Have been ordering frames and lenses since 2008, no-line progressive, standard single vision, etc. Every order has been perfect, customer service very good, and prices are great. Can't dismiss that other customers have had bad experience, but 13 pairs of glasses with no problems I'm not going to fix what's not broken. Processing and shipping times could be improved a bit, but I live in Guam and 10,000 miles is a bit of a hike. Will certainly order again, actually tomorrow...

If you don’t have a mental disorder, you will after dealing with this company!! Horrible! I’m absolutely disgusted with this company. It’s a complete and total SCAM! I paid over $300 and talked to a prescriber on a Sunday that told me she couldn’t help me and that someone else would reach out to me within the next day or two. Three days go by and I reached out to Support…these are the emails that followed: Wednesday: Hello, I had a session with prescriber Michelle on Sunday and she said someone would be reaching out to me to schedule a follow up by Tuesday, but it’s Wednesday and I haven’t heard anything yet. Is it possible to schedule that here? Thanks, Justin S. Thursday: Hi Judith, (They couldn’t even get my name right from an email) Good day! You just had the visit 4 days ago. It usually takes 3 months before a client receives a notification for a follow up visit. Best, Julius D Thursday evening: Hi Julius, First, my name is Justin, not Judith. Secondly, the prescriber said she wanted a second opinion regarding bipolar disorder. You’re telling me this second opinion takes 3 months and I’m to pay $900 in the meantime before even being prescribed medication? If that’s the case, where may I find information on cancelling your services? This has been a momentous waste of my time and money. I’m very happy to share my experience with other people as needed as well. Your asking me to pay nearly $1000 to wait for nothing, and it’s a scam. I can't even begin to describe my experience. First off, none of the providers will consider giving you as needed medication, even with proof you've been on it before. Secondly, in my appointment with Ibrahim Iftoni, I could hear his kids in the background. He was not wearing headphones or anything of the sort so I can only assume they could hear me. That's a violation of my privacy and I'm very upset about that. Mr. Iftoni stated my anxiety would be relieved if I just talked to someone and then proceeded to take me off a majority of medications I was on. Stay far away from this company, not only because their providers don't seem to care but because your privacy might violated. Also, the only saving grace of this cursed site is Mr. Chantz Bury. He's incredibly sweet. I would recommend him and he's the reason I even gave this one star. Stay away from Ibrahim Iftoni at all costs.

It's a relatively new page and I'm not sure where the (just a few) positive reviews came from but MOST DEFINITELY A SCAM, beware! I bought form similar sites before and I know it's normal for some of them to request a payment via bank transfer; however, these guys demand your phone number to send the bank details (email is not an option). Quite promptly, I got an SMS demanding MY bank details first (!), when I asked for explanation via email, I didn't get any reply. Stay away.

Order a pair of sunglasses, wanted to return them cause my wife did not like them, the return process is ridiculous, but I went with it, I sent the glasses on a box using tracked post delivery. An Post said that they delivered the package, but you claim you didn't get it. I have not glasses and no refund. It's the worst customer experience I have ever had when it comes to returning a package.

I think Iloveglasses.com; todaysframes.com; and their alias names as a company are a fraud.I ordered glasses before Christmas&checked off overnight delivery. My confirmation came in from 2 different companies&they charged my credit card but billed for regular delivery.I tried calling number on their website but it was a non working number. I e-mailed them and got a response from a different e-mail address, also did not match the e-mail on web. I asked for a call to discuss- I kept getting strange e-mail responses but no call.They were stalling… finally a week later they wrote that the glasses I ordered were scratched and do I want to order another pair or get a refund. I called Am Ex to report them &will see if I get credited a refund. NIGHTMARE! I would stay away!

Received an email on 19 March saying that my "order has now entered our Liverpool Laboratory and we will be glazing your prescription lenses." Today is 25 April, nearly SEVEN WEEKS later and I am still waiting for delivery. Glasses123 say on their website, "we're not happy unless you are." Well, I'm NOT happy.

Appalling, 6 1/2 months for a pair of glasses! I purchased a pair of Jaeger frameless glasses from this establishment, got the order about 2 weeks later, about 2 months later one the lenses shattered, even though I purchased the expensive durable lenses. I complained but they said it was not their fault, none the less I was foolish enough to send them in an pay for them to be repaired, yet *another* big mistake, 2 weeks later, I received someone else's used glasses!! I complained sent them back, 2 weeks later after numerous emails/calls got sent that same pair back again!!! I complained again, 2 weeks later after more numerous emails/calls I get sent my glasses, but wrong prescription! Is it rocket science? I complained and got told by owner (Gavin Winstanley) I'd get a free pair and a refund for all my return costs, 3 X Royal Mail Special Delivery, 3 months later still waiting for the refund, and my free pair of glasses which are no longer in stock, as I got told to chose from a list of glasses that only dame edna would wear at a red nose day! Needless to say steer clear of them!

