Not only are these shakes a real hit with me, but they are also a winner with my 12 year old daughter (strawberry and banana is her favourite...whilst I think mine has to whatever has beetroot it in).

Lets get the good things out of the way first: They taste ok, They taste like smoothies yet keep for over a year in your cupboard, They hardly take up any space, They are reportedly healthier for you than a smoothie, As they are powder you can mix with water, milk or any milk substitute of your choice, They hardly take up any space, You can take them with you and prepare anywhere, You don't need to try to clean a smoothie maker after each one. Negatives: They are twice as expensive as innocent smoothies, They are not as tasty as innocent smoothies, There is not as wide a range of flavours as innocent smoothies, They don't always mix that well so you get little bits of powder stuck together, You still need to clean your shaker within 5 mins of finishing it. I feel like it is a good product, particularly for when travelling, hiking etc, but they need to find a way to cut the costs to make it a regular purchase. If it was the same price as an innocent smoothie I could live with the inferior taste for the other benefits.

Spent 5 months working with James and had a great time. My goal was to increase my muscle mass and put on weight, in which I did; 11 pounds. He was very helpful as I have no clue as to what exercises to do, weights to lift, generally nothing about what was needed for me to make these changes. James gave me nutritional tips, and helped me figure out what to eat. He eased me into the sessions to begin with but then upped the intensity and got the best out of me. Would highly recommend.

I trained with James for around 6 months the price is much better value than anywhere else, he is always on point with his exercise programs and I saw great results while training with him. I would 100% recommend using JP nutrition and I would still be training with him if I hadn't have moved house.

I joined the Fit4Life 6 week challenge after having a baby and feeling completely clueless with getting back into healthy eating and fitness and it’s honestly the best thing I’ve done for myself! After an Initial consultation with Tom I felt at ease and was excited to get started. The way nutrition was explained made it feel manageable and it fitted into every day life. Having 3 sessions a week to attend from numerous classes also made it manageable and took any feelings of guilt away from not training enough. All the trainers make you feel super comfortable at their classes and encourage you to push yourself in the best way. The classes are fun and I always find myself looking forward to the next one. I was amazed with the results that I have achieved in the six weeks in my appearance as well as my fitness and also feel so much healthier mentally. I am excited to carry on with the fit4life team post the 6 week challenge to reach my long term goals.

I have had the pleasure of having Ben Sampayo as my PT from last February 2018 until recently when I had to stop due to an op....nightmare...????..as the results had been unreal to my health and the changes to my 50+ body, diet, energy etc were fantastic!!
