S.H, London Hi there, the following is a long review, but if you are serious about your hair as I am, I suggest you read on. I have been suffering from hair loss for about five years now, but due to my busy schedule and financial situation at that time I could never get round to doing anything permanent about it, apart from taking minoxidil in cream and lotion format etc . We all know it does help, but can only do so much and and is definitely not a long term solution (and this was starting to bug me). Corona virus came about and due to the nature of my trade I had a rather long break off work ahead of me so I decided to use that to my advantage and do a little research on hair transplants, procedure techniques, costs and most importantly if it works. I looked at London clinics and the prices were out of my reach and also cos of current lockdown measures, I would not be able to see them anytime soon either. I kept seeing adverts on google about hair transplant procedures in Turkey so I decided to investigate. I googled best hair clinic Istanbul, the 10 alleged best came up, I looked into all of them and read a plethora of reviews and the general consensus was (as I kept on reading) is how the marketing is great for these establishments, how they look really fancy and hi tech etc but when your actually attend the clinic, at the beginning Doctor is present, you have a brief and so on but when it comes down to operation time, Doctor does a disappearing act and his so called technicians carry out surgical procedure on your head instead??! This is mainly due to the high number of patients they take on in a day, impossible for Doctor to give you his undivided attention. This was deeply alarming and frankly put me off, sounded like a gimmick to me. I continued to scroll down the google page and came across Diamond Hair Clinic and a Dr Mehmet Demircioglu, I could see he had a lot of favourable reviews so I read upon him and based on what I saw •world FUE institute certified surgeon •implements diamond sapphire FUE technique •takes one patient a day, his whole focus is you and most importantly Carry’s out surgical procedure on your head himself •operation Carried out in a accredited hospital all the reviews (on different hair forums too) I read, Pics of patients before and after, quality of work and so forth. Naturally I had to enquire The clinic manager Mahmud was professional and clearly communicated with me and was not pushy at all. They asked for current pictures of my hair/scalp, I sent them and 48hrs later after Dr Mehmet had carried out analysis they emailed me an evaluation and price for my prospective transplant. Dr stated he would perform Diamond sapphire FUE technique on myself for 5,500 grafts I would be provided with 4 days accommodation at a good quality hotel and a driver who picks me up from the airport and is pretty much there for me during the entirety of my trip. This was all at a reasonable cost and quoted to me as a total package. I made a calculated decision based on what I had researched and I am happy to say I have no regrets. I have had my transplant and just got back home to London recently and I’m more then pleased so far. So here’s how it went down: Day one - Arrival Touched down in Istanbul airport and was picked up by driver. He had my details and contacted me via WhatsApp (Airport has free WiFi for 60 minutes, just have to log in) Driver was Emir and he is personable and courteous, he took me to my hotel but as I had a late flight I was starving, So on route he took me to a good restaurant to pick up a takeaway. Emir is there for you, just speak to him and he will grant your request Day 2 - Operation Day Emir picked me up at 08.00 and and we got to JCI Hospital at 08.30 and I met Dr Mehmet for first time. Doctor was real nice bloke, genuine and easy going demeanour and spoke good English. We had a brief in his office and took our time, no rushing. He explained the days proceedings ahead and we discussed what my expectations were. Doctor is straight up and won’t sugarcoat anything and is realistic about what he can do for you and what’s achievable. Fire any questions at him you desire, I did to make sure I was comfortable. Doctor then started the process by creating a hairline for me and stated this is crucial for operation, took a bit of time to set it right, once attained I was happy with my look and everything had been discussed so we proceeded to operation room. Doctor has two assistants, they work alongside him. General anaesthetic was applied to my head (this is the uncomfortable part and slightly painful) once applied I was good to go and team started to extract grafts from my donor area. Doctors assistants are attentive and competent, no rush job and took their time and patience. Dr Mehmet is always present and is in control of everything. This stage took bout 4hrs but once completed, 4,500 grafts extracted from hair donor area and a further 1,000 from under my chin beard area. It was lunch time now and we had 30 minutes break and I was treated to a nice meal in communal area. Once lunch break was finished, Incisions needed to be made for the extracted grafts. This is critical part of the operation and is where Dr Mehmet goes to work and his skill set shines, he double checked my hairline design again and then went onto implement diamond sapphire technique. Doctor was operating on me for a good 3 hours and took his time, making me feel comfortable throughout. My Crown area is weak so he told me he would really focus on this area to allow implantation of maximum grafts which in turns allows more density. Once he had finished I had a 10 minute break and Then we went onto implanting the 5,500 grafts into my incised areas, once again attention to detail, took their time to set them in right. It does get tiring as is a long procedure but you have to suck it up, this went on for about 4hrs. The last part of operation was PRP Injection and this was very quick as my blood had been drawn earlier in the day (before brief) and had already been processed, so they just injected it into my scalp and then I was done, I felt relieved as it was 11pm! I was given medication/tablets and a neck pillow to take with me and clear instructions on how to sleep in order to protect my grafts and my head was bandaged up. I left the hospital and Emir once again took me to a restaurant to pick up takeaway at my request and dropped me back to my hotel for the end of my day. Day 3 - Rest Day I rested in my hotel and believe me, your gonna need it! Day 4 - Wash Day/Final Day Emir picked me up and we made our way over to hospital. Doctor Mehmet greeted me and we proceeded to take of my bandages and carry out first wash. Doctor explains the whole procedure and demonstrates it, It’s not complicated, but has to be followed by yourself over next 10 days, other details of aftercare explained also and his expectations from you. Doctor Mehmet gave me his personal phone number and I can contact him anytime and vice versa Also I need to send him pictures of my head/scalp on a daily basis so he can monitor progress and be on top of things for me. We finished up after being there bout an hour and I said bye to Doctor and expressed my gratitude. Emir took me to the airport and I caught my afternoon flight back home. Summary It’s obviously way too soon too see any results this early into my transplant, however these guys are a professional outfit and have an amazing work ethic from what I have experienced so far. Doctor Mehmet is passionate about his craft and he won’t just perform surgery on you and you never hear from him again. He is honest and forthright and will be there for you to make sure you achieve what was discussed from the beginning provided you follow his instructions. When you contact him, he does always gets back to you. I just want to say thank you for taking time out to read my detailed review, I hope you find it useful and it gives you reassurance being that you are considering to go abroad for a surgical hair procedure just like I did. If you do decide to go ahead, don’t waste your time anywhere else, go see Dr Mehmet, trust me, you will be in good hands and you won’t regret it.