I have three different pairs of sunglasses to fit over my prescription glasses, two of which are from FITOVERS. The FITOVERS are by far the better quality and better looking pairs. I have a pair that are black frames with black lenses.....perfect for looking dressy and classy. The second pair, that I just ordered for the summer and when I ride my bike are a black/purple tortoise shell-like frame with purple mirror lenses. Even my judgmental 18 year old son think they are really cool. I love the colors of the frames (which are subtle) with the purple mirrored lenses give them a bright, spunky, sporty look for the summer. I will order more in the future. Would I love to be able to wear some fancy brand name sunglasses? Yes I would, but the cost of getting those types of sunglasses fitted out with prescription lenses is very very cost prohibitive. FITOVERS are easily just as cool, and I get so many compliments whenever I wear them. When I pull the sunnies off, people are so surprised that they hide my prescription glasses underneath. They don't look obvious (like the old frames of yesteryear that my grandma wore over her glasses, they looked like safety glasses I used in high school chemistry, HUGE!!!). Thank you FITOVERS for such awesome choices and great quality. I don't look like I just left a science lab and forgot to remove my safety glasses. ;-)

I first purchased FITOVERS while in New Mexico on vacation about 4 years ago. I had forgotten my prescription sunglasses at home. The sales associate found a pair that fit me perfectly! I have been wearing these originals since because they also fit over my second pair of prescription glasses. About a month ago, my prescription changed and I purchased new frames and the original FITOVERS no longer worked with the new frames. I purchased my current pair of FITOVERS by submitting measurements of my new frame. When they arrived they fit perfect! I will never purchase pricey prescription sunglasses again. Though the price was around $70, there is no comparison to the cost of prescription sunglasses at about $200. I would STILL be wearing the originals if I hadn't changed my eye glass frames. They hold up fabulous, have a clear view, great sun block and look great on.

I tried to purchase a bottle of supplements to give to a friend as a Christmas gift. I immediately got an email saying my payment was received, yet nothing was delivered. Once it was clear I wasn't going to get my package by Christmas, I asked for my money back. However, despite the fact that they hadn't even shipped it yet, they wouldn't give me my money back. They even tried to blame the poor shipping times on echeck processing speed, even though I have an email proving the echeck was processed on day one. They shipped the product anyway against my express wishes. They could have listened and cancelled the order without any problem, but they were too greedy. The ONLY reason they're getting two stars is because they didn't just take my money and run, but this is the next worst thing.

This review is for my new favorite vendor http://tianeptinedirect.com/ I've watched the Tianeptine vendors dwindle into scarcity and mediocrity over the last couple of years. This is the only thing that's ever been able to help me. Stablon gave me my life back and it's been a miracle for me. I w tried dozens of different things and felt hopeless until I found Tia. These says Tianeptine vendors are scarce. If these other guys can keep it in stock (and that's a HUGE IF'!) the quality is all over the place. I heard about tianeptinedirect.com just by chance, some random Redditor made mention of them being good people so I thought I'd give them a try, why not? I placed a small order, skeptical of the good pricing and same day shipping claims. Sure enough, I come home from work and get an email with a tracking number. TWO days and my package is at the door. No way, wow! Forgetting about the hastily tossed aside envelope for a few days, I suddenly remember and decide to sample the quality. Immediately after laying eyes on the product I can see a difference. White, fluffy powder. Double bagging seals any trace of a moisture out. I take my normal daily dose and am bewildered by the lighting fast onset. The effects are stronger and last for hours. My mood lift carrying through my afternoon and into the evening. This stuff is good! I go ahead and opt to order a months supply on the spot, suddenly my ZachAttack product utterly unappealing! I've been a loyal customer ever since. Never had an issue, not once. Overall, satisfied with the quality of the item and the delivery. I guess with anything you purchase online, what you sometime expect in terms of design, versus what you actually see when you actually get the item can be different things. The design of the glasses weren't quite what I expected, but then the dimension given on the description of the item was pretty accurate. Thus sometimes it can be the way how you interpret the number on the measurement. But in saying that, I think that's probably bound to happen when you purchase anything online and you're not seeing the actual product. But other than that, I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

I was skeptical at first because I had never used a website to purchase glasses before but everything worked out great. I was prescribed glasses for the first time in October and I got some through my eye doctor but wanted a second pair just in case I lost the others or forgot them at home. It was really easy to order from their website and they had a great deal so I saved a ton of money. I think I spent less than $20! They had a great promotion going on at the time. The glasses came fairly quickly and are extremely well made. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be ordering more soon!

But then in the confirmation email you get this „ All items in our pharmacy department are subject to the approval of the pharmacist and expected delivery is usually within 3-5 working days. I recently took advantage of their birthday sale. I bought the S11050X(C6) frames in burgundy / gold. Placed my order on Sept 13th, and received my package today on the 26th. Usually I use their express shipping, but this time I tried out their standard shipping. It gave me an ETA of 1st of Oct. Which was fine since I was in no rush. But it came earlier, so I was over the moon. Took about 2 weeks. Which is amazing. Well packaged in a silver jiffy bag. The case looks different to the usual oval frosted plastic ones. This one was rectangular and you can slide the glasses out, it came with a cloth bag too. I placed 2 more orders with firmoo, so I'm waiting for them to arrive!! I can't wait. Great quality, affordable pricing, and great customer service always. These burgundy frames look amazing with the gold rim around the frame. I have a whole cupboard of firmoo glasses collected over the years.

I ordered one Elite 12 Hour Meal Replacement - Rich Vanilla DYMATIZE 3 x 20 pack for $75 + $6 shipping. FedEx says the package was delivered on 11/24. We never recieved the package and I am currently out $81. Not happy, hard to find the phone number on the web site but I did get if from my CC company, 847-534-4667 only to find out that they only answer the phone M to F 9 AM to 6 PM with no voice mail so I going to fume about this until Monday. So where do I put the rating of ZERO.
