Several days ago I have ordered a Samsung J7 prime cost £164.99. The Item in their web site has a twisted description in fact says that the phone has a CPU of 2.0 GHz but actually it is 1.6 GHz, also they have a web site that apparently is in UK but actually in based on Hong Kong, this is illegal because can be misleading versus the customers knowing that they were based in Hong Kong I would never made my purchase. However, the only thing that happen so far is that I have paid through paypal and I have never received the shipping tracking code, my purchase remains suspended. I have contacted the company on several occasions via e-mail and using their account system, no reply at all, so I have decided to cancel the purchase considering that the item was not shipped yet. I am waiting to have the cost refunded now, if the eGlobal will fail doing so I will rise it with PayPal. I am also planning to report this company to the trading standard as their web site is a misleading web site and in breach of the UK Consumer Rights Act. I have also realised that when they reply you the reply is always a template .....to say bad customer service is a compliment...I am also realising that some of the good reviews are written by the company itself.....I advise who ever is reading it DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER...

This company has a 14 day returns policy, except they don't refund your money! The phone was brand new, but the screen wouldn't lock during a call, so all buttons got pressed accidentally and it was impossible to keep talking. Their tech tells me it is completely fine, so it is not possible to handle it as a repair. Then they state your item has scratches and it can't be refunded either... but it had no scratches when I sent it and, THEY SENT FOTOS OF DIFFERENT SCRATCHES, DIFFERENT MOBILES! They are just trying to deceive customers! This has been going on for months, and I want my money back. Do not buy from this store.

I ordered from eglobal at the beginning of May. Paid 480€ visa without insurance shipping for a One Plus 7T phone. I received confirmation of my purchase and was told it would take 2-3 days before I received a tracking number. I got curious and searched for reviews and came across this page with hundreds of bad bad reviews and I panicked!! Rather than keep stressing I emailed them for some reassurance and I got no reply. 3days later I got a tracking number and every 24hrs it was updated "in transit" etc. This happened for 8 days where I got a DPD tracking number saying it was in Holland. 4 days after that I received my phone in perfect order. I think people are freaking out because OBVIOUSLY Covod 19 has shut most things down and for this company to ship to Europe (Ireland in my case) it's going to take longer! Having a poor customer service and dodgy websight is a price we pay for cheap goods from them! My advice would be chill out, expect it to take a month, and purchase away! I'm glad I did and it's my first time buying anything from them. Cheapest version of this phone by a long way and it's perfect! Stop complaining everybody ???? I deductded a star for the no reply and delay but I'll be purchasing from them again in the future.

Ordered a in stock item over 20 days ago still not here and is in Singapore ??? Do the have a 1 day working week hence the 8-10 working days

Total fail plus Communication Zero I ordered on the website phone, paid by visa. I didn´t receive any tracking. Is two weeks since my order. I tried to contact the company 5 times with the question about delivery time and about my product. Phone was not answered, 2x E-mail was not answered, I created ticket with this question on their website - not answered. I do not know where the product, which I paid for, is currently and if I ever receive it. The customer service is 0 in my case. I will never order again!

Ordered an item 2 weeks ago. No tracking number received. Contacted support 7 times and only received 1 reply. Package still has not arrived. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered an Ipad two years ago for a Christmas present, it never arrived and they refused to refund me, instead giving me 10 pounds back, so overall I lose £360. Never use these guys as if it goes wrote they will just ignore you and make every attempt to keep your money.

I was cheated the package never was delivered… I was cheated the package was delivered to the trash bin, eGlobal don't want to take responsibility, don't want to refund my money and no answer for my massages. On the DPD docket is sign "Green Bin" not my name what it's Lukasz Wegrzyn. When I come back home green bin was empty because he was picked up by a recycling company. Avoids any shopping on eGlobal if parcel will be missing you will stay with nothing and PayPal will not accept your claim.

I order my phone on 11 may . After 11 days status on website still the same, I send every day email about some information . No one back to my. No email . No details about parcel. This is the worse company to bay anything. I think they are chiding. Not only me.

