I booked a consultation with Mr Iqbal at the Salford clinic as I was in severe pain which I thought was due to haemorrhoids. He examined me as gently as he could and determined that my pain was due to an anal fissure and therefore the eXroid treatment was not suitable for me. At all times he was extremely professional and caring, gave me an anaesthetic gel to help ease my pain and said he would ask my GP to refer me for Botox treatment. I cannot give an opinion on the eXroid treatment itself as I couldn’t get it done, but I’m very satisfied with my consultation and I am very thankful to the people that made it possible for me to see Mr Iqbal. Keep up the good work!

I am a 33 year old male who is very active, I enjoy weight lifting and keeping fit however my job can involve sitting for up to 4+ hours in a day. I had eXroid in June 2021 I had experienced piles from late adolescents. What started as minor spots on toilet paper became more over time. Although these did not stop me from living a normal life like some of the experiences I have heard about, there would always be a second thought in my mind about "what will I do if I need to use the toilet somewhere I'm unfamiliar with, what if the blood becomes excessive when I'm out, what if someone sees me move the soft toilettes from my bag into my pocket when using the bathroom at work." I had to dial 101 on two or three occasions when the bleeding had become quite excessive, but the advice was always see your GP. The advice from them was always over the counter medication (Anusol etc), or topical creams I can't remember the name of now, but would give a dull headache as a side effect. I had even experimented with pure Aloe Vera which again, did nothing. During lockdown I resolved to do something about them and started searching for alternative surgeries. There are several private practices in my area and my results would usually be priced around the £2,500+ mark for invasive surgery such as banding or surgical removal of the haemorrhoid. This would require time off work and could lead to further complications as well as short term pain. I found eXroid and was skeptical to begin with. The customer feedback was too positive, the outcomes seemed too good so I contacted and requested more information. I became more at ease with working with them when I saw that they were NICE recommended. I also spoke with the founder of eXroid over the phone who told me of their own experiences to which I could relate some of my own. Furthermore, a price tag that was at least £1500 cheaper than any competitor and not requiring a prolonged period of recovery sounded just right. The booking process was easy, and an NHS discount was awarded. I had a consultation and treatment booked within 2-3 weeks of my phone call. I completed questionnaires on the severity of symptoms as well as COVID questionnaires for signs and symptoms. The day of the treatment I drove to the clinic on a Saturday. I arrived early and was contacted by the consultant where further COVID symptom checks were asked. The building was empty apart from a receptionist, a chaperone and the consultant. The COVID safety measures were clearly labelled and easy to follow. I was invited in and we went through the haemorrhoid symptoms I was experiencing. It can feel quite uncomfortable talking about this problem I have found with some GP's, but the conversation was professional and I felt at ease describing in my way my experiences. The procedure itself was done within 20 minutes. All the information about how it works and what to expect is detailed on both the eXroid YouTube and website, but the consultant talked me through it. My experience of the "uncomfortable sensation" noted on the website is an intense urge to need to urinate, however I did not urinate and was told that this is perfectly normal. I was advised to take slow deep breaths throughout and talked about weight lifting with the chaperone and the consultant's experiences of lockdown. When the procedure had finished I was given the name of a topical cream for a side effect of haemorrhoids which had gone undiagnosed. Upon leaving I felt perfectly fine and experienced no pain. I had images of needing a rubber ring to sit on when driving home, but felt nothing. I was informed that the reaction caused by the eXroid treatment goes on for up to 3-4 weeks after, but should start to see a reduction in symptoms almost immediately. My first bowel motion was much the same as before, and I felt a little defeated but gave the benefit of the doubt. The following day I had my first blood free bowel motion in almost 11 years which then continued for the remainder of the week. At present I still experience some spotting, but not anywhere near the extent I had prior to treatment, and this spotting could be due to the secondary issue cause by haemorrhoids. I feel more confident in myself and do not have that second thought popping into my head before leaving the house. I would highly recommend this company for those that have been suffering with piles, the change in symptoms overnight is exactly what is stated on the website. Thank you for your help.

I attended Core Medical for laser removal of two facial moles. I first emailed an enquirey to Core Medical regarding the procedure late on a Sunday afternoon not expecting to hear back until at least the next day. To my surprise I had a reply within in 30 minutes telling me I was a suitable candidate. I was also given the details of available appointments which I booked for the following Wednesday. The clinic was stunning and looked to have been recently decorated. The whole visit probably took around 40 minutes including consultation and procedure. The Dr and nurse were both lovely. 11 days later my skin is completely healed and I’m really happy with the results. I would definitely recommend.

I wanted to have some minor Laser hair removal done and booked an appointment for the next day at the Silom clinic that was closest to where I was staying. I promptly received an email confirming my appointment for the next “morning”. However when I tried to email (hit reply) to ask specifically what time the appointment was for - rather than just “morning”, my message was returned. I tried to call several times - but the line just rang out. So, I went to the address listed on your website in the morning - only to find out that the clinic is no longer there and that it has been replaced with a 7-11 convenience store. The convenience store clerk said that your clinic had moved somewhere else. No updated address on the website. I then sent an email - explaining my situation / experience, only to get a message saying my message would be responded to within 8 hours - still no response has been received back after 2 days. Later that day - I received an email saying my appointment was confirmed for 17:00 at the said clinic. But after being frustrated with your company, I decided to just give up on your company and my plan to get laser hair removal done while I was in BKK. I really should have just chosen a better, more professional company!. All in all, my experience with your company was a complete waste of my time, energy and money (transport fee to get there). Your website and automated generated messages were not helpful and more frustrating than anything. This has been a complete negative experience for me! ????????????????
