I purchased the Madison towels in two orders. Delivery was very prompt. One order had to be split delivery but they contacted me to explain. It arrived a day later which wasn’t really a delay to me. The towels wash well and aren’t so high a gsm to be water wasteful. I’ll be buying more.

Your part went well but the shopkeeper , in the middle of giving me the parcel, made me stand there waiting while he served another male customer who arrived after me. Only then did he fetch my parcel. I found that very rude and chauvinistic. I will never use that shop again!

The delivery is advertised as next day delivery and it took 4 days to arrive. Items I purchased from other sites did not advertise this and yet things did arrive the next day and I hadn't paid for express delivery. The website is misleading.

prompt officiant service, very helpful with advise on measurements ect. mine was a one off small order , and I did not expect it to be completed in a week , in time for a family lunch ,but it was , and this was good old fashioned British workmanship and the customer comes first attitude .

I have used Richard Haworth for over 12 years to supply linens to my villa in Greece which is let over the summer, the quality is excellent and the linens survive the Greek laundries.

Very helpful on the telephone agreeing I could buy just one napkin to try them but then when I came to order I could only order 10. They were fine but whilst they were as described they were small 51cm and actually the 22" one of which we received a sample from another company were better

Ordered 2 pillows, as used by a hotel we stayed in over New Year. Ordering was simple and hassle free. Very efficient, pillows arrived the next day!

I ordered goods on 7 May using international 3-6 day delivery at a cost of £156. Its now 19 May and still no sign of the goods. No email to say its delayed either. I cant comment on the quality of the product as not yet received

Our order was taken and money deducted from our account in February roundabout the 12th.It has taken you until 15th April to deliver the goods.

First class service, I enquired about the ETA of my order of 2 robes to find out the order had not completed, I was emailed back straight away & told my order would go through to manufacture as a priority, I received 2 personalised robes of the highest quality within just a few days, the robes are quite expensive but you definitely get what you pay for, they are beautiful & will last a long time.

I was so impressed by the wonderful fluffy towels at Fawsley Hall hotel, I looked at their labels and did an internet search to find Richard Haworth Limited’s website. The prices are very reasonable and the towels are the best I have ever had. I will certainly use them again.
