I have been on and off work for almost 2 years, then I ended up being on Centrelink payments and had to find a suitable employment agency to help me out. Was the worse part. However, after a couple of attempts, I found Wise Employment and met two consultants: Rebecca and Ricki at Southport Branch. Since day one the amount of support towards me was consistent, strategic, and assertive. I had my resume assessed, tips for interview, financial help to buy suitable clothing and in a matter of 2 months, I had the job of my dreams! I was on the right path being guided by professionals that were interested in my well-being and my self-development not just to put me in any job. The key I believe that makes them so successful is that Wise Employment treats you as a person, and they are really interested and serious to help you.

These guys in at the Ipswich office are so amazing....i have been in stable full time/casual employment since July almost 6 months and I love my job so much. I was a total and absolute mess physically and mentally. I used to find myself in the office quite often not only for appts and job seeking activities but they became my support network with every thing not just finding employment. I was an ice addict for almost 20 years, found myself in alot of trouble with the police few years back 2017, got sentenced to 18 months imprisonment but with immediate parole so didn't have to serve any actual time however it's still haunting me. All though Iv been clean for over 3 years and havent been in any trouble with the law with in those 3 years most jobs these days require police checks and once my criminal history comes through majority of employers won't even look twice at me. And I dont blame them one bit. Not only was I an ice addict for many years I was also a criminal, why would any employer want someone like that on their team???I probably wouldn't to be totally honest. Words cannot describe how the wise team have helped me since signing up nearly 2 years ago. Nothing was ever a burden or too much for any of the guys in there they always made me feel like I was not only very capable of achieving anything and everything I put my mind to....i also feel with in my self that I'm worthy, capable and now unstoppable thanks to wise team Ipswich. Huge shout out to Bob and Miss Ricky. Bob put his butt on the line and gave someone [now boss] a personal guarantee that I wouldnt disappoint. I'm now learning all the inventory side of my job. Not evem 6 months and Iv been promoted.
