aprox. 5 days (we dont use it that much so it was not important)

Internet is still way too expensive in Belgium in my opinion. But edpnet is definitely "the best bang for the buck" currently.

I'd have rated 5 stars if the upload speeds neared the advertised 40Mbps at any given time, but it's more like around 30 max.

Every day for almost half year the internet goes down between 20:00-22:00. It makes it useless. Especially for IPTV's.
I am satisfy with the service. People there were always helpful.

Using the fritxbox 7530 it is not possible to differentiate between the two eigi signals when you connect to the wifi. Normally if there are two options 2.4 or 5.0 then you can see both wifi signals. With the fritxbox 7530 you don't have a choice of signals even though both standards exist. It is a lottery as to which signal you will be connected to. Having a choice is always better than playing a lottery..... surely the good people at fritxbox could fix this....

the helpdesk ( FR & NL ) that I contacted several times helped me very well to solve my connection problems with my FRITZ!Box FON WLAN 7530 .just a shame that we can not contact the helpdesk at least already on Saturday morning if a fault occurs .......Kind Regards, Myrjam Thewis
