I get part D coverage that is equal to or better than the "Big Names" you see on TV at a better price. I get several prescriptions with no charge to me. I have shopped every year for a better deal and haven't found one yet.

I think I made a very good choice when I enroll with United Health Care Insurance many years ago. I have no complaints about them and I am happy being a member.

I was told there would be no problem getting one of my prescriptions but have had nothing but problems getting it. Someone didn’t tell me the truth.

I just had a letter to notice discontinuation of my Medicaid for non returning Recertification Form.
I waited on phone for quite a short and normal time.
I explained to David my issue and concern I had, but my anxiety and bad hearing was a problem...
He insisted that the form was sent to my own home address, which I did not happen to see.
He helped me a lot, to the issue to direct me to their local office at my area to my email . I thanked him. I appreciate such a service.

This is my second year using eHealth. I was thrilled with the company they found for me last year...And they improved their performance for my benefit this year. They get 5 stars from me!!!!!

You give me a change when know one else would, and thank you for that, I moved here from Colorado I tried to get medical insurance other places , no success, but when call your office your customer service presentative were very helpful (specially the who help me when I first signed-up) thank her very much I can't remember her name, but you look it up. The information when comparing Aetna with UHC they were the same, yet once in the program told no debit card for over the counter items in Alabama. And only second class products thur the mail that's why I when back too UHC .

From our first conversation, to finalizing everything, our representative, Blake Scott (ext. 2606) was wonderful. He explained things extremely well and made me feel at ease with the whole process! When I asked about prescription coverage he was great at forwarding us to a representative to help with that as well. I have recommended e-Health and Blake Scott to several friends. Thanks!!

My new United Health Care primary doctor wouldn't write for the same prescriptions my former primary had been prescribing for years. He had to refer me to a specialist just to get these meds. Now I have to see this specialist at least 4 times a year just for prescribing meds, costing me $140 a year more than I had been paying. United Health Care also denied a prescription that Medicare had been paying for over 3 years without a problem (cost without insurance for 90 day supply- $1300). Nightmare!

still not clear how in one month i used approximately 2000 .00 then went donut hole which i have to come up with 900.00 or so to get to the cathostropic level when the agent told me 3 times because i wanted to be clear on what he was telling me so i interupted 2 times when he told me my insulins i use 2 would cost me between 40 to 60 dollars per month, bought 1 insulin at 45.50 and the next one 2 weeks later 345.00 still awaiting paper work from company to see what the heck happened. also a person in customer svc tried to smooth over the situation he was no help then referred me my advocate a service to help with cost called wed saturday still no response left 2 messages these guys are a joke or crooks or both

When I spoke with your agent, Dave Travis, I told him I was specifically interested in the cost for Eliquis. He assured me, more than once, I would only be paying $40 for a 30 day supply. That is the only reason I signed up for Silver Script. My first prescription cost $100, less than I expected for a 90 day supply. Three months later, my 90 day supply cost $444.96. When I called to question this price, I learned about the "donut hole", which was the first I had heard of this. Needless to say I would not recommend Silver Script to anyone.

I called to find out about changing to a different insurance company or a different type of Medicare additional insurance, either Supplemental or Advantage plans. I was connected with a knowledgeable agent who guided me through what I wanted to know and signing up for the best plan for me. This is my second time using eHealthMedicare. To my great delight, in one phone call, the agent walked me through options and we filled out the applications, which he then submitted online. I used eHealth twice, the second time finding a very good program that I'm still using. EHealth even advised me about Medicaid-related programs that would save me money. Very helpful.
