Always found the lenses very decently priced. They have a great range of legitmate brands which I trust and use. I was already very happy at the price, but my solutions also came with lense cases which I didn't expect. Also they have offers on at times and free delivery deals. Great for committed lense users!

I have always received fantastic service from Vision Direct. They send me a reminder every 3 months to order my contact lenses and solutions. The price is amazing! Much cheaper than at my previous opticion and they always arrive the next day. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Highly recommended :)

Initially disappointed that I couldn't find my preferred lenses, the customer services team explained that they'd been discontinued and were available to recommend an alternative. With decent prices and next day delivery, there's not much more you can ask for.

Generally excellent service and have used for quite a while now and with changed prescriptions. Had an issue with an order mistake (mine) and the chat assistant, Cassie, was very helpful.

I’ve ordered with vision direct for years - always been able to rely on their quick delivery, even in the midst of a pandemic I still get my delivery the next day.
I had to contact their customer services for the first time due to a change in my order (sending one box of 6 lenses rather than 2x boxes of 3 lenses). I should have checked before contacting however the chat was quick and easy to use , quick responses and did advise of an update to the box sizes.
Very good company to use and will recommend to anyone.

The best customer service from the best contact lenses company. Sekou was friendly, polite and super quick to help me out when I had an issue. I will order from VisionDirect for as long as I need to and highly recommend them to anyone!

Usually very happy with Vision Direct - good product, speedy delivery. This time there were problems - my order reached authentication stage and then I got a 'problem with payment' message. I tried 4 times and eventually used the online chat. Thanks to Cassie I was able to place the order although there were 4 pending payments - the 4 I'd tried to put through! A 'glitch on the website' - not very reassuring. Hopefully we'll be back to good standards soon.

These guys rock..... not only do they have a good stock range their customer support is epic.

Due to a Royal Mail issue, I had to contact support (these things happen)... and Ruby was amazing at getting my issue sorted quickly and efficiently.

This is why I always come back and use Vision Direct :)
