Chose new frames at Vision Express. £200. Told they couldn't order new that I would be fitted with the display frames and then they'd be sent to my home address with new lenses!!! Why should I pay full price for an expensive pair of glasses frames which were the display pair. Vision Express told me they COULDN'T order new!!! Wasted 2 hours of my time having eyes tested and choosing new frames. If I'd known in advance would never have gone to Vision Express even though loyal customer.

One of the worst customer service, Vision express in money minded organization and given the worst product so called Manufacturing defect product. with-in 1 year the glass color changed and this is the expensive glass that I brought for 20K. My rating for this product is Zero, I recommend no one should buy this worst product.

I have always received fantastic service from Vision Direct. They send me a reminder every 3 months to order my contact lenses and solutions. The price is amazing! Much cheaper than at my previous opticion and they always arrive the next day. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Highly recommended :)

This Store is 1000% recommended, don't hesitate to buy from them , i bought a pair of sunglasses, Giorgio Armani 140/s this shades are so great and so rare, the retail stores in the Mall's are selling this for at least $275. but this store , this serious store have the same item authentic, geniune, originals for $175. that's a steal. Lol. ok this is my advise ... Go and buy from this store!!!!! i live in Dallas Tx. i receive this in 3 days, so fast!! Great. Agus.

Having worn glasses since 11 years old, it has been wonderful to just be able to get up in the morning and not worry about contacts or glasses. Dr Arun Brahma and all the staff at LaserVision Manchester Royal Eye Hospital, were amazing, friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better experience, and the results have been amazing.

It is less than three weeks since having my eye surgery but right from the initial consultation Dr Bolger and his skilled team members treated me with the utmost respect. His/their expertise has resulted in my sight being rectified to an outstanding level; a level of vision that I haven’t experienced for a very long time. The removal of advanced cataracts and lens implants in both eyes has quite literally changed my lifestyle, particularly as I was in danger of not meeting the required eyesight standard for driving. I am no longer reliant on contact lenses - in itself a major bonus! If you are considering having any procedure carried out on your eyes then I thoroughly recommend contacting Dr Bolger and his team to see what they can do for you. I am so pleased that I placed my trust in them and also so grateful for such a positive outcome.

I have been delighted with the excellent outcomes of 3 procedures,2 cataracts and 1 DSEAK performed at CFS since last November. I have visited the centre 11 times and have always found all the staff to be courteous and very efficient. I recently had lens replacement surgery carried out by Doctor Tint and his team. The result is absolutely amazing. I now have near perfect vision without the need for spectacles and/or contact lenses which I have depended on for some sixty years. From the outset at the Edinburgh Clinic - initial nerves and apprehension aside - I felt comfortable and reassured that I was in the best possible hands. I would say in conclusion to anyone considering this procedure - Doctor Tint is the best.

I was refered to Dr Tint for a pyteregyium Surgery in july 2018. I must admit my first interaction with him even before the procedure gave me alot of confidences in him as a professionals. He knew what he was talking about and he made it sound easy and it took my fear for the surgery away. On the day of surgery both Dr. Tint and his team were not only professional about their job but had an amazing human relation such that i didnt feel i was actually undergoing a procedure. The Surgry was very successful and neatly done. Post surgery care was super even though i had to travel back home to Ghana to heal, Dr Tint constantly checked on me and was in contact with my GP in Ghana to ensure proper care was given duing the healing process. It has been a year now after the surgery and there hasnt been any complication whatsoever. Dr.Tint is not just professionally excellent but he has a big heart that cares for his patients.

Dr.Stanciu and her team were very warm and welcoming. She is extrememly professional and honest with any questions or concerns. After my treatment there was an immediate glow and radiance that did not go un noticed by my boyfriend and other people. I received compliments almost every day from people that saw me on the street. And the best one is my boyfriend telling me that I look at least 10 years younger and more fresh. Highly recommend Dr. .Stanciu and her office.

Surgery went very well 12 years ago. Went to my personal optometrist yesterday and still perfect vision. I called LASIK last week to go in for a check up because I believed my eyes had changed. They told me that my "lifetime warranty" that I purchased was no longer valid because I had not been in every year for monitoring. That was news to me! In the hour long conversation with the sales girl 12 years ago, this was never mentioned. I would have been happy to go there rather than pay my other optometrist. On that note, I did go see LASIK MD for a check up one year after my surgery. At that appointment there was reference to booking an appointment for next year, there was no reminder letter sent, there was no phone call received and there was no mention of ever coming back unless I have an issue. I have seen my personal optometrist every four years since surgery and apparently I would have needed to see them every two years in order to continue my coverage that I purchased, and that would've been only under special exception. BEWARE read the fine print and do not trust what they tell you as being correct! A contract is a contract and I am learning the hard way that LASIK MD will screw you. Even though they go over what seems to be everything in great detail, they don't tell you everything! Read all the fine print because it is not explained up front. The important parts are skirted over. ...But they are very happy to take your money! On a good note, they have offered to give me a discount should I ever need surgery again since the lifetime warranty that I purchased is now void. Thank you very much, but no thank you. More money to LASIK MD, no chance. Reinstate my warranty and I will consider sending my business your way. Over the years I have referred Many friends and relatives to this company. I will never do that again!

