I used Book-a-Tiger for over two years before finally giving up. For the entire first year I had the same cleaner, who always did an excellent job. In the second year I had four different cleaners, all of them excellent, but each left the company because of poor management. Although I had a recurring contract, the company kept trying to send me someone other than my designated cleaner, resulting in repeated telephone calls (no one seems to answer the phone at this company). At the beginning of what would have been the third year, they never sent me the same person more than once or twice, because all the cleaners kept quitting. On one occasion the person who showed up was not the person announced. I sometimes received as many as ten emails in one day, changing the appointment. My impression is that this company is not actually run by a human being, but rather by a badly programmed computer that is increasingly out of control. I finally requested a face-to-face meeting with management, but was told this was impossible, and immediately cancelled the contract.

Today I had my 6th cleaning session with Book a Tiger. I have had a few different cleaners and have no complaints. They have all been polite, thorough with their cleaning and efficient. Most of them have even arrived early for the appointment. All done through the app or website as well which is convenient. The cleaner we had today was very friendly and super clean, we will be booking a regular cleaning with her!

Very professional clinic from start to finish , quoted a competitive price and stuck to that cost, Mr Sadideen was amazing took his time explaining what he was doing at all stages had a very nice caring and funny personality made the whole experience feel safe and the scar was as so neat, I would happily recommended anyone to visit this clinic. This used to be a Virgin Gym, at which I was a member for many years. I subsequently left to work abroad so had to cancel my membership. On return to Preston, it had changed to Nuffield Health but that, along with the colour scheme, was the only real difference. Staff remained extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When I walked in, I was greeted by familiar faces and welcomes which made me feel like I was coming home! And indeed, it is a home from home. Staff are helpful and freely give advice when asked and clearly want to help. The physio services are great along with the classes, catering, admin team and fitness instructors.

Appt made and payment taken then week later when I call to say I've not received details for appt I'm told I'm not in the system and put on hold for 17 mins only to then be told repeatedly that the GP called in sick and company has been trying to contact me on both of my numbers which was rubbish.Receptionist was argumentative and ride and blatantly lying.Received a voicemail from her boss who obviously thought he had phoned her and was flapping asking if the client was ok and what had happened??!After 2 official complaints I heard nothing which I find incredible for a company like the Nuffield who are dealing with people's health!! Steer clear!!!
