Signed up my husband for his Medicare supplemental plan and prescription plan. Easy peasy - online enrollment. Great follow up with our rep, Chris Hemsley. He was knowledgeable and patient with all our questions.

1) asked what the name of my plan was and customer service gave me incorrect information
2) my advisor told me not to cancel my plan until I was sure the other one took effect and Kaiser told me I had to give 30 days notice. Cost me $837 for an additional month’s premium. Very unhappy!