I was looking into the whole process for months, I eventually chose Dr mehmet demircioglu and diamond hair clinic. We had agreed on 4000 grafts before I travelled over but after shaving my head and seeing it in person he thought 5000 grafts would give me a much better result. Not extra cost! The doctor and his nurses (Who were very respectful and polite all day)extracted 5000 hairs from my donor area, the whole day was long for all, hopefully in a few months time when he hair starts to grow the result is perfect. The operation type was sapphire fue technique which will leave no scars on the scalp. The doctor made the incisions himself, the nurses extracted the hairs and implanted where the doctor made the incisions. Before we started I had a pre operation consultations face to face with the doctor, it wasn’t just a five minute thing it was over 30 minutes. As I was the only patient that day there was no rush, I skipped breakfast accidentally on the day and they even took the time to get me breakfast. The doctor drew on my hairline and talked me through it ensuring i was happy with what he was doing, it wasn’t just a straight hairline, it is better than that when hair regrows it will look natural. During the operation I couldn’t see much but the doctor was controlling the operation, afterwards he sat me down and explained in detail (i had to take notes to remember everything) everything that i had to do post operation. Post operation the next day in the evening i went back to the hospital and met back up with Dr mehmet demircioglu For my first wash on donor area and transplanted area where he then re explained everything and gave me aftercare products for free. From start to finish of the whole process diamond hair clinic provided transfers everywhere, from the airport - everywhere! The doctor gave me his personal phone number to contact him anytime, which i have done, i’ve contacted him so much! Everyday post operation for ten days i had to send pictures over the 4 sides of my head So that the doctor could check on my recovery process. I’m now sending one a week Thank you to the doctor and 2 nurses for all your hard work!

There are so many companies telling you that you can terminate your timeshare and get thousands in compensation that it was good to speak with Stephen Boyd at Athena Law. He proved to me that they are an honest and professional company and not out to get a few thousand pounds for doing little or nothing. I enquired through the website and he telephoned me and gave me advice that meant that they earnt nothing. However, it was the right advice in my circumstances and it restored my faith in Solicitors. And that is quite a feat as I am a retired one!

I purchased a 3 year gold warranty through fully loaded electronics and now they refuse to honor their warranty. The product was defective one month after coming out of the box. They couldn't fix it and informed me to ship it to Nintendo. Now that its starting to glitch AGAIN, they are using any means necessary not to honor warranty. Tactic 1: fix it yourself. Tactic 2: Its NIntendos fault, and last but not least Tactic 3: You voided your warranty when you let Nintendo fix it. HELLO, you ADVISED me to let Nintendo fix it, as a matter of fact you left me with that option and that option only. Sham warranty, and im sure if you read good reviews in the months and years to come you will hear bad things about this company. Poor customer service, lack of knowledge with their "technicians" a.k.a. people that tell you to go to Nintendo when you have a problem, and a severe problem with their warranty policies.