Not sure how to change old 1 star review to 4-stars. Communication was poor, but shipping was a reasonable 4 weeks (with lackluster tracking) and the well priced product arrived in new condition. Came with a WA-7 plug, but there are adapters for that.

I found a way to catch them I found a way to catch them, here are the steps, the more people we do this the better chance of them going to jail (for NL): 1. go to the national fraud center and make a ticket 2. print the ticket and go to the police 3. they will try to send a fake package with DPD 4. the police is allowed to ask information from DPD, I could not get this myself 5. make a claim with paypal even if you paid by debit card - hopefully you have a paypal account linked to that card 6. ask paypal to start a claim and send all screenshots from police and fraud office 7. solve the claim with paypal an get money back this will take longer 8. do NOT STOP INVESTIGATION and press charges as many of you as you can! INTERPOL can now take care of the issue :) They tried to con the wrong person. Please - make sure that you press charges during this lengthy process.

I've bought from this company 3 times because there items are cheaper. The 1st time my order came just after a week. My 2nd order took a month to arrive as the stock they had was damaged so I had to wait for new stock to arrive. The 3rd order this January 2020 was lost in transit. Whenever I communicated with them about the whereabouts of my order all they advised is they would get logistics to chase. All logistics would say is congrats your order has been dispatched. I've always purchased with Paypal so knew I would get money back regardless.This comes down to one thing is it worth the price difference with Amazon to purchase from eglobal. It's not, however if you do, 1) make sure you don't purchase there insurance as they don't recognise it, 2) make sure you use PayPal or a credit card, 3) ask yourself if shopping with them is worth the agro.

Bought a Nintendo Switch from them, was meant for a birthday due 2 weeks from date of purchase. Item was marked in stock with delivery 6 to 8 days.  Had to buy the Switch elsewhere and have cancelled the order online and opened a Paypal dispute as no response from sellers or update on shipment. The Switch arrived after 2 months from order, just 1 day before the due date of close of dispute, which Paypal for some misterious reason closed in favor of the vendor. I have never seen something like this in years with Paypal. It seems like they partner together to scam people with false promises, one with fake stocks showing and misleading delivery dates, the other one with the famous @Buyer protection@ promise I will never buy again from these scammers and will close my Paypal account immediately as it's no longer of any use to me

I would 100 percent not be purchasing anything from EglobalCentral. First of all, customer service is extremely poor. Customer service by phone takes a lot of time in waiting times and contacting through email is extremely time-consuming. They will only reply once a day and are not active on weekends. TERRIBLE! Additionally, the warranty process is something absolutely dogsh**! I have an ongoing process regarding my Nokia 7.1 phone where there is a problem with the charging port. I first contacted them in FEBRUARY and unfortunately, the process is still ongoing. You have to pay for the delivery to their repair centre which is in Hongkong. This cost me an unnecessary $40 AUD. After waiting months for my phone, not knowing what they were doing. I just got a message two days back that they were unable to fix my phone (was an easy fix). They sent me an option of waiting longer or getting a REFURBISHED (not new) Nokia 8. I asked to have my money refunded, but they said that wasn't possible. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. I only had one option which was to get the Nokia 8, (a phone only of 5.3" compared to my 5.8" Nokia 7.1. I AM DOING YOURSELF A FAVOR!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ANY OF THEIR BRANCHES! *I am said to wait another couple weeks for the refurbished phone to be delivered! 15.04.20

8 month old Mi 9 broke; 7 weeks & counting for repair Bought Mi 9. Stopped working completely overnight after 8 months. Returned to eglobalcentral under their warranty process almost 7 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Customer service has acknowledged receipt, repair and return of the phone but the DPD tracking number only says a request for delivery has been booked. The parcel has not entered DPD's system and it has been like this for 2 weeks. Eglobalcentral won't act on this. All the while eglobalcentral don't provide a loan phone. Will not buy from eglobalcentral ever again.
