The website is antiquated & difficult to manuever-the products are good & so far we have had good service. I did try to do a recurring delivery at one point & it really doesn't work.

The triangle crayons we ordered break so easily with very little pressure! The children were complaining their crayons were breaking and so I tried to color with them and they broke for me too! I am very disappointed with the quality!

Carol helped me to find alternative products after the product ordered was out of stock. She also make sure that my order arrive two days before our event with continuous communication. I felt being taken good care of, very satisfied with the product and service, thank you very much!!!

We have tried to contact your company on multiple occasions regarding setting up a corporate account. On all 4 occasions, our calls were not answered. The delivery time for our orders was far too long. We are only ordering from your company because you're the only one who sells what we need, so by default, we have to order from you again.

Family Hospitality had everything I needed with easy checkout & quick delivery. I only wish that the item descriptions and pictures were more detailed. All the different options for one item were the same picture, so I could not tell what was different about each option. Other than that though, it was a successful transaction.