This used to be a Virgin Gym, at which I was a member for many years. I subsequently left to work abroad so had to cancel my membership. On return to Preston, it had changed to Nuffield Health but that, along with the colour scheme, was the only real difference. Staff remained extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When I walked in, I was greeted by familiar faces and welcomes which made me feel like I was coming home! And indeed, it is a home from home. Staff are helpful and freely give advice when asked and clearly want to help. The physio services are great along with the classes, catering, admin team and fitness instructors.

Appt made and payment taken then week later when I call to say I've not received details for appt I'm told I'm not in the system and put on hold for 17 mins only to then be told repeatedly that the GP called in sick and company has been trying to contact me on both of my numbers which was rubbish.Receptionist was argumentative and ride and blatantly lying.Received a voicemail from her boss who obviously thought he had phoned her and was flapping asking if the client was ok and what had happened??!After 2 official complaints I heard nothing which I find incredible for a company like the Nuffield who are dealing with people's health!! Steer clear!!!

When I set off for a year of study in Israel I went with HBF as they give a generous discount for existing members. I have always found their regular health/car insurance to be excellent, but their travel insurance (outsourced to CGU insurance) has been a complete disaster. About 4 months ago I had to go to hospital with a severe gastrointestinal illness (turned out to be giardia). When I ordered the insurance I was told that they can arrange payment in situations like this over up front over the phone so I'm not out of pocket, but when I actually got to the hospital they said that they wouldn't pay for anything without getting the official report from the doctor first. As the hospital wouldn't admit me without proof of payment first, I had to give my own credit card and pay with that, then get reimbursed by the insurer. I do understand this, mind you - they need to wait to see if it's something I'm actually covered for before they blindly hand over money. My problem was just that this is not what they told me when I bought the product, and I'm just thankful that I had the money to pay for the treatment in advance or I would have been in a lot of trouble. The real problem came with getting the money back. Initially the claims team were very helpful, they replied to all my e-mails more or less instantly, told me exactly what documents I needed to give them, and even told me that I didn't need to get the doctors report translated from Hebrew, that they could arrange that for me. So far, so good. The problem came when I tried to actually get them to give me my money back. 3 months with no word before I figure something fishy is going on, so I e-mail them. And e-mail them. and e-mail them again. No response. About 15 or 20 e-mails later I get frustrated and say that if I don't hear from them soon (at least with an explanation of why its taking so long) I will be contacting the Financial Ombudsman Service. The next day I get an e-mail asking for one final document from me, and then a few days after that to say that my claim has been processed and paid. So, what could have been a week or so long process ended up taking over 4 months. 100% guaranteed I will never be buying travel insurance through HBF again, and I was very close to just cancelling all my insurance with them altogether.

Been with HBF for over 20 years. Recently went in to HBF at Joondalup shopping center to see what could be claimed for my daughter. I have major dental and orthodontics cover. She has 2 x impacted molars that requires having the gum cut back, rings put around the teeth and braces... $479 per tooth - out of pocket $413 per tooth! Braces $8690 and get ZERO back and would have to wait 10 years to get braces cover???These aren’t the only issues as I seem to get less cover but pay more in premiums! I asked the women “am I on the wrong cover?” Her response was not helpful and she did not offer me alternatives policies I could take out in lieu. All she said was “you’re mainly paying for hospital cover”. I said I couldn’t care less about hospital cover. I’m more interested in the extras our family needs.... optical, Chiro, physio, major dental and orthodontics. I said I’m paying more for less and “sorry” was all o got. The woman was useless and customer service poor. I went in specifically as I thought I would get better assistance and help going over my cover. Huge thumbs down. On another note we are now changing all of our insurances as we are getting ripped off by HBF. My husbands Nissan Navara renewal was almost $1500 last year. With RAC was $865!! .. could understand maybe maybe $100-$200 difference but over $600 difference? I was fuming. Absolutely disgusting and unconscionable. Looking elsewhere now for 2 x home insurance, 3 x vehicles and health

Me and my 3 other colleagues are the first General Practitioner came through Medicolink. It is a new project and of course it's a bit harder for all of us. I think nor Medicolink, neither us knew, that we would need a much higher level of language skills and professional knowledge about danish guidelines etc. to start our work independently. We are really happy,that our employer has a very good attitude toward this project and together with Medicolink they give us extra courses and professional help to develop. After 6 months in Denmark with family, two children (2 and 4 years old). I have to say at this was a great decision to come here to Denmark. This was a great but a very hard decision but Medicolink gave all the help which we needed and additionally a great and complete language course and practical knowlegde from the basics to a very usefel level. They here in Denmark were amazed by our knowlegde both of language and culture. Well-organized team with a huge experience. They manage all the things, you have to just focus to the language (fx. gratis day-care to your children). Paid stay in Hungary, Budapest, which is a fantastic city. Organized programs together with your classmates and teachers. Long-term follow-op after the language-course both to you and to your partner. So briefly I have to say thanks to them for their help to achieve our aim.