Had the surgery done in the Fall of 2013. I had a high degree of myopia, and I had worn contacts/glasses for decades. As with almost everyone, I was told that I was a good candidate. Following the surgery, I right away had -0.25 in one eye and -0.75 in the other. "Functional 20/20" is what the optometrist called it. When I mentioned the floaters, she simply noted it down. I needed glasses right away to watch movies since my vision wasn't sharp enough for my liking. Night vision is definitely worse. Dry eyes almost always. They never called me back for my yearly appointments (or anything else for that matter); obviously, once you've paid you're not really important any more. So now, three years later, I STRONGLY URGE anyone who is considering any laser eye surgery to be CERTAIN that they REALLY want to take the risk of permanent dry eyes, floaters and eventually going back to glasses/contacts anyway. Unless you need perfect (?) vision for your dream career, think twice because you may be one of the less fortunate ones who really AREN'T that suitable for laser eye surgery. UPDATE April 2018: No change, so I'm considering getting punctal plugs to alleviate my continually dry eyes. When I paid $3500 to get my eyes done, I was told that this was for lifetime coverage for any corrections required...BUT. OF COURSE, there's a BUT. If you don't show up for regular checkups, your "warranty" disappears...poof. As if it's not enough to pay extra money to get a warranty, you have to show up one year afterwards and then every two years...WHY??? I PAID THE EXTRA MONEY!!!!

I had no problems with them before, sent exactly the same frame (which I ordered online from Asos and brake it once so ordered the same frame) for reglazing 2 times and they done it as I pad with cash. I broke this frame again (fall a sleep) so ordered same frame as I love it, they rejected me with reglazing it again, saying it's because frame from asos, I asked why they done it last 2 times ? The lady on the phone just said - she don't know! Well I know, is that because I paid last 2 times with cash and this time tried to use my voucher from work, which I asked before on email if they will accept it and they say YES OF COURSE. Horrible service, I had no answers on my questions and just wasted time on sending frame to them. Let's see if they charge me for post and if my voucher will be inside parcel.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses and after waiting for 19 days I did not hear anything. I called in to chase it up and was told my glasses had not even even be made as there was “missing information”. However, when ordering I spent 45 minutes making sure there was nothing missing and received an email confirming what I had ordered. I was not notified at any point that anything was missing. Very unhappy with the process please look into sorting this out.

This is the second time I've used Pretavoir and, as with the first time, the service was excellent. The three different people I dealt with were all helpful, even to the point of taking some extra photos of the frames to ensure they were the correct colour. Emails were answered quickly, even in these difficult times, and the finished glasses were delivered well-packed within the time quoted. Professional and helpful, in my experience.

Could not fault the care and attention taken for my visit during Covid. For anyone who is concerned about visiting, I found the experience good and felt very safe. Hand sanitiser used, chairs and rooms thoroughly cleaned, staff wearing masks and taking all necessary precautions and glasses cleaned after trying on every time. The new procedures seemed to give more time to customers and, for me, gave a better service - very efficient. Well done to all staff and thank you.

I’ve always been a big fan of this site and the contacts I receive but for some reason this time around the lenses dried out so fast! Within 4 hours of wear (which normally I do at least 8-10) my eyes were dry, tired feeling and red. Other than that I guess the shipping time of almost one and a half weeks was okay. I’m just upset that these didn’t feel like the same quality as my previous pairs.

I get quick service from OptiContacts. Ocassionally, questions take until next business day but a response is made. I usually have to ask for a price match as their pricing seems to get less competitive each time I order. ↵ ↵They have always matched or beat pricing but why be 30% higher in the first place? This must cost customers because most will not ask for a price match (they will just order elsewhere).

I went in careco today to buy a mobility scooter I was served by Michael he was so helpful I asked him for a scooter I could take on a aeroplane and was easy to fold up and fit in my small car. He set it up for me to try in the shop helped me fold it down several times so I knew exactly how to fold it up and to make sure it wasn’t to heavy for me. I couldn’t of asked for better service
