I’ve always been a big fan of this site and the contacts I receive but for some reason this time around the lenses dried out so fast! Within 4 hours of wear (which normally I do at least 8-10) my eyes were dry, tired feeling and red. Other than that I guess the shipping time of almost one and a half weeks was okay. I’m just upset that these didn’t feel like the same quality as my previous pairs.

I get quick service from OptiContacts. Ocassionally, questions take until next business day but a response is made. I usually have to ask for a price match as their pricing seems to get less competitive each time I order.

↵They have always matched or beat pricing but why be 30% higher in the first place? This must cost customers because most will not ask for a price match (they will just order elsewhere).

I've been using OptiContacts for the past 4 years. They always have fast and reliable service, and competitive pricing. Even if it's a few dollars more than ordering from a brick and mortar spot, the convenience is unmatched.

Ordering was a bit confusing, but that also is because it’s my first time using the site and getting contacts . But I called and ask a representative to make sure I have everything correct . The processing didn’t take that long. And the contacts were good when my kids put them in.

ordering is so easy and the customer service was very helpful in filing a claim because the local post office miss placed my order.

Overall I had a good experience ordering from them the first time around. There was a slight delay due to them having to call my eye doctor and to the MLK holiday but once the RX was approved by the doctor, the order was shipped and arrived within the anticipated 3-5 business days. All good.

Very impressed with the service and speed of this site! Had a mistake in entering my Rx and was promptly privately emailed by someone in custom service who pointed it out to me and offered to fix it. I also received my package in about 4 days. Very happy and will definitely be using this site again and recommending to others.

I am pleasantly surprised that my order arrived in a timely manner and that the shipping and handling was free! The price of the contact lenses were very affordable compared to other websites. Some of the comparing websites prices were the almost twice the amount that I paid for the cost of one box.

I thought the $5.95 shipping for my (.09 kg.) package was high, but I understood I was being charged that fee. However, the $7.93 handling fee was a ridiculous surprise. I didn't even see it until after I submitted my order. Your contacts are reasonably priced, but $13.88 for shipping and handing is outrageous. I won't use the $20 voucher I purchased, since it will cost me $13.88 to use it. How about a $10 refund for the useless $20 voucher. I feel ripped off!

We placed our order and received our contacts in just a few days. The price was 40.00 for 90 lenses and at our eye doctor the cost was 80.00 for 90 lenses. Thank you for saving us money and making it an easy and convenient process.

Love Opti Contacts! Website is easy to order contacts. I recieved an email the next day that my order was processed and ready to ship. I opted for 1 day shipping because I was on my last pair and needed new lenses right away. My order was on my doorstep the next day.

Ordering my contacts was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. The people were great with their communication and if something wasn’t right they would email right away and help you solve it so you weren’t waiting days to get your contacts. If there was something they would need from the doctor they would contact them and get everything sorted themselves, you don’t have to do much of anything besides order and I loved it!

Ordering and delivery was great. Product quality so far not so good. I tried my first pair and one contact had issues. Had to discard. Wonder how the rest will be? Notified customer service and received no reply. As a new customer I thought this might matter. I guess not.

For the most part opticontacts is great.Just needed alittle better follow up with the RX.part of it. I had to end up calling my Eye Dr. myself and have them fax my script to them.. After i had aready talked to customer service and had given them his phone number.Im elderly and just have a tablet. So have no way to fax or scan.But for the most Im pleased.

I gave 4 stars only b/c they didnt include any contact case with the order; just the contacts. Now it may be another service, but I thought in the past they included one. It would be nice to get at least one when you are ordering contacts. Otherwise very happy with them.

I have not received the contacts yet; although, I uploaded prescription it took several days to receive email that these contacts were not in stock. I have not received an email letting me know they have been shipped at this point.

Laura, on the Opticontacts chatline, was very helpful and patient. She checked all the details on the prescription that wasn't going through and figured out why -- a mistake on the part of the doctor's office, then another one! I never felt she was rushed or impatient -- the order wouldn't have gone through without her efforts. Thank you!

I really appreciated the reminder email and the ease of ordering my contacts. However it is frustrating that when I clicked on the reorder link the price was around $25. When I went through all the work of the website and selecting everything again the price was only $13. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, especially when I have a copy of my prescription on file and it is very easy for me to find another site to order from.