Everything was great although i was told that trains run between nice and monaco until 23:00 they did during the week but not on weekends but that would not stop me from coming back maybe next time i will see if i can stay in monaco ($$$) maybe. Still waiting after 5 months. I ordered my dining chairs in May - I appreciate that this is only a small order for them. Contacted in August to say they weren't ordered originally, but that lead time could be expedited from 14 to 10 weeks. Called yesterday to follow up, my number was taken but I was not called back. Called again today, told that lead time will be 16 weeks. I would have preferred to be told the actual time upfront. I still would have gone through with the order (what choice do i have? I would have had to order them from somewhere with a 3 month lead time anyway). Customer service staff nice enough in my communication with them but have yet to deliver and they make promises they obviously have no intention of keeping. Thank goodness they are just for a dining room and not a business! If you think about ordering with them make sure they have processed your order in the first instance and take everything they say with a huge grain of salt. If you need furniture on time think about taking your business elsewhere. I will update re: quality of furniture when the chairs have been delivered.

I live in Istanbul so I already know private health care in Turkey is of a very good standard and is relatively affordable. The problem is proper communication and the language barrier, and also in knowing which exactly of all the available options works for you. That's where Bloom comes in, you tell them what you need and they'll gather all the info to help you decide - locations, experience, costs, arrange a consultation, and if needed accommodation & transportation. Basically, it's quality service at reasonable prices, minus the hassle. This is my third visit to Cosmetic Surgery partners and I simply would not use anyone else since they deliver outstanding results and exceptionally high standards of patient care. When deciding to enhance your body it is essential to use a surgeon you can trust and the team at Cosmetic Surgery Partners are absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough. Mr Percival is particularly skilled in his field, he is very attentive to your needs and has a very calm and collected manner about him that immediately puts you at ease. I was very nervous about surgery yet he was able to confidently reassure me. Julia is also wonderful who has a lovely warm friendly smile which makes you feel very welcome, she knows a lot about cosmetic surgery procedures so is also able to answer peripheral questions that you might have forgotten to ask Mr Percival or you might think are too trivial – this was particularly useful as I had so many questions pre and post the operation! The nurses at the hospital are also amazing, so kind and gentle with big smiles! The room was also lovely and the food was great too! I am absolutely delighted with the results and the aftercare they provide which is so important since you need to feel supported after you have made the decision to have surgery. I will definitely use Cosmetic Surgery Partners again and I highly recommend them.

I can now use the toilet without the fear of a fall or accident that would be potentially devastating due to my disabilities which has limited the use of my legs and has caused me to be wheelchair bound. So far after a few weeks I have realized what an important purchase this was and how it has improved the function of using the toilet. I spoke to people at the LiftSeat Corporation several times. They were always professional and knowledgeable about their products and answered all of my questions to help me decide. I also purchased the Brondell bidet. I'm still trying to figure out how this bidet can do a more thorough job of cleaning certain areas that it simply does not get to. My Independence IV Toilet Lift gets five stars from me. The jury is still out on the bidet.

This service is not only horrible, but a huge fraud. They referred me to a dental clinic. I took their recommendation and made reservations. I flew to another country, I even sent them my plane ticket. That clinic offered horrible services and ruined my teeth after I paid A loot of money (over $4000) not to mention my hotel, plane, and stay expenses. I contact them to notify them that they were referring people to a bad clinic, a clinic I tried to reach to tell about my problem, but they ignored all my messages. Do not trust them. Look for a service that recommends medical service with better quality.

I recently signed agreement with EPOSNOW for my new to be opened store. As soon as I signed the contract, first all the sales persons stopped replying to my email, they just seemed to disappear. I had no way to contact anyone as website chatbot said-" Unfortunately, I'm only able to raise a support ticket for you at the moment." Next 12 days there was a blackout- no one cared to reply to my emails. After that, Implementation manager contacted me and sent some information and fixed a date for help me configure the system. When finally implementation manager contacted me , she helped me configure the system, somehow phone got disconnected and she left. I received one last call from her without asking me if I am available for help, well unfortunately, I was not- at that moment. After that again I am left without any help from anybody- Due to some reason I am not getting any reply(email) from anyone. Finally, every one is blaming COVID-19 for all the issues and problems, i think ,In this network era, If you do not get reply to your email for many days, it simply means they are unwilling to reply or avoiding you. I am very disappointed with the service provided by EPOSNOW, and I am scared what is going to happen after 1 month when I will no longer have a dedicated manager to help me. They offered 30 days onboarding 24 hour help and say that, "We really pride ourselves on our customer service and always endeavor to go above and beyond for our customers!", but unfortunately, they have failed me, its not if and when your customer service agent contact me, it's about their availability. Worst customer service experience ever, stay away. I am seriously thinking of keeping a backup POS SERVICE like square or something.
